My experience at Alpine Dental has always been exceptional. The dental hygienists carry conversations with you if you are becoming uncomfortable during the cleaning, patients have the option of dipping their hands in warmed wax while they wait and are always polite! Dr. Gallagher is the sweetest dentists I have ever had and will explain anything that is confusing you. They are also up to date in technology which makes making appointments very fast and easy without all the confusion and waiting some other dentist businesses can be. Alpine is the best place to go when looking for a family dentistry.

They have a nice building, but not customer friendly. Had an appointment that was misunderstood in time. They were not accommodating or understanding. They are ready to out process you from their services. Very expensive services. That's the cost you pay for the hand wax dip they have available.

Not happy at all. Scheduled a cleaning and they did not do any cleaning at all. Only did an assessment and took xrays and said that they would not clean my teeth at all. Ridiculous!! Will never go back.

I use to love Alpine Dental! I had a medical emergency with my son and could not make my scheduled appointment. I only gave them 8 hrs notice instead of 24 hr notice. I was charged $25 because of this fact. I had been a loyal patient for years, always paying my bills. I will NEVERcome here again and neither will my family. So, hope they are happy, they lost more money then they could’ve made over the long term. Idiots in my opinion!

This is the first review I have ever posted online. I went to my first appointment there, and they did not clean my teeth, as per usual on initial appointments. I arrived on time to my appointment, and they had me fill out an extensive amount of paperwork on a tablet, that was not user friendly. The receptionist became annoyed at the extensive amount of time it was taking me to complete the paperwork. I felt bad, so I offered to complete the paperwork after my appointment, as not to put them behind schedule, but was told that this was not allowed. I overheard the receptionist and dentist arguing about getting patients through in a timely manner, which was extremely awkward. The dentist and assistant who took x-rays were friendly and professional while they worked on my teeth. The soonest appointment they had available for a cleaning was a month in advance, at 6 PM. I arrived for that appointment at 6:07, and felt bad for being a few minutes late. I was told that because I had not texted or called to confirm my appointment, it was assumed that I was not coming, and that the Dentist had left and could not see me. I was dumbfounded. I assumed that when I had made an appointment they would expect me to come unless they had heard otherwise. I rescheduled another appointment, but I have given it a lot of thought, and I will be cancelling and finding a new dentist, who works to keep my business.

I have had major dental work last year and Alpine Dental got me right in and the outcome was excellent. The entire team is amazing and their standards for excellence are greatly appreciated.

From the moment I walked in, there was friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr.Gallagher answered all my questions and explained everything fully. I like Dr. Gallagher, but did not get her this last time. I went in for a filling that fell out and a chipped front tooth. Explained to the other dentist my extreme phobia. Didn't seem to matter. The novocaine shot felt like an electric shock in my jaw, and the tooth wasn't numb all of the way when she started drilling. The dentist got impatient when I had tears coming out of my eyes and stopped to tell me I needed a root canal. Never addressed the chipped tooth at all. I was not in pain from the tooth she wanted a root canal for, and it still does not have any pain. I went in for the filling because it left an awkward hole. But now she is wanting over $2000 worth of work done!

I absolutely love coming to Alpine. I was horribly afraid of dentists, but after coming to Alpine, I will never go anywhere else. Their staff is very gentile and I enjoyed having my hands dipped in the paraffin wax, which made me feel like I was at the spa. Very relaxing.

The insurance billing is a nightmare! The Dentists are Techs are great, but the experience is followed by MONTHS of trying to get the bill corrected.
