This is a very good dentist office. That said I always feel I'm talking to a used car salesman during the High Pressure "Dental Consultation" where up sell is the word of the day. The modern practice of spreading dental work over as many visits as possible is annoying also. I would give up some comfort for value. That said these guys do a good job.

We love Powder River Dental. Dr. Schell is a fantastic dentist that always listens to your input and does great work. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. Christina is by far the best hygienist we have ever had clean our teeth and Becky always does such an amazing job assisting when having work done. Unfortunately due to genetics, I have had to have a lot of dental work done and Powder River Dental is the best care I have ever received at a dental office.

Kathleen in the front office is great! She is always friendly, super helpful, and more than willing to try and work you in when you have left things too late. Dr. Schell is a great dentist. Very careful and conservative. My favorite thing is that he takes my cue and doesn't try to chat. I really dread going to the dentist and am very anxious while I'm there. I do not want to chat. I just want to be seen and get out of there. He has picked up on my reticence and doesn't push it. I very much appreciate that.

Awesome as usual. Really love this group of folks. Always courteous, friendly, approachable... when I really need them they always find a way to work me in to ease my pain. Dental care is pricey everywhere and my dental plan is scant, but my dentist, assistants, hygentist and office staff make me feel special and important. Lets face it. Dental visits can be unpleasant at best! My experience at Powder River Dental with my hygienist, Audra is always pleasant! She is extremely gentle and always considerate of my needs. The staff and environment is so warm and welcoming you feel right at home! I give my personal "Five Star" approval rating for Powder River Dental in Gillette!
