I love the staff at this office. I have always been treated with respect. The staff has always been friendly when I visit. Special shout out to Melissa her amazing customer service over the phone. Another shout out to Megan for always being so kind and friendly in person. The dentist location also gives out prizes to children after the appointment.

Worst staff office, very unprofessional. Won’t return my calls. I have the most terrible experience. I asked to talk to Dr. Austin but they refuse to pass my messages to her. The office was charging me a bill after a year, I was continue going for my son’s checks up and never mentioned anything. How they can make a mistake like that? I will always asked after each visit if I have any different to pay and they always said NO everything is ok. Of course I paid everything they want me to pay and left, my son doesn’t go there anymore. The staff needs better training or just simple change them.

My children love the ACD Team! My husband changed jobs and insurance so they were no longer able to go to Dr. Austin. The kids were so disappointed, but I did not think any thing of it. We went to the new dentist, and I got to see how truly disappointed they were. I looked into the type of insurance my employer offered found out that Dr. Austin accepts it and made the switch. The kids are so happy to be back and so am I!!!

We've had some complicated dental things with our child and Dr. Austin has been great. We have gone to her for years, since our son was an infant and we really love her and often recommend her. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The office staff is very helpful and friendly even dealing with switching insurance companies and other complicated billing issues due to our insurance.

This is a caring and gentle dental practice for children. The design is friendly, the staff is very gentle and kind and Dr Angela is a great dentist. My kids love her.

I had a very bad experience with scheduling my son appointment for his fillings. Melissa was very unprofessional and rude. She try to convince me that my son should be treated with the same doctor that see him and found his cavity. Unfortunately , the doctor doesn’t come to the same location on my preferred day. I told her I want to come to this location and I don’t mind other dentist to do the filling. She said it is our policy to remain with the same doctor and insisted I should go to different location for his treatment if I want to come Tuesday. I requested to speak with he manger and She said she will have the office manager call me . I waited for the office manger to call me but I didn’t receive any call back . I call back and asked when can the office manger call me , Melisa answered the phone and said she is not sure when she will call me.

Dr Austin was fantastic with our 2 y/o daughter. The staff combined with the office environment was fantastic and put the her at ease as well as she prepared to get a filling. Afterwards my daughter couldn't stop talking about Dr Austin and the great goody bag she got to take home.
