I had lost a filling just before having a stem cell procedure for a torn disc in my lower back. Because of the procedure my case was a bit more challenging because they couldn't use X-rays. The staff was very professional and nice. However the doc said I had cavities and was very eager to get to work. I got a second opinion since I've never had issues. No cavities. I'm told it's easy for a dentist to mistake a shadow from another tooth as a cavity if he doesn't know what he is looking for. Or maybe he was just trying to meet his quota. Tough to say.

I love this place! I know that's a weird thing to say about the dentist, but I really mean it. They take something that can be utterly unpleasant and make it as comfortable as possible. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they actually walk you through what they are doing, instead of stabbing silently at your mouth like many dentists do. I had a filling done a few weeks ago, and Dr. Christopherson himself called a few hours later to make sure my bite was still okay and if my lip was still numb. Before the procedure, the hygienist, Lindsay, took extra time to make sure that the new filling matched the color of my tooth. Even the hygienist who did my initial cleaning was wonderful! Brookside is hands down the best dental care office I've ever worked with.

I have struggled for most of my life to find a dentist who I felt cared for ME and my needs more than for paying for "the kids college" or the BMW ;in the parking lot. I have finally found him!!! Dr. Christopherson and all of the staff are friendly and genuinely caring. When I first came to the office I had a tooth that I had been told would need to be replaced with an implant . Dr Christopherson suggested another route at 1/10th the cost and which has worked out perfectly. In addition he has helped resolve some dental issues I have had my entire life. While I cant say I twitter with anticipation for my next visit with the dentist, I don't dread it anymore and for me that's a big step. Thankyou DR Christipherson and the staff at Brookside Dental Care. See you in six months : )

The staff of Brookside Dental is incredibly friendly. The staff makes you feel welcome with no judgments what so ever. The waiting room is clean with ample beverages for everyone, the bathroom is even stocked with disposable toothbrushes if you need to do a quick after lunch brush. I have had terrible dental experiences. I always believed going to the Dentist was necessary but horrible! Until I went to Brookside Dental I could not imagine looking forward to my dental cleanings(but I do)! I can bring my toddlers and young children without any incontinent. The kids get to watch Netflix while I get my teeth cleaned. After my appointment the kids get to pick fun little toys out of a treasure chest. I have even gotten a paraffin wax while getting my teeth cleaned. The Doctor is great. My husband and I have been patients of his for a couple of years and he has NEVER talked us into unnecessary teeth "fixes" (we cannot say that for other Dentist). The equipment is up to date. The rooms are private and clean. The dental Hygienists are professional, friendly, and kind. I had an ugly yellowish chip type thing(I'm sure there is a name for it) on a tooth that I have lived with since I can remember. Doctor Christopherson took one look at my tooth and gave a crazy affordable way to fix it cosmetically. In less than 20 minutes something I had hatted about my smile was almost magically fixed without pain or much money. Thank You! I highly recommend this Dental office.

He even called me in the evening after my appointment to make sure everything is good with me. Brenda is my Dental hygienist. She is always giving extra tips to take care of my teeth. Plus, she is super nice and makes me feel relaxed instantly. Robyn ,the office manager, has always been super helpful. She is so efficient with the paper work while staying friendly and always giving me excellent service. This dentist office is real good about not making me feel like just a number but part of the family. There are so many dentists here in Cheyenne, but I am glad Im a patient with Dr. Christopherson and his staff. Keep up the great work!!

Very responsive and they have a 3D Xray machine which is absolutely necessary to diagnose trouble teeth. Two dentists prior to Dr. C misdiagnosed my dental pain for over 2 years, due to them not having proper diagnostic equipment, and they did not refer me to someone who could, which caused me to lose my tooth! Amanda is an excellent hygienist, Robin is excellent in the office, very friendly and knowledgable. Very appreciative for the excellent and proactive care! Thanks to all of you!

It is a very nice office and the Doctor is highly capable, professional, & caring. The dental hygienists and assistants are excellent and very nice. An issue did arrise with miscommunication, but as soon as Dr. Christopherson was aware he took immediate action to remedy it. All the work I have had done has been perfect and every time I’ve had work done, Dr. C calls at the end of the day to make sure that I am feeling well and doing okay. Brookside was able to get me in very quickly and took care of all my insurance filing. I literally did not have to do anything. I saw Dr. Rowe (I think?) and he was a very personable doctor. His assistants and hygienists are very friendly and helpful. I hate getting filling due to some childhood dentistry anxiety, but when he numbed me, I barely felt a thing with the needle. There is no getting around the sound of the drill, but he does beautiful work and I was in and out. Notable Things: - They have pre-loaded toothbrushes in secured packets in the restroom so you can brush before you examination - They give out really nice floss - There are waters, Gatorades and Keurig in the lobby for your enjoyment - Clean, hardwood floors and sunny atmosphere - I got a $10 gift card because the dentist was running really behind and I had to wait for awhile in the exam chair - I received a $50 credit to my account for referring someone to the practice after they booked their appointment I would highly recommend to anyone!

I am a former patient of Dr. Rowe's. I recently had a tooth get bad quite fast. I called Brookside Dental, not knowing if Dr. Christensen was accepting new patients or former patients of Dr. Rowe. Dr. Christensen got me into his office for an exam almost immediately, what great customer service. My experience didn't end there. I went in today for a root canal. Normally, the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the words "root canal" isn't (to say the least) a positive thought. I have always had anxiety in the past when having dental procedures, but this time the experience ended much differently. Dr. C and staff were very good about letting me know what was going on throughout the entire procedure and they kept me comfortable and pain-free the entire time. If you want to see first-hand what great customer service and a caring staff looks like, I sincerely recommend this practice. Thank you so much Dr. C and staff for making my experience such a great one.

While waiting for the dentist to come into the room I was able to watch TV which was a nice break away from either staring at my phone or sitting in a quiet room. My experience at Brookside Dental was great! I am a new patient there (May-June 2017). They were able to get me in over my lunch break and I did not wait either time I had an appointment. Amanda was my hygienist today and did a wonderful job--I am usually terrified to go to the dentist and she was very careful. Even though I didn't have any dental issues, Dr. C still came over to introduce himself and welcome me to his practice. I chose Dr. Rowe because of the professionality of their office, from the moment I walked in the ladies up front greeted me very kindly and alerted the hygenist immediately. The best cleaning i've ever gotten! My teeth have never felt so clean, and during the first exam Dr. Rowe measured and examined everything from cavities to overbite. The sonic cleaning system they have is amazing and the Dr. was very upfront and honest. The hygenist even showed me some products on the market that make flossing with braces SO MUCH EASIER. Fantastic establishment, already recommended three people there and received a little discount because of it!

They got me in really fast. They were SO friendly! Explained to me what they were doing when they were doing it. They are now taking new patients so it's really easy to get an appointment. I didn't have any cavities so I don't know how they are with those, but my sister said that the dentist is very friendly and really fast at filling cavities. He is also very gentle. So little pain! I have had anxiety about getting a cavity taken care of and was looking for a new dentist in town, my google search led me to Brookside and I could'nt be happier. I went in for my exams and got taken right in to get my cavity taken care of on the same day. This saved me over $100 not having to make 2 appointments. I had my teeth cleaned by Jen and she was extremely thorough and gentle. Dr. Rowe seems to be a very honest, kind person and I would reccomend him to anyone. He is amazingly gentle- even with shots- and patient. I dont agree with some of the other reviews I see here- my experience here was one of the best I have had with dentistry!
