The front desk ladies are a absolutely amazing! My husband was in surgery and I was filling out paperwork and my son was just talking to them and they were so nice and interactive with him, showing him things. My husband said his doctor was a very nice guy and they did his procedure that day! Best experience at a dentist office!

I can't remember how many years I've been going to Advanced Family Dental for my dental work, but I can say I have never had anything other than excellent experiences. From x-ray techs, to the hygienists, to the doctors, it has always been pleasant.

An free insurance-covered cleaning = $170 extracting and $130 filling later? It's true!!! Here is our experience with the dental place! My daughter went there simply needed to have a cleaning done last Oct, however, both her dad and her were talked into extracting a baby tooth. Wanting to save the trouble to go there again, they agreed to extract in the morning. Drooling in the morning and we thought that was the end of it. We are too young too naive! We moved out of our old address in the end of Feb but did not receive a notice saying that we have some payment through a collector in the end of APRIL and that is the ONLY mail we received regarding the payment. Not sure about what's happening, so we called the office. We were told that it is not in the hands any more:( and the payment was for some filling fee we have never been told about! My husband has already paid $170 right there that morning and that was all that he was told to pay. They want us to ask our insurance instead:( We asked to get a copy of my daughter's X-ray picture through email like last time but was refused this time! We are just wondering how come the office extracted a little girl's baby tooth so easily instead of doing the cleaning that is covered by insurance already? How come it finally turned out to be so ugly based on the fact that they have already had several ways to let us know about the hiding payment? Please use your wise judgement when choosing a dental place especially for your little ones:)

I don’t normally post a review but due to the extreme fear I have of any form of doctors or needles, I thought I would share my experiences. The people who work at Advance family dental have put a lot of my fears at ease, they truly have been a blessing to me, I am still very nervous before my appointment, but once I get back there my anxiety isn’t nearly as bad. Everyone from the lady’s up front, to the dentists, the assistants and the hygienists, make every visit so comfortable and I leave there feeling like I can make the next appointment and not chicken out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I gave it 2 star because most of the staff is absolutely amazing, sadly there is staff that mix up accounts pay others bills with your money and send your statements to random people. If you would like your rights and privacy protected this is not the place for you.

The staff at Advanced Family Dental, along w/those at Euro Tech Dental Lab, are beyond just caring, understanding, compassionate and competent people. There is a professionalism and caring presence w/in their offices that's rarely found in many, often busy medical offices these days. AFD has completely fixed what began over 7 yrs ago w/several nightmarish experiences by other dentists that resulted in life altering jaw and head tension that caused migraine headaches due to an unnatural bite and oversized dentures, along w/the cosmetic issues that resulted from it that felt disfiguring for me! Today, bcuz of ALL the people at AFD and Euro Tech Dental Lab and the work they did and the reassurances they gave me at every appointment no matter how unsure or afraid I was bcuz of my previous experiences, I have a beautiful, pain free, totally natural looking smile and am able to return to a more normal life living and eating w/dentures. I am so grateful to have met such an extraordinary group of people and professionals. Thank You Dr. Dacus for making ALL of this possible!

I am very appreciative of how sensitive everyone at Advanced Family Dental is to my needs. I am never in any pain during or after my appointments because they take an extreme amount of care with me. I have seen them several times of the past few years and they seem to keep up with the latest techniques, as well. I would never go to another dentist.
