I really like that they've been able to offer me appointment times that are convenient for me! They never "sell" me dental procedures, which I've experienced before. They recommend treatment and give me the education I need to make decisions based on what they know about dentistry. I also LOVE that they strive for perfection. I recently had two crowns put in and Dr. Patton wasn't crazy about how they fit, so they sent them back to lab to have them redone since she wanted them done right, not just done right then. Everyone on the staff looks out for the patient and that's nice to see!

It's always a pleasure to go to Verona Dental as everyone is so warm, friendly, and treat you like family! Today was an especially important day for me to go and receive a thorough cleaning, x-rays, and check-up. I recently lost a dear friend to Oral Cancer, whose cancer with more regular check-ups, may have been caught earlier. I'm very grateful for the whole team at Verona Dental, but especially to the wonderful Dr. Patton and my hygienist Megan for taking such good care of me.

I never give 5 stars even for my own performance but if I did Dr.Patton and her staff would be 5 stars. I moved to the area in the last year and wanted a check-up. Dr. Patton and her staff were great and did not pressure me in any way. I've heard horror stories about Dentist and preventative dentistry. Dr. Patton really took time to exam my teeth and gums and then her preventive dentistry was about flossing and brushing. I would recommend to everyone.

While they've seen more than their fare share of staffing changes (3rd dentist now), the staff continues to be top notch. I just switched from another dentist in Madison simply because it was too far a drive from my home (downtown parking, you know). Verona Family Dental offered free hockey mouth guards for my children as a community service so I moved my dental care over and was very surprised how easy it was. I’ve got TMJ so bad that my jaw once locked shut for 3 weeks following dental work at a Madison dental office. Never a concern at Verona Family Dental. They take special care with TMJ issues with lots of break with fast no-nonsense work. Staff are friendly and very prompt with appointment times. Office is conveniently located on south Main St inVerona. Facility is state of the art. Prices very reasonable.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The staff are super friendly and can somehow keep pleasant conversation even while cleaning your teeth, and the rooms have great ambiance with nice big windows. The hygienists/dentists do a good job of explaining what they’re doing as well, and why they’re doing it. Honestly, I was sad to leave - which is something I never thought I’d say leaving a dentist’s office. I will definitely be going to Verona Family Dental from now on.

I was terrified of going and the more time passed, the more embarrassed (and terrified) I was.....After visiting Verona Family Dental, if I were to answer this question again, "does anyone ever look forward to going to the Dentist" - my answer will be, YESSSS, I do! Not only were my fears quickly diminished, but they truly gave me an amazing patient experience from the second I walked in the door! Not only were they SO knowledgeable, but they also worked so delicately to make this experience so comfortable and painless! My family has been going to the Verona Family Dental folks for a few years. We've had our share of both regular care and special situations and the office & staff have provided excellent services to us. My annual checkup & cleaning yesterday was great. I must admit its been over a year since my prior visit. They called the day before my appointment to ask that I come in a few minutes early to update paperwork and to warn that we might not be able to "fit it all in to one hour", depending on what the hygienist (Kim) & dentist found. I really appreciated the heads-up! Not only did we finish right on time, my month & ego feel great!
