Everyone here is very friendly and non judgmental. They helped look up information on what my insurance would cover and how much I’d have to pay out of Pocket before performing any procedures. When I needed to see another specialist they helped refer me and set up the appointment. When I needed an appointment the next day they went as far as asking another patient if they minded switching the time of their appointment to make sure I could get in at a time that worked for me. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

My family has been going to Arlington Dental Aesthetics for 8 years. We never used a specialized pediatric dentist for our 3 boys. They've always done well with the dentists and hygienists at this practice. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist. I've ALWAYS had good experiences here, especially with Dr. Chong Lee. He is patient, kind and reassuring. He never pushes me to do more than I can handle in a single visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very well-run practice operated much like a family business. I highly recommend.

Had been dreading getting my little guy's (first *last*) cavity filled. The practice had even offered to give him laughing gas. But when we finally did it today, he and I (yes, I needed one too) were done and out of there in less than an hour, with no panic, nor tears, nor etc. Could have gone to a pediatric dentist, but I like going somewhere that can see us both (more or less at once) and that is mellow and no fuss. I love that everyone is polite and super-friendly and concerned about you as a person, but doesn't push you to have a lot more conversation than necessary (who can talk in the dentist's chair anyway, right?). And it's squeaky clean, which is what we all want in a doctor's office! Love them.

Dr. Oh and Dr. Lee are two best doctors that I know of, they work together as a team to treat difficult and complicated issues such as TMD, which was my case and I saw the relief almost immediately both are savvy and carrying. My regular dentist was out of town. I had to get my teeth cleaned before Jan to use my benefits. Looking at their review I went their. For the first time in my life I went to a dental office and walk out with out cleaning a teeth. It was very disappointing. They told me I had thousand of problem with my teeth. They told me to come back. Well for my best I decided not to go back.

I have been here for a few cleanings which have always gone very well. Then during a dental emergency, they assisted with a bonding to fix a tooth that had chipped in half. The staff was always friendly and easy to work with as well. Most recently my previously chipped tooth cracked again, and their staff returned my voicemail from my after hours call, first thing in the morning and were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. Dr. Oh was able to fix the chipped tooth with a new bond painlessly and in under an hour. He definitely has a very gentle touch and I appreciate his and his staff's efforts!

I initially called the Tysons Corner office which is close to my home to inquire about cosmetic dentistry. Thanks to Nancy who was at the Tysons office that day Imwas able to be seen almost immediately. She is absolutely amazing and she was incredibly patient and listened to my concerns. She even met me the same day at the Arlington office and spent quite a long time with me and went definitely above and beyond my expectations. I was thrilled that I could be seen the same day and Nancy is very skilled at her job and showed sincere concern for me and was very generous with her time spent with me. She showed true, heartfelt concern and made sure to give me detailed instructions and an action plan for me to begin. Nancy absolutely went above and beyond! Dr. Kay Lee was very professional, honest and attentive. She politely listened to my concerns and we are putting together a long term plan to Re-design my mouth. She is a pleasure to work with. I am very committed to the outcome and I feel very blessed to work with such a talented dentist. I look forward to becoming a long term Paitent as I continue my journey with both the Arlington office and the Tysons office. Thanks to all the great staff and everyone who assisted me!

I've been a patient for over two years ever since I got a front tooth knocked out. I had to go through many procedures to get my tooth replaced, aligned, and bring my gum line back. Dr. Oh has been wonderful in the entire process, and most importantly all my procedures were completely covered, so I didn't have to pay a dime. I highly recommend Arlington Dental Aesthetics. Had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kirsten Lee for some teeth sensitivity which unfortunately ended up being a cavity. Dr. Lee was able to get me in quickly to address the issue and as weird as it sounds, this was the best cavity I've ever had. I had very minimal discomfort throughout the treatment and was very pleased with how everything went. Dr. Lee is very professional and communicates well but also creates a relaxed environment.
