I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give them 0. I called needing an emergency appointment due to an abscessed tooth. I was impressed when told, “get here as soon as you can.. we will take a look at it.” I arrived roughly 30 mins after and was told they no longer had an opening. Don’t tell patients you can squeeze them in, if truly you can’t.

Personnel as well as dentists have been very friendly, options have been explained as well as cost.We have had extensive dental work done and everything has been painless, and very natural looking. I’ve been going here for just over 12 years. Back in 2008 I was hit by a car as a pedestrian in a crosswalk, the only thing damaged/broke was my front two teeth. I was 13 & this was devastating to me. They stayed open late for me just to handle what needed done for me back in 2008 and they have seen me through the entire process since! They are extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They always have been good to me. They actually do care what my opinion is on my teeth, they talk me through everything and make sure I fully understand before the process of anything is started. I am blessed to have found them as a dentist office and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would recommend them to any and everyone

Dr. Greg and the team at Briarwood Dental Center have done a wonderful job with my family and me. The team always treat us with respect and work very hard to accommodate my large family. We usually all go in at the same time (8 of us - children 1yo-10yo) and get seen with two hours. Most importantly, Dr. Greg takes extra time to ensure that children have a great experience so they don't have any anxiety about dental visits. Keep it up Briarwood!!

RUN!!!! Red flags went off during my first visit last year when the receptionist dropped at least a dozen F-bombs talking to her colleague. I had to get up and tell her if she didn't stop cussing I was going to walk out. In hindsight I wished I had obeyed my red flag warning system. The dentist dragged out my filling treatment over 5 visits when 2 would have been plenty. I guess he gets paid more to drag it out and charge more than double the novocaine. Two of the fillings crumbled and he fixed the first but refused to repair the last one that fell apart. I had to go elsewhere to get any help. I thought I would give him one last chance, but they left me sit in the chair for AN HOUR without coming back to take x-rays or do anything. AWFUL!!!!. I would give 0 stars if I could. Thinking I will report to the Dental Association.

Been going to BDC for more than five years. They've always been professional and very accommodating when it comes to making an appointment around my schedule. I have had some serious issues which they have repaired. I like the idea that they will explain what they are doing as a procedure is being done.

After driving from PA to have cavities filled....my daughter was told they can't do it until our balance from the week before was paid. No one had communicated this to me through email....billing ...or a phone call. I have never missed a payment with this practice. Very dissatisfied! We will be changing practices asap!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! They seem to think that bullying their customers into keeping an appointment that they CANNOT KEEP is the way to do business. I called about 6 times Monday because I had a horrible toothache. Finally I ÷through but they were at lunch. I got a call back at 2:45. I made an appointment with "A" (her first initial and she was very sweet and professional by the way) for 9:15 the next morning, a mere 18.5 hours away. She mentioned NOTHING about a strict cancellation policy. I find out that night that my work schedule changed and I could NOT make my appointment. I called at 8am the next morni g a profusely apologized to their voicemail for having to change my appoint ment. "A" returned my call when they opened and left me a message saying she had no other opening today. So I called her back and was told that since I did not give 24 hours notice that they would not give me another appointment....EVER!! So again I apologize and explain I can't get away from work and I pointed out that without altering the space and time continuum that I can't give 24 hours notice on an appointment that I made only 18.5 hours ago!! DOESN'T MATTER!! THEIR policy says.... I would think that if they were going to have a policy that extreme (lifetime blackball) that they should either be required to point out that if I cancel this appoint ment they WILL NEVER GRANT ME ANOTHER ONE, or have a policy that they are not allowed to make appointments with less than say a 36 hour window. Just my opinion.

The team at Briarwood Dental are family oriented and truly care about the well being of their patients. Dr. Noland, Dr. Boyd, and Dr. Steven-Hazard take the time to get to know you and recommend the right treatment. I enjoy going to the dentist, and it’s because of the staff and doctors.

Great with children!!!! Can’t say enough how great everyone is with children. I took my 4 year old to a “pediatric” dentist thinking they would be the best for kids. I was wrong everyone here was better! My husband went here and told me to call them for our daughter because he had a great experience. My daughter ended up needing 3 fillings and they were wonderful. They made her feel comfortable and explained what they were going to do before hand and just all over great. Highly recommend for the whole family!!!
