I Absolutely love Dr. Cole and his staff. He talks to you and not at you while explaining everything that is involved. He also thinks outside of the box and will do everything in his power to have a happy patient. The office is very relaxing and not at all clinical . Wonderful dental practice! The staff is respectful and go out of their way to attend to all your needs. There is very little wait time, and if there is a wait, someone informs you about why and about how long it will be before you can get in a chair. Dr. Cole treats my 87 year old mom with kid gloves. She is in love and her mouth looks better than it has in years! I moved for the incredible handicapped access, abundant parking from my dentist (who I also love). For me, Dr. Stenger was great. Treatment options are explained patiently, costs are clear and I feel very much part of the decision making process.

Best Dental Provider in the Richmond Area. I have been a patient since 1979. I am certain that at one point or another, I have been provided service by every one of the staff members. All staff associates have always been very professional, helpful, friendly and kind, even when I didn't do all of the "things" that I am supposed to do. I would recommend Dr. Stenger, Cole, Gupta and Assoc, PC to anyone who wants a dental group that is first class. These folks are the best!!

I was so fearful when I was told I needed a root canal----the most painful dental procedure that can be performed (or at least that's what I thought:). Knowing that I had issues with numbing on the right side of my mouth, Dr. Stenger employed a different method for numbing the area...and it worked! I did not feel a thing! Thank you Dr. Stenger, you ARE A.W.E.S.O.M.E !!! I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who has this same issue because they go out of their way to ensure the patient is well taken care of.

I really enjoyed my first time experience with Drs. Stenger, Cole, Gupta and Associates, PC. I came in just on time, and the dental hygienist had me go back for my appointment ,and had me sign my paperwork after the visit. The only thing she asked was to make copies of was my insurance card. On my way to my room , I was greeted by each and every staff member with a pleasant hello, a smile, or a greeting. After my cleaning I meet with my dentist( Dr. Stenger) who went over my x-rays, and discussed some options about my teeth. Overall my visit was very pleasant. I had all my questions answered, and I didn't have to wait to be seen. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I just had to leave a review of this office since I suffer with pretty intense dental anxiety and I know there are a lot of you who suffer with the same thing. I really don't know why I get myself so worked up, because every time I come here it has been such a positive experience. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants and the dentists themselves has always been very pleasant. They are always very patient and explain everything that they are going to do. You can tell they care about what they do and they take pride in providing a positive experience for everyone. I have never had any billing issues, long waits or negative experiences. If I ever move, it will be tough for me to find another dental practice that can fill their shoes.

I've seen both Dr. Stenger & Dr. Gupta. This practice is incredible. The receptionist is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Stenger (who worked me into his schedule the same day I was experiencing a dental issue) is so kind and gentle & Dr. Gupta (who I see regularly)is just AMAZING!!! They both provide state of the art care in a gentle and caring manner. I have an overbite and an open bite with bruxism. Not the "cake walk some mouths are. All the restorations/crowns I've received from this practice are perfect and problem free. Additionally, the expertise of Dr. Gupta in doing my restorations has corrected the constant grinding(bruxism) eliminating chronic neck & jaw pain and the frequent headaches I used to experience. I couldn't be more delighted and highly recommend this practice. Additionally, the practice is known for pro bono care to vulnerable individuals, the intellectually disabled and elderly. Hands down best dental practice i have ever been to all staff friendly. From the moment you come in you are greeted with nothing but courtesy and respect. The dentist I visit is Dr. Gupta and she is very patient, caring, and takes pride in her work. The dental Hygienist Natasha does her job with precision and always leaves your teeth exceptionally clean and never cut corners to hurry you out the chair. She recommended me to start using an Oral B vitality Toothbrush and medicated toothpaste and my teeth are cleaner than they have been for years and no more sensitivity. Thanks Natasha and Dr. Gupta for all that you do. I will be using them forever as i have found my permanent dental home

Went in to have tooth removed due to pain. Dr. Cole took xrays and found an abscess in the tooth next to it. After looking deeper into my problem, he found that the tooth bothering me had a vertical crack that was hard to see. Instead of pulling it out he was able to grind it down and ultimately save the tooth. 2 months later, NO PAIN !!! Everyone in the office was courteous, helpful and caring. I will definitely be referring people to your office. Thank you!
