I just started going here. I had a cap cemented back in(don't know if it's cement or clue) after it came loose on my first visit. I went back today and had my bridge cemented back in also. Yes, seems like everything is falling out of my mouth all at the same time. This was old dental work that I needed fixed that I had done when I was a kid. The staff is top notch and very nice. Everyone I encountered was very good at there job and I didn't feel like they were rushing me like other places I've been to. They had a lot of good advice for me on how to go forward with fixing my bridge. Happy to find a place that I'm not nervous to go to and know that they will do a great job. The woman taking my x-rays made sure over and over that I wasn't in pain when she was taking them. I wasn't ever in pain, but she still asked over and over if the position of the devce was in a good spot before taking the shot. I've been to place where they could care less and make you deal with it. It's the little things like this that go a long way. Thanks for helping me with my issues and helping me get on the right track to having healthier teeth. I've avoided the dentist for a long time and feel more comfortable about going now.

Competent but nothing more. I have major dental anxiety, but needed to go in for filling replacement. They scheduled an exam, a cleaning, and scheduled the filling at the end of the exam for two months later, despite a filling being as quick as a cleaning. Their service is not adapted to patient needs. They did nothing to alleviate my anxiety. In fact, the doctor gave his prognosis with the chair reclined back so that he was talking down over me, and when they took x-rays the assistant used plates that were so badly fitted to my mouth they left an abrasion that lasted two days. When I complained, I was told that their practice is a teaching practice and my case would be too difficult or complicated for us to be a good match. Apparently they don't teach their students to deal with patients with anxiety or complex cases...I wouldn't want to be a student at a place like that either. They only get 2 stars because they did seem technically proficient, as much as they needed to be for an exam.
