We had an amazing experience at this office yesterday! My 3 year old is shy, and at the last office he went to he wouldn't even open his mouth for them. He was scared here, too, but the dentist got on his level singing songs and talking about Toy Story, and he actually kept his mouth opened after that. My 1 year old did so good for his first time and they were very informative and willing to answer any questions. I'm so glad I decided to bring my children here!

I love this office, the receptionists and hygienists AND doctors are all so friendly and caring. They answered all of my questions when my son was sedated for intensive work, and gave more answers to questions I hadn’t thought of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has sensitive children as well. So happy with their work as well.

My 1 year old & 4 year old absolutely loved their visit!!!! The atmosphere is very very neat & fun, but the staff & Dr. Bailey is what makes this place truly Great!!! My 4 year old was very afraid before we went in there until she walked in & everyone smiling & talking to her she eased up! Then when it was her turn she was unsure of things but the whole staff was truly great & assured her they weren't going to hurt her. When she was all done she didn't want to leave She said "I love this place mom!!!" Dr. Bailey was great with my son! They interacted well with him. He was aloud to play on the iPad in the waiting room, then was taken back to watch a Netflix show of his choice, he got a balloon and fun pirate coin to get a prize with when he was all done! Not to mention when he was acting like he was over the x-rays, the dental assistant was patient with him and took he time! What a great place! They fit my son in quickly and worked around my schedule!

Had the best experience with the Drs and his nurse Ashley was awesome and Abby at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The staff and Drs were very understanding and didnt make you feel that your concerns are not heard or make you feel that they were rushing through the appt. This was our 2nd visit to the office the 1st was a consult where we discussed treatment plan and 2nd visit was for surgery. They were very understanding and very very patient with our Autistic grandson and made him feel very comfortable answering questions that he had for them and made us feel very comfortable knowing our grandson was in good hands. I would highly recommend them and will be visiting them again. Thank you Dr Bailey and staff for being so caring and compassionate and patient.

My kids have been to other dentists and would throw fits anytime they had to go. Now they arent scared to go to the dentist and we have no tears, which is an amazing difference. Everyone in this office takes time to hear my concerns regarding my kids, insurance, scheduling, making sure my kids arent scared, etc. Everyone is very caring and has lots of patience and understanding. I highly reccomend this dentist! If they took adults I would be coming here as well :)

He has anxiety, so I was worried about how the process would be, but from the time Taylor greeted us, my son was comfortable. Wow! Today we had our first visit at Gillette Pediatric Dentistry and it was an amazing first experience! It was night and day from a different dentist's office in town which was so refreshing. This is THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER. If you guys need a dentist for your child you will not regret your decision to come here. The care is amazing, personalized and most importantly FUN. I could not rave enough about Gillette Pediatric Dentistry! My son went in for his first filling and hopefully his last. I can admit I was more worried than him. However, Taylor was absolutely AMAZING! He has no idea that he had shots and he didn’t have to be put under. I left with a super happy 5 year old, plus tips and tricks on how to save money on healthier snacks. I feel very lucky to have this office here in Gillette. The staff is very attentive to the kids dental needs as well as there personal. They take there time in explaining treatmant needs and make sure you are comfortable with them. They are very Patient with the kids and there treatment to assure the child as the best experiance. I find it very helpful that Dr. Bailey is able to speak spanish. This assures the spanish speaking families have knowledge of treatmant needs for there child . I truly feel the Drs. and there staff care about the families that come through there doors and highly recommend them to any family who wants nothing but the best care for there children.

I tried so many pediatric dentists in the past and sometimes didn’t even make it to the actual appointment before leaving the lobby. My daughter needed extensive work done and through surgery and all, she loves going and is not afraid at all. That means a lot to me. Dr. Bailey and all of the staff are absolutely amazing.
