This place always amazes me! That are fast and super friendly. today I took a girl I was babysitting and they were super sweet to her as well. They even gave her a bag with toothbrush and all the goodies in.Dr.Cole is super amazing always taking time to explain everything I don't understand

Taylor (I think i spelled that right) is my favorite. She is very kind and yes I'm a kid who goes there and I always feel safe i had to get 4 Permanent teeth pulled but they could not num my pain do they reminded me to a surgeon. I respect this because I would have been I lots of pain if not.

I have sadly learned the hard way that these people are all about money. My husband and I had a payment plan with them since we have five kids who go there. Then they say they have sent letters or phone voicemails asking if they can take this out or that after reviewing my phone calls and mail I found that they were indeed lying. When trying to talk to them figure it out they cancel my kids appointments and still charging late fees. And the ladies I talked to just push me through to other people which is clear to me no one wants to talk to me. After requesting to talk to the manager I was refused and they so called hung up on me. The doctors rush through my kids and get annoyed with me when I ask questions about what they are doing. They are a very busy office but that doesn’t mean Success. I pray for them and all who go there that they don’t experience what we have. God Bless

We love Children's Dentistry!! My son started seeing the dentist at 3 here at Children's and has never gone anywhere else, this is his dental home. The staff is always there to make sure that he's comfortable and is well taken care of.

The environment is bright, clean, and even entertaining with movies for the children to view while laying on the chair or games to play while waiting to be seated. Dr Tricia Genho is exceptional in her attention to detail, the professional care given but especially her compassionate manner in working on my children and the ability to communicate effectively and articulately with me. Fantastic experience. I have 4 kids and the oldest had a poor experience at a different office. Told us he didn't want to go to a dentist again. We informed Children's Dentistry of this previous experience and they took measures to ensure our child was comfortable and calm throughout the visit. My kids love this dentist and all the extras they provide. Movies shown on the tvs mounted on the ceiling to keep them entertained during the checkup, goodie bag/toy at the end of the visit, great personal interaction with the dentists. Would recommend them to anyone. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Dr. Cole seeing both of my children for their dental needs since they were five now I'm a grandma and I wouldn't of taken my granddaughter anywhere but here .. Dr Cole has always went above and beyond in the care he delivers great with kids and very caring - puts every child first - ( also did a great job with my son who had seizures -) thank you Dr. Cole and staff and you have always been wonderful and we've never go anywhere else ..

My 11 year old has some interesting teeth things going on. I was suggested to head on over by an oral surgeon so we can get a plan. The staff is amazing. My son said he felt safe, comfortable , and they were very nice. We came in with a very fearful idea of what was going on and left with an understanding and a plan!! Finally found our dental home! Thank you all very much! Well worth the commute from Rawlins!!

My sons LOVE it at Children's Dentistry! They have been patients since they were little and even now as teens they cannot wait for their appointments. They often ask how soon it will be until they can go back. The whole team is caring and seem to really work hard to make sure the children feel comfortable and have a good experience. I wish I had a dentist like that when I was a kid!

This dentist rotates through kids as fast as they can with no regards for making sure they have the care that they need. Totally priced outrageously. $209 per kid $219 for an adult without x-rays. I have a Cadillac dental plan and they that is supposed to pay 100% on cleanings and X-rays. This Dentist is still charging me $40 more than what my insurance payed with no adjustment. I called to ask for an adjustment and instead of adjusting it they choose to loose out on $1200 + per year for my kids cleanings. That just shows me they don't care at all about care, and more about the money they receive.

I switched my kids from another local pediatric dentist and it changed everything for us. Since then my son has not cried once at the appointment and he actually gets excited when we pull up to the building. They have been working to fix the problems caused by the previous dentist on my daughter and the staff is delightful! You can't put a price on kids that love the dentist.

Children's Dentistry has always been a place that I have recommended for parents of apprehensive children. My daughter was 2 when she had a traumatic experience elsewhere and now at the age of 15 since bringing her here she has no fear and rather enjoys coming. The atmosphere and staff are kid friendly because they are kid experts! Love having my kids and my nieces and nephews treated by the best hygienists in town as well as seen by the greatest dentists a kid could want.

Everyone here is wonderful. My 4 year old has complete melt downs at the dentist for whatever reason and I can never calme him down, but everyone was so kind and patient and caring. We weren't able to get him to do everything we needed, but they worked with us for a good ten minutes to calm him down and make him comfortable and we at least got his teeth looked at and the fluoride put on, which is a minor miracle. I can't recommend or thank them enough!!

I have always loved bringing my child to the dentist here however when she got older they started sending her downstairs. They cleaned her teeth and put her in the no cavity club. Great Right!? Then the next time she had to be seen they re-scheduled it twice stating they wanted to take time off for Frontier Days and then were overbooked. When they finally got her in they stated she had a really bad cavity that had to be taken care of and that they had told me about it at her cleaning. 1. Why would she be in the No Cavity Club if she had a cavity? 2. Why re-schedule her twice and wait 2 months if it was only gonna get worse? $800 later and one ticked off mom, I'm switching providers!

Do not take your child to this place! The female dentist refused to treat my daughters pain after nearly ripping her jaw off her face removing a tooth, that she claimed had a dissolved root!! Unbelievable!
