I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I have dental anxiety and it can be pretty bad. Everyone in there was sweet and comforting. It's the first time I've really had a dentist stop and explain everything to me and the techs/hygienists are personal and understanding. I had to get a crown put in and they explained everything. Rhonda is amazing about the treatment plans. I saw Dr. Rocknak and he was amazing. I will continue to go here and I definitely recommend if you have anxiety and are unsure of where to go. Amazing.

I went to Advanced Dental after visiting another dentist in town, and desiring a second opinion. The staff at Advanced Dental was EXTREMELY friendly and professional. Dr. Rocknack was amazing and went over my course of treatment and answered all of my questions. I had a several procedures done in one day, including a cleaning and an extraction and NEVER experienced any pain or discomfort. If you aren't a patient at Advanced Dental, then you're seeing the wrong dentist! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rocknack and his staff.

Dr. Rocknak is the best dentist I've ever had. His attention to meeting the needs of his patients is paramount. One recent example: He explained to me that a crown on top of an implant is sometimes affected by the cement used to adhere the crown. To avoid this, he fixed the crown to the implant with a screw and then covered the resulting hole with a filling. The result is invisible, and, if the tooth ever experiences a problem, then the screw can be replaced or, the crown can be taken off without destroying it. His staff, without exception, are the most professional I have ever experienced.

Dr. Rocknak and his dental assistants are great! No pain during cleanings and very thorough dental work. It can take a while to get a first appointment but that's because they're such a good dental clinic. Definitely worth the wait! Once you get in for your first appointment, it's easy to schedule your regular cleanings every 6 months after that.

Took new patient paperwork in the day before my appointment and mentioned how much pain I was in. The front desk personnel were so understanding and asked if I wanted an emergency visit. Long story short, I had the tooth extracted within 1 hour of dropping off the paperwork. Rhonda explained everything in the treatment plan. Love that they want to make you comfortable (that is hard to do with me) and keep you comfortable. Great experience (or as good as it gets at the dentist)!!!!

I ended up having to have a tooth pulled and then a few weeks later the rest pulled and new dentures. I was very happy for sedation. I personally hate the dentist and always have. I have had some pretty bad experiences at the dentist so I am always hesitant to go. Advanced Dental however has been my best experience at a dentist by far. They care for their patients and truly desire to help and make the visit as comfortable as possible. When I was there this past week, the dentist and their assistants went out of their way to to make sure I was comfortable and that the work they were doing was top notch. To say I would highly recommend them is an understatement!

What a wonderful experience...and who can usually say that about going to the dentist? They have an amazing staff & a positive environment! My crown fell off & Dr. Rocknak replaced it during my appointment. Loved not having to wear a temporary crown or having to come back at a later date. Another big plus...Dr. Rocknak stands behind his work & is true to his word. My old crown came off last January, and he reglued it in place. He said if it fell off again he would refund my money, which he did. I highly recommend Dr. Rocknac!

Let me start off with I am not a fan of the dentist due to some pretty bad experiences in the past. I'm new to Cheyenne which increased the anxiety of going when I unexpectedly shattered my crown. I can not say enough about the treatment and care I received at Advanced dental. Every person from the scheduler, front desk staff, financial miracle worker, hygienist and the amazing Dr. Rocknak. was awesome! I went from shear terror to feeling at ease with the treatment plan the Dr set up for me. I was there a short amount of time but they took off the bad crown and made me a new crown all while I sat in my comfy chair and watched TV. No having to have a temp and come back. It was all done in one visit and best of all my Dr really made me as comfortable as possible and took great care with my work. Thank you so much Dr. Rocknak and the whole team at Advanced Dental. I'm happy to have such a great Dental team for my future care.

That hesitancy is probably rooted in some vaguely remembered childhood trauma, but it's been aggravated over the years by a variety of dentists with poor chair side manner. 5 stars for ethical. 5 stars for competent. 5 stars for having the most advanced, newest technology. Via computerized sculpting, crowns are made and installed in a single visit, and the several I have had have been perfect as can be to my experience. So easy and fast. So much better than the mouthful of clay impressions, the temporary caps, and the weeks of waiting for the manufactured crowns, which often do not fit right. 5 stars for Dr. Rocknak's friendly and efficient staff and the competence and integrity of his associate dentist. So that adds up to 20 stars, but in my estimation Advanced Dental deserves each and every one of them.

I had a loose tooth that suddenly was causing a lot of discomfort and some pain. I had never been there before but found them online and decided to take a chance. I called at 1pm and explained my situation. The receptionist said she had an opening at 3pm so I took it. Got there filled out the paperwork and they had me in the chair. By 4pm my tooth was extracted and I was on my way home. Staff was courteous and helpful and the Dentist explained everything he was doing in detail. I would recommend them.

