Everyone at IGDNC have always been so friendly and professional. If you need dental work done, it's the place to go to get it done right. My hygienist Josie Giessinger is the best! She always makes you feel welcome and makes sure you are comfortable, including a warm blanket if you need one. She's very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. Her personality really helps put you at ease. I always look forward to seeing her and catching up. It's like seeing a friend and getting your teeth cleaned as a bonus.

I love that they are all about me when I come in for an appointment. They always explain how my oral health is going, and if treatment is needed, exactly what my options are. They never laugh at my questions and take the time to explain as many times as I need to understand. They have IV sedation so I can sleep through my dental work, which I tend to put off because I'm actually afraid it. Now I don't have to suffer through it! Love this office and the awesome quality staff!

The care provided is quite good but there are a few problems that I experienced at this dental provider. First of all their billing procedures are quite strange and led me not to trust them. My son had some work done and the bill came in at around $1000 after the insurance supposedly paid their part. I questioned the amount and it was later reduced to less than $200 without any explanation. I put this down to a one time thing--until it happened again after his next visit. My wife was also happy with the dental work she received but was not happy with the hard sell for additional services. I also experienced a "hard sell" when I had work done.

Extremely dishonest billing. Also, same doctor gave different treatment plans every visit. Caused a mess with insurance company, then had to refund insurance co for services not rendered and fees we already paid. Only kept a portion from us for consult which was supposed to be free. Stay away.

Excellent and very personal service. What a great experience at a dental office. I just moved to Loveland from out of state and was recommended to this practice from a very good friend. All I can say is WOW. They give the most personalized service of any medical practice I have been too. The ladies at the front desk greet you promptly and are really nice. They already had my insurance pre-approved and had my treatment plan and exactly how much out of pocket it was going to cost me before I even went back to see the doctor. This was great because I do not like surprises after the fact. Excellent treatment with all of the latest technology so it was perfectly comfortable and I didn't experience even the slightest bit of pain. I will definitely be recommending this office to everybody I know
