Total disregard for what insurance will pay. Averaged $100 above what is generally deemed reasonable for each of the tasks they performed. It is assumed you are paying your share when they ask you to pay prior to the procedure, then your insurance pays. What you get is both of those plus another large bill a month later.

I was told they moved my appointment to twenty minutes later. No biggie but they could of called since I need a babysitter and I am paying for their service. Not to impressed this time.

Really happy with the service they offer. After my son broke half is front tooth at soccer in Douglas we had to find someone open that could take him in an emergency. Not a single dentist is open in Douglas on a Friday. Hilltop took us in, stayed late and has continued to help us try to “save” his tooth! For my teenage son keeping his front tooth is Worth every penny!!!! Not only will I recommend them and give the 5 stars I also want to thank the DR’s AND NURSES AND STAFF! Thank u so much!

Billing practices are terrible and they will destroy your credit!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would guess the person or persons in this department are lazy, unqualified for the position and bad ethics. I have been a happy customer for over 3 years and I was just informed that all of my family’s appointments have been canceled and my bill was turned into collections. I was told that we have been called and a bill was sent to my mail and we failed to respond. I have not seen any bills and my phone has no record of a missed or received call from them since the last reminder that I had an appointment. I find it very odd that they can find my number to remind me about an appointment but letting me know I owe them money is far too difficult a task. That’s a good sign that only one department needs attention. I have always been happy to pay any portion of my bill not covered by my insurance at the time of service but apparently they don’t need money they need to ruin their customer’s credit. I have always been happy with the work performed but they are not worth destroying your credit so I would stay away from Hilltop Family Dental!!!!! These people threw away thousands of dollars a year on family dental work that is mostly covered by insurance over a $500 bill not covered by insurance and that they failed to ask me to pay!

Terrible place. Had 23 teeth extracted for dentures. No alveoplasty (bone filing) and no stitches. 3 months of pain and costed me $1500 more to get it fixed. The dentist that did fix it could not believe the botched job they did and the assistant said that the softline that they put in the denture was hideous. Do not go here for dentures. They do not know what they are doing and you will definitely be sorry later.

I've been a patient at Hilltop Family Dental for about 5 years now and I have not had a single bad experience in that time. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and they have friendly reminders for every appointment. The staff makes an effort to remember details about me and my life. As a patient at Hilltop Family Dental, I feel comfortable and confident every time I walk in and out of their doors, whereas before I started coming to them, I was anxious and nervous whenever I had to go to the dentist. Rude! and Greedy! The way I was treated here left me upset and disgusted. I walked in with my children and checked in. An older dark haired lady behind the counter barked at me "you owe us $$" I asked what for (they hadn't done anything yet)? Turns out we were on a payment plan with them for maintenance on the braces my son was wearing. We had transferred to this clinic when we moved here earlier this year so they didn't even put the braces on. I asked if the bill was past due. Answer.. no it wasn't due for another week, was anything past due? No. OK I paid it. No big deal. I had evaluation for my other son done. I went in for the consultation with the dentist or orthodontist and who was there? The greedy old receptionist with some sort of contract. She attempted to jam an outrageously pricey set of braces contract on me. I asked to at least hear from the Orthodontist before I would even listen so she got him to come in and explain. After the dentist's explanation, I told them that I thought they were way over priced and explained that I would be seeking another opinion from a different dentist. I was told by that dentist that I could just take my children to another dentist for service. I don't know if they plan on refunding the money they collected from us in advance or not. I am not sure if these two represent all the professionals at this clinic, but WOW I left feeling cheated! If you feel like opening up you wallet and dealing with at least one greedy old b**** then this is the place to go.

My wait time for the appointment has always been short. The dental work that I have had performed has been excellent with very little discomfort. I have never had a billing issue, but it might be because my insurance provider is much easier to work with than others. Thanks HFD for the great care.

