I went in to see what was wrong with my tooth. A filling from a different dentist had fallen out. Decay had gone to the root. It was bad enough that they worked on me that day (very impressive since they are booked out by months). When he was done, my tooth looked like it was back to the original 40 years ago! And no pain during or after!

Birch family dentistry is a beyond wonderfull experience. From the receptionists and assistants to the doctors themselves, they all give you the best help. They are exceedingly professional, kind, gentle and understanding. Their bedside manners are by far the best I have ever seen. They make you feel that your important and that they care. Your not just a number or a paycheck, they show their care and concern from the moment you show up, They even send you a text asking how your doing after your appointment. All the staff I have interacted with have been professional, nice, patient, clean and oh so friendly. It truly is different from what I'm used to in the dentistry field.(I use to require valium to see a dentist because I was so afraid of the pain.) My fears have been put to rest thanks to Dr. Birch and his staff, I no longer need valium. It almost makes you want to have a toothache. Thank you and all your staff Dr.birch, you are an amazing dentist and a cool person as well!

For years I have been afraid of the dentist (sadistic hygienists and a rushed practice in my youth). Then my future wife had me come into the office when we were in college, and the experience has been amazing and improving ever since. Dr. Bryant Birch has been modernizing the office after his father Dr Wayne Birch retired and every time I go in for a cleaning or other work there is more techniques and practices being used to make me even more comfortable. Now recently the practice has expanded to include sleep study and treatment for sleep apnea. I have been suffering for quite a few years from sleep apnea and it has made things very difficult for me and my wife. With the mouth appliance that I was able to get through Dr Birch's office I have been able to rest better and it has been very easy to integrate the treatment into my daily life. Results have been steadily increasing and noticeable almost from day one with the fitted appliance. The Doctor and staff have been very professional, always friendly, and welcoming.The experience will soon become better with a new building on the way. You will not be disappointed with the care and treatment you will receive with Dr Burch, you just may have to wait a few weeks for him to see you, he is a very busy man, but always worth the wait for the excellent care.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to these guys. I went in for a check up, knowing I may have a cavity or two but there 3D X-ray or Advanced X-ray machine (whatever it’s called) showed that I had a giant cyst above my back tooth. It never hurt or anything but with the technology it was clear as day. When dr birch extracted it, it had eaten all the way into my sinuses!!! I’ll never take my family to another dentist that doesn’t have that technology. Saved me from some major pain down the road! The extraction was pain free. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed, checking it on me while getting worked on. 2 thumbs up!!

Everyone I spoke with for my first visit was very friendly and kind. I was extremely impressed with how clean, up to date and orderly the entire building/environment was. The new patient paperwork I was given was the largest stack of papers I've ever been handed at a dental office which made me laugh. However, it was nice to see they were so thorough and wanted so much medical history. I felt they genuinely cared and were extremely knowledgeable. Parking and location also weren't bad. My appointment was at 9am and I wasn't taken back until almost 10 after even though I arrived 20 minutes early, however I didn't see this as a huge issue due to everything else I have mentioned above. I felt very comfortable and I understood perfectly that was explained to me during my appointment from the front desk to Dr. Jones examining me and going over xrays.
