Fantastic teeth, this is my 2nd set of teeth. My first set was from a local dentist, had to use fix-o-dent or some type of glue constantly. My new teeth fit great and no glue. YES. great fit. DDS was great and saved me money suggesting a basic tooth. Now I am wondering if the more expensive teeth would feel different. These feel dirty quickly in the day. Staff is nice - its a basic business no fluff. I recommend this place they are fast no nonsense denture people.

Dr. Lyons was awesome and really nice and professional. And the staff was really nice, there was a little wait but it was the lab that was a little behind but overall done a great job. Got to go back for them to take a little off of the bottoms but that understandable!!! Would highly recommend them!!!! Love them, everybody says they look like they are my real teeth. I've got alot of compliments on them again they do a great job..

I Had to travel a long ways and spend a long time there to get My dentures to fit with a liner and the teeth are shaped more in a "V" than they should be it makes My lips look too thin and its hard to find room for My tounge since the bridge its so tiny all the way around on the top plate. The bottom plate is fine fits good and stays in good but the top plate has to be redone soon.

Got my full set 2 days ago. No problems so far. Still getting used to them. Had to go back next day for some minor adjustments, but nothing not to be expected. I would recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone. Thanks! Update 8/8/17 - I have been going back for adjustments as needed. Great staff; knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to permanent set in a few months. Only thing I might add is when going for adjustments, I recommend getting there at the time they tell you, usually 10 AM, or even get there earlier. The don't take appointments for adjustments; It's first come, first served. If you show up late, it takes longer to work you in.

Affordable Dentures is a wonderful place to go for dentures! I went today, arrived at 730am. Best to try to be there at 715am. Either way they’re good at getting you back quick for your impressions. Once I got that done I waited around until 10am. Just in case they needed to redo my impressions. Then they’ll tell you to come back at 3pm. Came back at 245pm. I was out by 4pm. Very friendly! Very accommodating! They made sure my dentures fit perfect before leaving! I absolutely LOVE THEM! The dentist are super nice. They literally make you feel like it’s all about you and your happiness! I’ve already recommended them to some of my family & friends! I’ll definitely continue to recommend this place! They’re worth the trip! My teeth look real! Like they did when I was a teen! So exciting! THANK YOU!

Everyone at Affordable Dentures is so nice and helpful. They really made me feel at ease when I had my dentures made. I have a really bad phobia when it comes to dentists. I had to have thirteen teeth pulled and I was really anxious but they put me at ease. My follow up visits have been great also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dentures made.

they might seem night at the beginning but once you have an issue with your denture then they are nothing but trash with trashy service and attitude including the dentist and the staff so save yourself a headache money and time, try to call your local dentist and ask for a temporary denture and they are basically the same price and better quality than the ones you get at Affordable Dentures and dont forget the wait time because you have to be there all day long, again avoid going to that trashy place

The only nice thing I can really say about this place is that the dentist and his assistant ( which was the short lady with brown hair) were extremely nice to me and explained everything very thoroughly and they were very gentle with the fitting experience. When I went back that afternoon to get my dentures she handed me my top first, I instantly saw a chip in the left front tooth! ( Keep in mind I paid hundreds of dollars for these!!) the assistant insisted that when I put the bottoms in it would look filled in that that’s how they were made... she went to put my bottoms in and had me bite down and the bite was COMPLETELY off couldn’t even bite down at all. So, dentist sent me home with my tops only ( with the small chip still in my left tooth) said he had to remake my bottoms bc we somehow messed the bite up had me do the fitting stuff over and the bite measurements then instructed that I come back the next day at 2:30 for my re-made bottoms. I show up the next day after work with my tops in and they call me back to see if my bottoms fit well or not. I try my bottoms in and they felt comfortable on my gums but were really thick and pushed my bottom lip way out I was really uncomfortable. And hurt on the outside of my gums. I told her how uncomfortable I was with the way I looked AND felt. She was really nice and said she could thin them out and went back and did so. I tried them again and the front of my bottom lip was a lot better but it was just as thick on each side of my chin and super painful. The dentist came in after the Assistant walked out and I mentioned my concerns. He said that he’d shaved them down as much as he could and I’d have to get used to them and seemed in a hurry to get me out the door. Now I’m home , still with a chip in my left front tooth, still in pain with my bottoms in HAVENT even been wearing my bottoms the last couple days bc they got even more painful the longer I wore them.. I thought about going back Monday but it’s an hour drive and I’m scared to get my front teeth filed bc if they were any shorter they’d look rediculous and the dentist said he couldn’t do anything else .. so what do I do? I don’t want to waste a trip :( And the receptionist they had working that day was rude, awkward inattentive didn’t understand what she was doing , didn’t know the prices and tried over charging me and had me sitting there from 10-1pm waiting to pay bc she had forgot who I was , had papers scattered everywhere unorganized and had an excuse for all of her mistakes,.. said she’d only been there a week and the woman that was supposed to be helping her wasn’t there that day. It’s understandable being new but her personality didn’t really fit the job

Very professional..was in and out in no time Adding to my post 5 weeks later...went for adjustment..shaved part of denture off..went back a week later for soft liners...bottom plate is to short on one side, making chewing very hard..top plate feels to thick after soft liner put in and have to use tons of adhesive...am very dissatisfied and now told I have to pay for anymore work done to them...smh..very dissatisfied at this point....