NOT HAPPY!!! Daughter had braces for almost two years they decided to take them off 2 months early without consulting us. Her teeth have moved now requiring her to have braces again. They charged us twice for new retainers that weren't permanent retainers. They told me the permanent ones would be 800+ dollars, on top of the 5000 already paid. This SHOULD have been included in the initial price. They are not willing to work with you wanting all money paid before the procedures. Dental assistants are rude, felt like what we paid for was their extravagant office building. We are now starting over with 307 orthodontics who are helpful, under standing and pleasent to deal with. I WOULD NOT recommend Hilltop to anyone, EVER! Total waste of my time and money. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Our most recent visit was amazing! My usually nervous daughter wouldn't even open her mouth on our last visit. This time, the wonderful hygienist took her back, told her what everything was, and talked her through what they would do. She let them polish her teeth and opened big and wide for the dentist. Staff and docs are great! Every time I’ve had any issues or work, it was taken care without any problems. My brother visited town from back east and had a dental emergency....Dr. Gallup got him right in and fixed it quick saving a long vacation from disaster. Megan, dental hygienist, is excellent with my children and she took her time and provided extra care with my son as he was terrified to be in the chair again after a horrible experience at another dental office.. Dr. Jones and Marcella provide excellent orthodontic care and treat you like you are a friend and not just a patient. Dr. Gallup and Dr. Milmont are also spectacular!

My visit was a complete waste of time. No help for my pain, wouldn't listen to my concerns. They don't offer any type of help other than numbing for operations and when I said that won't work for me, I have bad panic attacks, they wouldn't listen and kept pressuring me to come back. They also kept saying they weren't even sure if they could fix my wisdom teeth. I don't know what exactly it is they do offer, but if you need actual dental help you're screwed in this state.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful! This was my first time at this dentist, and they answered all of my questions. My hygenist was great (I forgot her name, short blonde hair)! She was gentle and explained everything as she did it, why she did it, and what the benefits were of it. She gave me tips on how to floss my teeth since I have a wire built in that makes it difficult to floss normally. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this one!

Ifbthis was a norrmal dentist I would have given it a 1 but they are super friendly and gental. And they actuly care about people:) I would be screaming with pain at any other place so come here if you are going to the dentist. And do I g forget that the wait ring room is super clean and comfortable ( most of the time ) and the children get to pick something out of the prise chest at the end of their appointment.

Dark haired receptionist is rude as hell. Had to cancel an appointment because I had gotten a new job and she told me if it happened again they wouldn't see me. When I went in for my appointment that I had rescheduled, she rolled her eyes at me when I brought my paperwork up to her. After I had seen the dentist, she told me I was lucky I was under 21 otherwise my insurance wouldn't work and I'd have to pay out of pocket while giving me a dirty look. She scheduled another appointment but refused to listen when I said schedule it in the afternoon because I work nights. Will not be going back for that appointment at all. Taking my business elsewhere. Also, the dental assistant told me I had to get my wisdom teeth removed when they aren't even bothering me and scheduled me an appointment elsewhere to get the procedure done. Well I've got news hilltop! You're not getting anymore of my insurances money!!! You can count on that!

I walked into the office without an appointment. I was in town for two days only and experiencing a dental emergency. Not only did they see me right away at the end of the day , but the care I received was exemplary and affordable. If you make mistake of using their services then be sure to use a fake name and keep it a cash only transaction. I was turned into the collections for a bill they never informed me about. They have all my contact information and I was scheduled for an appointment in a couple weeks so its not like they couldn't find me to inform me of an outstanding bill. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CORUPT PEOPLE! I wouldn't be surprised if they are billing insurance for services they didn't perform.

I would never recommend Hilltop Family Dental to anyone. On two separate occasions I payed for the service and then received a phone call by collections saying that my bill had been sent over for collections. When I called them to talk about it they would not talk to me about it. On both occasions the dental office stated they have sent me several invoices regarding non payment which I never received but in reality I had already payed for the service. The collection agency was awesome in helping me through this process and getting my money back.

Our kids look forward to their dental visits thanks to Dr. Milmont's friendly and calming demeanor! He's so awesome with kids. Their staff is friendly and helpful when explaining billing. I've recommended several friends who've all been very happy. And they're great with reminding you of your appointments- I love a text reminder. The location is pretty great too, there are almost no dental practices near the west side of Casper!

Guess what these wonderful people make me feel so at ease and comfortable every visit. I love the whole staff and Dr Gallup...AMAZING! My root canal was a breeze. Everyone is so gentle and caring to avoid any unnecessary pain and I'm actually excited to get my teeth fixed and they are making that possible and helping me maintain excellent tooth and gum health in the future! I would NOT ever recommend the Hilltop Family Dental. I have pain in my tooth from time to time from the filling that they did almost 2 years ago. Not very friendly Customer Service and it is way more expensive compared to other dental clinics.
