I have been a patient of Dr. Crow’s dental practice for the past 5 years and my experience has been fantastic. The staff is super accommodating and the office is as nice and clean as I have ever seen. I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Crow always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. If you need a dentist these guys are great

Was told to be there by 9:00am for my son, staff tells me I had to be there 15 min prior? The paperwork clearly states that they were “open” @ 8:00 from mon-wed.. we called starting @ 8am to get directions, nobody answers, we finally find the place and 5 min. Late with my husband on his way with xrays and was told that the procedure would not be done because we wasn’t there 15 minutes before 9am? They wouldn’t even answer the phone, but they make the appointment 15 minutes before? The doctor is has zip zero personality! HAS NO COMPASSION FOR OTHERS, A LACK OF EMPATHY, AND VERY NARCISSISTIC! Just to name a few. He puts “online” that someone is on welfare? He must have forgotten about the “laws” when it pertains to patients privacy! This shows what type of individual your dealing with. He says 40 minutes late.... we were there! The xrays were on the way! And no you did not offer to help, you’re a liar! You handed back the X-ray AFTER I SHOWED YOU YOUR OWN PAPER WORK OF THE TIMES, YOU GOT MAD CAUSE YOU COULD NOT JUSTIFY YOUR OWN MISTAKES! I wonder what happens to doctors like yourself that do things that are clearly against the law.... I guess we will find out. You try and have a great rest of your day.

It’s unfortunate that I will never be going back to this office because our family has been going for years and I’ve referred so many people. Word of mouth is everything in this town. I will be letting everyone know about my experience today. As I was leaving the dentist, the front desk lady named Danielle informed me that I needed to find a new dentist because she would not take a partial payment. Her exact word “that amount your trying to pay me is not good enough”. I always pay after my appointments and happen to not have an appointment for 6 months. I tried to pay and she refused and raised her voice and told me she will immediately send my account to collections and asked me how I felt about my 7 year old being sent over to collections. The amount of money I was offering would have covered my daughters co pay for a past visit but she refused to take my money. It was very embarrassing to be spoke to like that. I’ve paid a few thousand over the years so far for my visits and I would have continued to give them my business if this didn’t happen. She was very unprofessional and in business no matter how great you are, your only as good as your weakest link!

My experience at Crow Dental was incomparable from any dental experience I had in my life. The staff was so welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with every procedure. Dr. Trilli erased any anxiety and doubts I had going into my implant procedure, his professionalism and chair-side manner made me feel completely relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. The process was painless and handled in the most professional, caring manner. Everywhere I go I am told what a beautiful Hollywood smile I have, and now I smile with confidence. Best dental care place in the world! Staff was extremely friendly and make my mother and I very comfortable and happy during our visits. 1st: seats and dental chairs were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE 2nd: staff was very friendly and made me feel very safe and made me feel I was in good hands 3rd: procedures were painless, quick ,and easy 4th: appointments were extremely easy to make And finally 5th: the office was a very clean, safe environment and a great place for everyone to feel welcome. Worest dentist every. Very rude to me and my son. Dr Crow was rude and wouldn't help my son with his wisdom teeth. My son choking on spit then Dr Crow refuse to help my son when he was need to spit saying my son wouldn't open his mouth which is a lie I was in there the whole time with my son. The ladies wasn't in there helping but there going to take Dr Crow side.