Dr. Shaun Rocknak, DDS & Dr. Christopher Havens, DDS, of Advanced Dental, Inc. in Cheyenne are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and kind. I hadn't been to a dentist for 15 years after a horrible experience that lasted 5 years getting my teeth fixed after a run-in with a concrete sidewalk. They didn't scold me at all! But more importantly, they have fixed any problem I've had over the past year. Last week I needed to see them right away. I was told I could come to the office & they would work me in so I might have a bit of a wait. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving at the office, given an antibiotic prescription, & had the root canal & crown placement on Monday. They always explain everything they are doing, why it needs to be done, alternatives, & exactly how long the procedures will take. Their staff members are all knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, etc. Not that anyone ever really looks forward to going to the dentist, but I no longer dread the visits. Have to admit I was a little surprised at the prices after 15 years, and since I don't have dental insurance, they told me about Dent-a-Card. Greatly reduces the out-of-pocket expenses. I am very satisfied with everyone at Advanced Dental & wished I had not waited 15 years to find them!

I have my smile back! I've been very sick for many years and lost my teeth from malnutrition. I never thought I'd eat a cracker or nuts again. That icky glue tainted all my food but I couldn't keep my teeth in to save my life. I was so worried about my teeth popping out when I was talking that a couple years ago I started talking and eating while I held my hand over my mouth. It is awful the things you think up to over compensate for basic things in your life! I'm 62...mother,,,grandmother,,,wife...All these different hats I wear. About 10 years ago I stopped smiling because everyone made fun of me. Then one day I met this young, handsome, very nice dentist. Dr. Rocknak is wonderful to work with because he listens. They were able to get me in right away, examine, explain to me with very detailed information, and create a crown right then. In and out in less than 2 hours! Friendly, professional staff that takes great care of their patients. I have a tooth that has a crack so small, its not yet visible on either x-rays or to the eye on a molar. Dr. Rocknak was even handed enough to point out that it doesn't yet need additional work, but asked that I keep an eye on it and if the pain increases to come back in for work. Having a Dr. that doesn't OVER PRESCRIBE is as important as having a Dr. that cares about your well-being. My family has found a great dental practice to come to for years to follow.

Had a great experience at Advances Dental. Being approximately 2hrs away and needing immediate attention to my teeth. The staff and Doctors at Advanced Dental took the time and fit me into their already busy schedule and explained a dental plan that fit best. It was neat watching everyone working together as a team to complete my root canal and two crowns. Although it was a lengthy procedure the team worked very professionally and respected each other as they communicated about what they were doing. Not having dental insurance the staff worked with me in getting me set up with financing to complete the procedures and everything couldn’t have gone better. Pain is all gone and I’m definitely a happy patient. The procedures took everyone 45 mins past business hours and made it convenient for me not to return another day. I was not forced to wait; the hygienist started cleaning right on time. She was friendly without being annoying. X-rays were taken and the process was explained. Dr. Havens checked me out very shortly after the cleaning/x-rays were completed. Fortunately for me there was no further work needed. Dr. Havens was friendly and certainly seemed competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Dental to other potential patients.

Dr. Rocknack is a patient and gentle dentist. We appreciate the care from each member of his staff. Had no intention of getting dental work done at any other location; however, the lack of one star is due to the fact that they decided not to take the insurance that covers my daughters any longer. Very disappointed that we will have to find a different dental practice. I could understand not accepting certain insurances for future patients, but not for those who are already a patient with your firm.

Went in for routine cleaning and maintenance on my dentures; during the course of repairing the denture DR Rocknak found a cavity below an existing crown. I asked his scheduler how soon could I get in to have it repaired and a new crown installed; she said how about this afternoon! I came back had the old crown removed ,cavity fixed, and new permanent crown installed. All work was done at a very fair price. Thanks for the good service.

Dr. Rocknak and all the staff are completely amazing. I have been suffering from incredible pain in my tooth for four months after seeing another dentist and being told I just had receding gums. The staff got me an appt the same day I called to have my tooth looked at! Dr. Rocknak immediately identified a cracked filling and tooth and they got me in the NEXT DAY to get a root canal and crown and did an excellent job. I have no pain drinking cold water now and it is such a relief. I even went back a couple of times because I got something stuck in my gums due to them being loose from the procedure and they were so accommodating and kind and fixed that issue for me as well! They are an incredibly caring, professional and thorough group of people and I am so thankful for the care I received from them.
