We’ve been taking our son here since his first dental appointment 6 years ago. Dr. Kinzel is such a kind and gentle doc, always patient and understanding with kids and parents. The hygienists are also wonderful and put the kids at ease. There is always a great kids movie playing on the monitors above the dental chairs so they are engaged (and distracted) while getting a cleaning. Highly recommend this place to parents who want their kids to LIKE going to the dentist!

Children’s dental is terrific. Dr. Kinzle and all the staff are very good with children and are supportive and patient. The waiting area if fun and child friendly. The kids get distracted by a video while they work on their teeth. The kids get a token at the end and get to choose a prize. This office takes Medicaid where others won’t. They clearly love what they do and it shows. I would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Amy Kramer at Children's Dental Center is fantastic! She is so good with children, and makes dental appointments fun. The office is kid-friendly and we are sad to leave but all the baby teeth are gone :-(

Dental trips can be hard on parents and scary for kids, but they do a great job making kids feel comfortable and making sure the parents know their options and providing information.

Dr. Brittany was so amazing with our little guy today! He’s been largely fearful of the dentist at 3 years old - she didn’t miss a beat, got down on the ground with him and met him exactly where he was at. Truly ended up being an enjoyable and quick visit! The office is super clean and has lots of toys for kids of all ages. Definitely recommend to families with young kiddos!

Going to the dentist is not the favorite appointment for my kids; however having Dr. Kinzel's office do the work has been a great experience. The team is excellent; every body is very kind, the service is provided in a timely manner, in and out quickly, great recommendations and kids really love the wait (which is not long at all) because the activities for them are very fun. Highly recommend this place. Dr. Kinzel also worked with my special needs daughter. First time she can actually be seen by a dentist (because of diagnosis it was hard to make it before); Dr. Kinzel do the necessary accommodations to make it work and his staff is very patient with her.

They are so caring and sensitive to my super shy 3 year old daughter. She had a stint at the University of Wisconsin's Children's Hospital when she was 2 & is very sensitive to people in the medical/dental fields. The employees never even bat an eye at her fussing. They just smile, sing songs & call her sweetie.

I love this dentist office! Been going here for over nine years, after my child had a horrible experience in Beaver Dam. Definitely worth the drive! They are all very understanding, patient and respectful to their patients :) They have a fun, clean and enjoying environment and the children love getting a coin after each cleaning to pick a trinket out if one of their numerous coin machines.

Very personable and friendly staff and it's never a long wait. Dr. Dan explains things very well, you never feel like you don't know what's going on or what to expect. I feel like they are very honest and trustworthy.

The dentist and staff that actually work with the children are good but they book up so fast and you have to speak to a manager In order to get an appointment less then six month out. my son is having dental work done because his local dentist can’t do it and for 3 separate appt it’s taking almost a year which is causing more tooth decay. I wish there were more pediatric dentist because I would never give this place my money if I had a choice to go elsewhere I would.

Colleen the hygienist was awesome. My 3 year old has struggled at the dentist her entire life but this appt was a dream. Colleen was patient, let the appt got at the speed that kept my daughter comfortable and was silly, calm and still got the job done and the teeth cleaned. She was wonderful!!

I've been taking our son here for most of his life and the service and professionalism of the staff is fabulous. I called this morning as my son had some weird jagged edge coming in alongside his back molar and I figured we'd need to come in for an appointment. The kind receptionist Shelly told me to just e-mail in a photo and she called me back within an hour with the dentist's assessment (all normal -- nothing we need to do). If only all medical offices were so accommodating and efficient -- much appreciated!

Our three year old declared “l love going to the dentist” as we drove away from our first appointment so a review can’t get much better than that. Our five year old was afraid to go (after a bad experience at a family dentist) but as soon as he walked in and saw the awesome lobby he opened right up. Kudos for creating such a fun, not-scary experience!

Great place to bring your little ones in. Waiting room will set them in a good mood with all great toys waiting to be played with. Looks nice and clean. Short waiting time. All dentists and staff members are great with kids. Very sensitive to their feelings, gentle and quick. I wish I had that when I was little!

It was my son's first time at the dentist! He was at one before but they didnt clean or look at his teeth! They had to look at a tooth and had to remove it when he was 4! this SCARED My son from Dentist! My son has special needs and can be very challenging! The dental assistant that cleaned his teeth was AWESOME! VERY CARING but got the job done! Daniel DeJarlais, D.D.S. was my sons dentist and he was AMAZING! sang to him and worked really well with calming him down wile examining his teeth! I was VERY HAPPY with EVERYTHING!! There needs to be more dentist like him and dental hygienist like her too!

We love Dr. Amy Kramer and Children's Dental Center of Madison. I had a TON of work done on my teeth as a child and always hated going to the dentist. I can't help but compare the experience that my kids have when they go. They love Dr. Amy, who is very good with kids and the Center has a fun, vibrant, kid-focused atmosphere where kids get to watch movies while having their teeth cleaned. What a treat! My only piece of advice is for the hygenists to be sure to introduce themselves to us as they take our kids back. It helps my youngest for me to be able to say "X will be helping clean your teeth today/needs you to lay very still/open your mouth wider/will be taking you to get xrays, etc." You will never regret going here. Kudos to Dr. Kramer and CDC!
