Well I DIDN'T have a good experience. Did they get me in quickly for an emergency tooth extraction yes. Having said that, I was sent home despite having an OBVIOUS abscess with NO antibiotics!! Despite calling several times the next day, even verifying they had gotten the correct pharmacy, I arrived at the pharmacy only to be told they didn't have a prescription on voicemail or anywhere else! Necessitating a trip to an Urgent care, because by that time their office had closed, at additional cost, time and pain. NEVER Again!!!

I never have to wait long. I was very early for my appointment today and they were able to take me right in. Everyone is so friendly and the office is very efficient. It may sound strange, I really like going to the dentist! I have had the same hygienist, Lisa, for years and she knows my whole family. They even sing happy birthday to me every year. I recently moved to Suffolk, but have no plans to change dentists. It's worth the drive!

All my experiences at Greenbrier Dental Center has always been great. From getting my teeth cleaned twice a year to my most recent procedure which was a root canal from beginning to the end. They made me feel really comfortable and before I knew it, the procedure was over and I was walking out the front door. As always, I was confirmed by text and phone in advance, they called before my appointment to see if I wanted to come in earlier, pleasant receptionists greeted us and knew our names upon entering the building plus we didn’t wait long to be brought back to the room. Last visit the whitening tray process was explained and they made my mold perfectly for touch ups anytime! Love how friendly, professional, and courteous everyone treats me and my son. My favorite hygienist, Jenny, always makes me feel comfortable and special, by picking up on conversations where we left off at cleanings every 6 months like old friends. Dr Harrell has excellent bedside manor, knowledge of his field and explains things easily although I usually have all good news, no cavities

The Office Staff worked with me ahead of time to confirm insurance and prepare for my appointment. Upon arrival the assistant, hygienist, and doctor were all prompt, provided any necessary information about what would take place, and walked through all treatment plans for myself. After, the Office staff assisted me in setting up my additional treatment required, scheduling, and the possible costs based off of my insurance information. Everyone was friendly and courteous even in the later afternoon hours.

I realized all the money was going to more new offices when I finally divorced them. Greenbrier Dental is quick and HONEST. They are super friendly and I've had a wonderful experience every time I've been. Dr. Harrell and the dental hygienist are a pleasure. It's refreshing to see people who appear to enjoy their job. I have been going to this practice for many years now and never once have I been concerned about my treatment by the personnel or the dental care that I received. The staff is always friendly, the appointment is always on time and Dr. Etheridge continues to be my hero when it comes to my teeth. It was first time going here my son was a patient excellent staff from the front office to the doctor very detail one on one service very patient could tell they weren't concerned about numbers. I wasn't rushed in or rushed out of the office which is the usual service nowadays . I can tell you that most people are terrified about going to see a dentist. Even though most wont admit it. It can be a very scary thing . But I can tell you that I was treated like a person and not just a number . Also I'm not very much into any kind of pain . With that being said I went in because I need to get a tooth pulled . And instead of them trying to just make a dollar off of me and recommend some alternative to pulling the tooth just to make money off me they did what they felt was best for my health . I'm a grown man 38 years old and was nervous. But the nurses and the doc were just straight down to earth people. Talking to them was like talking to someone I've know for years . Made me feel 100% comfortable. Tooth was pulled in what seemed like 5 mins and I didnt feel a thing . Even hours after the tooth was pulled still no pain .. If you need dental work any at all greenbrier dental is where you need to go . I swear I dont normally do reviews .. Most just seem to be a waste of time. But I deff took time out to post this review because it was worth every minute I spent to type this. Seriously Greenbrier Dental were awesome. Thanks for reading

We came to Greenbrier dental about six months ago after having a bad experience at a Nother popular dentist in the area. The staff at Greenbrier dental is not only friendly, but they make sure the children have a pleasant experience! They are conservative when suggesting procedures, especially for younger kids, which we really appreciated as well! I brought my 3 and 5 year old in and we were out in 45 minutes!! They work with one of my kiddos to make him feel comfortable when he doesn’t want to open his mouth, Dr. Spruill even let two of my kids sit together while he checked them, and then they were able to squeeze us in for additional work when we needed it. Greenbrier Dental is the best. Its clean, they have really awesome pens that they give out, the staff and dentist are kind, caring, and professional, and their customer service is top notch. A family member recommended Greenbrier Dental Center when I could no longer take the pain from a toothache I had for awhile. When you go into their large waiting room there are 4 receptionist waiting to help. You never have to wait just to check in. Once you go back, there are TV's in the rooms and they give you the remote! I forgot what that was like, LOL! During my procedure Jessica made sure I was comfortable and that I felt safe. She even made sure I had a blanket! Dr. Doan took care and made sure I knew what was going to happen and that I was comfortable. Jami worked with me to make sure they could see me as soon as possible. And they were straightforward about cost. Working with me to set up a payment plan and an appt for an additional procedure at a later date. Everyone there seems to understand that we are human and everyone's situation is different. These days medical practices want to rush you in and out. Its refreshing to have such a warm and caring experience. I highly recommend Greenbrier Dental!

