I would give this place a zero if I could. My daughter went in for a procedure on 08/06. I pre-paid for her procedure the day before her appointment. My daughter brought the bill home with no balance on it. I went to look at my bank account on Thursday, September 6,2018 and noticed my bank account had been charged for $31.00. I called the office on Friday, September 7, 2018 and received a recording the office was closed. I called the office first thing on Monday, September 10, 2018 to inquire about the charge to my account. The person that I was speaking with tried to explain there was a balance due. I questioned her why wasn't a bill sent. I never gave permission for my card to be kept on file or to charge my debit card for any additional fees. The correct procedure was to send me a bill in the mail. Then it would be my option to pay over the phone with my card or mail a check in for the balance. When the conversation first started she tried to act like she didn't know who did it and finally admitted she was the one who ran my card the first time and went back and ran it again. How many other people has this happen to? Even though this was a small amount it should have never happened. My mom to get a copy of the bill on Tuesday, September 11,2018 and have someone explain the charge. The same person I spoke with on the phone had the nerve to say I gave her permission to run my card. Let's think about it if I gave you permission why would I call you or send my mom to your office with a copy of my bank statement and copy of the bills that was given to my daughter. I would have nothing to dispute or question you about the charge. This is bad business and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The proper procedure was to apologize for your actions instead of making excuses . Be aware and enter at your on risk.
