Two of my three children have received their braces from BracesU. They have a very professional and friendly staff. They answer any questions my kids or myself have had and they are flexible with our schedule. My kids are busy with sports after school and luckily we can always get in if we have to change our appointment at the lat minute. My daughter, that did not have to get braces, was disappointed. Because they have a point system and are able to trade points for prizes.

Had a fabulous experience here today. We are traveling, and my son broke a bracket on his braces. I called the central number to see if they would clip a wire (until we can get home and see our regular orthodontist.). The office had just closed, but two friendly women met us at the door, welcomed us in, shook my hand, and took care of him. They offered granola bars to all three of my kids, for the road. Neither acted put-out that we caught them as they were trying to get home for the day. It was a HUGE lifesaver for us. Thank you!!! If I lived in Casper, this pediatric office is where I would bring my kids.

They worked very hard to find a payment plan that we could afford. It's very nice to find a provider in the health industry I feel my children's health is as important to them as it is to me. Love how kid friendly this office is. My son is a very anxious child, especially when it comes to dental work and the unknown.