So I got off work one night around 2a.m. With a throbbing toothache. (The tooth was abscessed so I knew that was why I had one) when I say I was in the worst pain ever I got home and tossed and turned all night and could not sleep. I think I drank 20 bottles of water trying to keep the pain down. So with 20 bottles of water down and the numerous hours wanting to just shoot myself 10am rolled around and I called them. The lady that answered was very polite and even told me to come right in. So I got in my car and beamed it. They were so nice I think I spent 15 minutes on the paperwork and after I finished I was being called back within 10 minutes. I thought that was pretty quick since I was basically a walk in. They took me back there and gave me the best care ever!! She came in and explained to me they needed to be extracted which I didn't expect they were going to do at all. But it's definitely what I wanted so I was cool with it. id say within a hour I was toothless and feeling so much better. They cut the two teeth out and I was out by 1230.. Even went to work that day at 4! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I just moved here from New York and tryna find a good hygienist around the area , so I found this place on google because it got 5 stars I thought this is the place for me but i was wrong!!!!!! . I am very disappointed after I got my teeth done here . I went to my car and look at the mirror my build up still there and it doesn’t feel clean at all. So I called them and tell them that I can still see my build up and I don’t feel it clean like every time I got my teeth done , they want me to coming to check again with the doctor , ok so I went in there talked to her she told me that just the way my teeth look. Omg that so ridiculous!!!! Never happened to me before the one I got it done in NY . The build up shouldn’t be there and it should feels clean after I got it done . Btw the hygienist did my cleaning here her name is LISA . They not very nice to their clients and they didn’t do good job here. Especially the doctor I talked to Asian-American girl I forgot her name couldn’t do anything about my problem . I don’t know how they got 5 stars here. I will never go here ever again !!!

Dr. Rice is an Amazing Dr. And his Assistance were very nice and Kind Kimberly and Megan Thank you all for your assistance. I was a little nervous at first lol.. But they all were GREAT. The office is so clean and I love the fresh smell of the office and yes its very clean . Everyone was so Polite Helpful and Nice, I had 10 teeth taken out the day of my visit and I've never felt so comfortable in a Dentist off like I did there. And it was not as painful as I thought it would be just a lil discomfort which was normal for 10 teeth to be pulled out. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. RICE , KIMBERLY and MEGAN. I will and have referred some of my coworkers .

I had a broken tooth that was giving me a hard time. I haven’t been back to my old dental office because my dentist retired so I called Greenbrier Dental Center because of all the good ratings I saw and they still went above my expectations! They got me in that day! The receptionists were all very helpful and didn’t make me wait, I got called in after filling out my paperwork, was seen by the dentist right away, got an estimate and was taken care of right away. It was such an easy process unlike other dental offices I have been to. I will definitely be back for my cleanings and other work!

I was scared beyond words to get my tooth extracted. In the past, (previous dentist in another state), I have not had good luck with the needle going into my gum area, which resulted in a swollen cheek for a few weeks. I was reassured by dentist and assistant, and everything was explained to me before and as the procedure was taking place.. Just wanted to Acknowledge Dr. Spruill and the staff, starting with The Front Office on to The Back Office. I Thank You all so much for making my daughter's dental experience an excellent one. She had to go in and have some work done and had some anxiety due to her experience with previous dentist. You are not just a smiling face here, but a person about whom they care. I’ve been coming here for over a year and stand behind this review to the utmost! In fact, I would challenge you to question anyone who has something negative to say about their experiences here. After having my son in 2017, my wife and I received a congratulatory card signed by everyone on staff at the time. I came in as an emergency appointment today. I cracked my tooth on a rogue piece of chicken bone in a boneless chicken thigh. They were able to take me same day and there was little waiting time to be seen. The office is really clean and they provide free Gatorade and water which is awesome! This practice is the most professional, efficient, honest, and caring dental/medical facility that I have ever received services. Of course, there are other practices where I think the doctors are wonderful, or the medical assistants, or the office staff, but Greenbrier Dental Center provides quality care from all of the above; from the phone call when making an appointment/needing assistance, to entering the office, to treatment/services received, to walking out the door. I can truly say that I have never found that at any other facility. You are not a number; you are a "cared for" patient. You just don't find them like this anymore.

I have an extreme fear of dentists. I’ve seen a lot of dentists and never actually been pleased with my treatment or care. I was referred somewhere else who wouldn’t see me until 3 weeks later. I was in extreme pain, and 12 weeks pregnant. I called greenbrier dental while sitting in the ER crying. The receptionist told me they would love to help me but didn’t have any openings the next day. They took my number just Incase. I got a call the next day that they had an opening. I had just started antibiotics so opted to wait one more day. I was treated amazingly. They knew how scared I was and really helped me through it. Within two hours I had my two extractions I so desperately needed. I was reassured the whole time and they even let my boyfriend sit in the room the whole time. Even without my insurance covering the work, I will continue to be seen here because of how I was treated. Thanks Greenbrier Dental! You’ve taken away my dental fears after so many years !
