I have been seeing Dr. Doser for over 5 years now. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She does excellent work. She takes the time to explain everything and put you at ease. She has also been available for same day emergnecies when I've needed her. I can also tell that she really takes pride in her work and does her best to achieve the best results.

This place is horrible DO NOT GO HERE. I was left in the waiting area to smell paint fumes for over 40 minutes. After I expressed my frustrations she refused to do the procedure and said we would have to rescedule because of my headache that they created in the first place. I lost a half day of work and will now be unable to get the procedure done anywhere else. I would highly encourage everyone to go anywhere else. Doesnt even desereve one star. Thay made me pay before I got the procedure done then I had to wait for a credit before i could leave.

Great place. However they gave bad advice, saying kids don't need to get till they are at least 3. They should just say they don't see littles (under 5). My older kids like this place just fine. Wish I would of known kids are suppose to get seen as soon as a tooth pops or by their first birthday.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience so far! They fit me in quickly after needing an exam on a sore tooth and the office staff were incredible in helping me sort out insurance since I recently switched jobs. The overall feel is that of a state of the art practice with special attention to patient care. I have had several follow-up phone calls with questions about my treatment plan and each call has been met with prompt response and explanation. Every interaction has been pleasant and informative, thankful to have found this office!

Everyone that I've interacted with at Grand Avenue Dental is incredibly nice and takes the time to explain what they're doing and why. They also have student discounts for cleanings, which is much appreciated by a graduate student without dental insurance.

I recently started going to Grand Ave Dental, and the staff there is so fantastic. When I initially called to make an appointment they were scheduled two months out, but due to a cancellation, they were able to get me in within days. Keely, one of the hygienists, is fun and energetic and made my appointment fly by. Dr. Moir is thorough, professional, and has a calm demeanor which put me at ease. I would absolutely recommend Grand Ave Dental to my friends and family.

Be careful when making appointments here. A simple filling requires multiple appointments which they don't mention till after you've already arrived. Unnecessary cost and time wasted.

I went to Dr. Doser after staying away from dentists for as long as I could due to horrible anxiety about anything regarding dental work. As soon as I arrived at my first visit I was comforted by both Dr. Doser and the staff and they helped make the visit as comfortable as possible for me. I am happy to say I am now over my anxiety, 100% because of Grand Avenue Dental and have been back many times. The office is very nice, welcoming, and warm and every time I go back I can tell some kind of renovation has been done only making it better. I would recommend Grand Avenue Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist, especially people like me who fear dental work or have bad experiences with their current dentist.

The most pleasant experience I have ever had fixing a cavity! Awesome staff and dental assistants. Dr. Moir Was very relaxed, quick, and efficient while taking care of me. I have never waited longer than like 10 mins in the waiting room. I never feel pushed to get work on my teeth but they still have good recommendations if I do wish to have some work done. The ladies at the front desks are fantastic, very helpful, and kind. I never dread going to the dentist cause I know when I walk in the door they are there to fix me up and get me back to my day.

The visit itself was fine but they have some sort of scam going where they start your root canal there then send you to another dentist in Cheyenne to get it finished. Communicating with both offices for appointment and quotes beforehand it all seemed reasonable but now, after the fact the bills are 2x what they said they would be and we are charged by each office for the same things. All in all it's costing $1200 plus out of pocket after our insurance for a simple root canal (no crown) that in Utah only cost $400 out of pocket. From now on will go to a full service dentist for any work I need done, even if it means a long drive out of state.

New patient, new in town. They were very accommodating , a pleasure to deal with on the phone, front desk, and during actual procedures. The hygienist was very good at keeping me at ease and explaining everything she was doing and for what reasons. Dr. Doser was equally nice and thorough. I'm not sure how long they took but I felt like I was done with everything real quick. I can't compare to another practice but after this first interaction I have no intention to try anybody else.

My husband and I both had issues with this dental office and would not recommend them. The dentist drilled into a tooth that he shouldn't have and they have issues with scheduling and insurance. Only good thing is the hygienists who are both really great.

I will start by saying I hate going to the dentist. I know, no one really likes it. The staff at Grand Ave. are some of the most polite I have met. I had 2 extraction, both were more difficult than usual. Dr. Moir did an excellent job, and Dr. Doser was very helpful when I became concerned about dry socket. They got me in for a follow up and packing, and again Dr. Moir was excellent. I would recommend this practice to anyone I know.

Starting going here when I got a cavity a couple summers ago, and have been returning ever since for cleanings, sealings, and the like. Every appointment is pleasant, professional, and otherwise great. Staff is very knowledgeable and shows a lot of interest in improving patient experience and health. I moved to Laramie recently and needed a dental check up. Signed all my documents electronically and was in the dentist chair within five minutes. The exam was thorough and condition of teeth, gums, etc... were explained in terms that I understood. Everyone was professional and very friendly. If you need a dentist I would highly recommend Grand Avenue Dental Center.

I have had some issues with my old clinic and was having issues with a filling they had done, so i called this clinic and they got me in next day to look at the issue. When I got there she was able to see the issue and they got me back in later that day to fix it. Dr Doser did a great job and the staff was very friendly and took great care of me. The only complaint I might have is they are slightly more expensive then I was anticipating. Overall though highly recommended.
