Dr. Williams and her staffs are wonderful, understanding, and caring with younger children. Since 2011 been sending both of my young daughters to Dr. Williams and really enjoy the family environment and teaching to my young daughters on their dental hygiene.

GET SECOND OPINION!!!! They told me my son needed all this work done and something felt off since they did no X-rays and our appointment last about 3 minutes. I went to another dentist and said absolutely NOTHING is wrong and he 1000% doesn’t need ANY work!!! Be your child’s advocate and get other opinions just to be super sure!!

I loved my experience at Precious Smiles! They are awesome. My son's adult teeth were coming in and so he needed his baby teeth extracted. I had a consultation at another Pediatric office, but the Dentist was a bit rough with my son (who was already nervous about going to the Dentist). Needless to say, I did not return to that office. I called Precious Smiles to schedule an appointment and I was impressed from the first call. The receptionist was very pleasant and she discussed the entire procedure with me. I even received an email confirmation about my appointment. The appointment went very smoothly. Dr. Williams was very friendly; spoke to my son in a calm and re-assuring manner, and explained to him what she was doing. Her assistant ( I forgot her name) was also very friendly and supportive. Our entire visit including paperwork, consultation and extraction took less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Precious Smiles to anyone.

First time visit today with my 6 and 4 year old. All of the staff were very friendly, patient, and professional - even when my 4 year old screamed during the polishing (he'd never had it done before). They gave me the option to be present or not and talked both boys through every thing. My oldest left feeling very proud of himself. The youngest left with a smile, despite him feeling like his world was ending in the chair. They still praised him, thanked him for being brave and did their best to make it a positive experience for him. We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful office with Dr. Williams and staff.

A good experience overall. I have three kids, so I try to get all their appointments set up for the same time. These guys had good reviews, so after moving here we gave it a shot. Their administration was a bit confused, but aside from that, customer service was good and the dentists and dental hygienists were great.

Didn't like it, not because my child cried, it is because their service is not kids friendly. They (Dentist and associate) knew that what is expected from kids, but do not know how to help parents to calm them down. Front desk manager needs to change her attitude as well. Like the office environment.

My five year old was terrified of the dentist. Even threw a fit when it came time for a regular check-up and teeth cleaning. You can't imagine my worry when I was told he needs two teeth pulled. My heart was full of pure joy when I saw how calm and patient the dentist and the assistant were with my son. They made him feel comfortable, relaxed, and most of all, happy. He did not cry once and was all smiles leaving. Thank you to the staff at Precious Smiles! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend (:

I love this pediatric dentist. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is clean and inviting. My favorite part is that you are allowed to accompany your kids into the dental chair. I have read nightmare stories of other dentists who did not allow this to happen and it makes things horrible for the patient and the families. I am not a helicopter parent, but seeing me in the room, allowed my little ones to feel like they are in a safe place when we started coming to see Dr. Williams. Now, they just love it there. We will be clients until they become adults.

Good companwy untill we found out they wont accommodate children with special needs. Paying out of pocket and they wont see him unless I take off work as a single parent anf bring my son in the am. Disgusting to be pediatrics. Wont ever return. Staff heartless and unbelieveable.

I took my son here when he 3, and everything went smoothy. now as age 6 i took him back and he had a HOFFIC MORE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE our lives!!!!! MY SON WAS HELD DOWN JUST FOR A CLEANING, AND NOW REFUSES TO ALLOW ANY ONE TO EVEN BRUSH HIS TEETH. I WAS SHOCKED!!!!!! My son wouldn't allow them to brush his teeth and what was the recommendation from the dental hygienist?? To hold him down.. . which made things go TERRIBLY wrong, he screamed kicked, scared the entire office and children waiting in the lobby, he ran out crying, kicking the building, miserable and upset about this for days to the point where i needed to take him to a therapist for help. I waited a couple of months, and then took him to a different dental office, to which he would still not allow them to clean or touch his teeth. :o( I am so upset, this type of mental damage to a 6 year old is completely unprofessional and i am furious. No call from the office to check on my son after the visit either. or a week after. I am shocked and can not believe this happened to my child with no care or concern from the staff and doctors.

Definitely a five star rating dental office and top dentist for the last 6 years. Dr. Williams and staff have consistently been professional with a personable approach to entire family. We have been with this practice for over 8yrs and that approach have always been very consistent. I’m always informed about the treatment about treatment before it’s done and the areas my children needs to focus on. The office is clean and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. My children forget they’re at a dental office by keeping occupied with the game stations. Highly recommends this office to all families.
