Disappointing front office associates!! Scheduling appointments is very tedious and frustrating becos the front office ppl they dont pick calls or call back even after multiple voice mail and email being sent. They quote a price for procedure and then sends out a invoices to be paid that always exceed from the quoted amount. We always get answers that initial quote was approximate estimate but based on insurance they may differ. I have been to Atkins at Gaskins, they prepare a true quote and any difference are discussed before the procedure so parents can make a wise decision. Bon Secours being a reputed organization must handle such scenarios professionally and must propose some ethics to their associate staffs. Behavioral management is literally zero percent and must tacke them soon if not would lose patients. Dentists(Dr.Patel) are good but horrible front office ppl. If this continues, we will be seeking another dentist office sooner.

The dentists are caring and work great with kids of all ages!! They have fun and explain everything thoroughly to make you feel comfortable . Would highly recommend to any parent looking for a dentist for their child!!

I am so sad that my grand daughter was sent to this dentist from her Pediatric Doctor. They pulled almost all of her teeth out and we were told that she was going to surgery for restoration. She now has no front teeth on the top or bottom. It took 1 1/2 years for them to approve to do the surgery. They sent her to sleep studies so they would know how to sedate her. I told them her teeth will be getting worse while we keep having to make appointments for sleep studies. They never cleaned her teeth or did anything but insist she needed to have dental surgery. I wish we had gone for a second opinion. I would not recommend this dentist. It maybe because she is covered under Medicaid- not sure why the poor treatment and then turn around and pull all her teeth. I am sure there could have been some restoration done - never given the option. She went to surgery and they never told us they were going to pull all her teeth. I feel so bad every day I look at this beautiful 4 year old with no teeth. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They would not even take X-rays - they wanted to sedate her for x-rays also. You could understand her perfectly before they pulled her teeth - now it is very hard to understand what she is saying. I would rate them Zero.

Staff is non responsive. I needed x-rays sent over to a new dentist because they have a VERY aggressive dental plan of pulling and capping way too many teeth. It took over 4 weeks for them to send over the x-rays I had already paid for and when they sent they resized them so the quality was too poor to use. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!

My son went to St. Mary's pediatric ER this past weekend. He had been ran into and as a result his two front teeth were knocked back and sideways. The dentist didn't even bother to come into the ER and check him out in person. He talked over the phone and stated he wasn't concerned, follow up with his normal dentist on Monday. As a result of Dr. Piscitelli's negligence when my son went into the dentist on Monday his teeth were not in good shape. His dentist was unable to move them back, something that could have been done if Dr. Piscitelli had had decent human courtesy to come and do the right thing. My son now has to wear a tooth splint, got a tetanus shot (also something that the dentist should have recommended), and may have non reparable damage. I am thankful we have a decent dentist who spent four hours working on my child yesterday. I hope that Dr. Piscitelli will take responsibility for this and next time have the grace to show up and do his job.

Dentists, technicians, and front office personnel are all great! Facility is clean, cheerful, and everyone we've interacted with there has been very professional. We had to cancel our appointments for today and my daughters were actually disappointed to miss their trip to the dentist.

Front office staff are unfriendly. A small filling was done and fell out within a month, was told we would have to pay to have refilled. When switching offices they would not send over records to new office in timely manner despite signed consent. Very disappointed.