I came there in a panic. Having just started a new fantastic job I was mortified when my dogs decided to use my teeth as a chew toy!!! I superglued them to get through the weekend. I had upper & lower partials made at the Barboursville, WV location 13 months ago, & I have not needed as much as an adjustment because they fit perfect. This week, I had an impression made for an additional tooth added to the upper partial before I had the broken tooth extracted. After the extraction, the partial fit & matched as well as the initial denture. I highly recommend Affordable Denture's staff, service, & quality!

I am totally unfamiliar with anything to do with dentures. My parents are in their '80s and still have their teeth. I have had failing teeth for a few years now and went through the agonizing decision to get dentures. They have walked me through every step of the process so far. They never mind answering questions and are so accommodating with their scheduling. I would highly recommend them If you are about to go through this process. The staff is so kind and courteous.

too in a hurry to take proper impression...to in a hurry to fit properly once I picked them up for fitting... pretty sure my doctor was high on something because he bounced around like a tweaker on meth. brought my poorly fitted denture to my ex husband where he hand filed them down and made them fit better but this place is a total waste of money.

The little cubeable I was put in was dirty and the chair had not been cleaned forever under the plastic on the chair was awful and the floor was nasty. I will be going to my regular DDS from now on

Expected long wait which was ok because it was expected. However, after waiting from 8:15 am until 4:00 pm the denture they made just fell out of my mouth: I could have put 2 fingers in the side of it. So, they did a new impression and I have to drive 2 hours back there today. I’m reserving final review until later keeping fingers crossed that these fit well. P.s. I have worn dentures for 20 years so I’m not new to wearing dentures my dog ate mine and I need them in a hurry as this is Thanksgiving week otherwise I would have waited.

I’ve used Affordable Dentures previously as well. This visit was pleasant enough until I was brought back for my impression. The staff member who called me back acted as if she was mad at the world. She had a very rude, unprofessional attitude. She asked if I had previously worn dentures. I said I had. She instructed me to spit them in the paper towel she had provided. I replied I couldn’t because they’d broken which was the reason for my visit. She became rude and informed me that was her sole purpose for asking me if I’d previously worn dentures. I realize anybody can have a bad day. It must be difficult to see the volume of patients they see, and work the long hours to service all the patients. But...please don’t take it out on the patients who have been waiting since 7:30 to be seen in an overcrowded waiting room. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

The entire office staff are very helpful and efficient. The Dr Lyon is very kind and understanding and gave a thorough explanation of what to expect from my first visit to this third visit. Adding to my first review. Definitely plan on spending the money for the year plan. It’s so helpful to be able to have adjustments to your denture as your gums change. Being able to keep your denture snug and comfortable will save you a lot of pain. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures. My appointment to have a partial made went very well, was in and out fairly quick. However, when i needed to go back and have it adjusted, I was told that i would have to just walk in after 10 am and be "worked in" to their schedule. I could not make an appointment which means missing another day of work. The receptionist was very rude also.

I have had problems with my dentures since I got them. I had a impression made before I had my teeth pulled. They were on a vacation that next week so I had to wait and go then. I had to sit and wait. I told the dentist they were to big because I didn't know anything about dentures. Instead of the explaining to me that this was normal, they did another impression which did not even fit my mouth. I ask them about the first set I had made that was the perfect form of my gums. Their answer was that they threw it away!!! I ask them why. They said they couldn't keep all the impressions. Why then was I told to have an impression done first. I was so upset. Instead of them adjusting my first set that was formed to my mouth, they threw them away! The Dr told me he has never had a patient unsatisfied like me and offered my money back! What dentist would actually say that to his patient? Now he said I would probably have to have dental implants to hold my bottom dentures in. I'm on a fixed income and saved two years for my dentures. Oral surgery was 2600.00 plus the premium package at affordable dentures. I can not afford denture implants. I'm so disgusted that I can't even look at myself in the mirror. I'm very upset with them. Even though he apologized for what he said I just can't stop thinking about what I have done and why I trusted them. Its been six and a half months and I still can't eat. This is my experience. If I had it to do over I would have went to a different dentist. They are so crowded they push you in and out. I'm overwhelmed and upset everyday. I hope my experience gets better but I'm 60 years old and I want to be out and about not worrying about my dentures hurting so bad that I can't. My gums are healed perfectly so it has to be the dentures. My experience was bad.

The staff past the reception area were very short and rude. My upper denture looks like it would fit an alien and when I put it in my mouth I look like I've taken a big dip of snuff. I've went back and they will not fix it or replace it. They've told me this is the way my mouth is shaped and my gums are what the mold is from. I'm sorry my mouth has never looked like that. I still have them if any one wants to see them in person. I will continue to show them until I get the full refund that I have requested. News flash they want me to keep coming back and forth. I'm tired of it and will be speaking to an attorney. Go somewhere else and please don't take a chance with this company. My teeth look like they belong on wrong turn the movie.

I sat in the waiting room for 6 hours. 3 waiting to be seen, and 3 more when I returned to pick up my dentures. Once I received my dentures, I must say, they fit nicely on my gums and look rather fantastic, but the molars are far too small to even chew with. I deducted 1 star for the insane wait time, and 1 star for the severely undersized teeth on the sides. Otherwise, I'm almost satisfied with my experience, but not quite.
