Had a wonderful experience, I broke my front tooth over the weekend awhile back. I called and left a message, and got a return call back that following Monday and they got me in and out with my tooth looking good as new! The staff was wonderful as always, and the Doctor took great care of me. They also took care of my mom with a bridge and she hasn't been happier! I suggest if you need any dental work done, to come here!

First time since high school I felt uncomfortable with a dentist. Dr came in said well let’s get that chipped tooth fixed. I came because I had been told I had a small cavity. As I sat waiting for numbing med to work I got to admire how dirty things were starting to look. Glad they didn’t have to run the fan today. It is filthy. Not like it used be under the former owners. Like my hygienist but that’s it. This Dr will not work in my mouth again.

This practice has gone downhill since new person has acquired it. Every time there I visit last 2 years, I find new staff including doctors, hygiene and reception. Now that they have increased fees drastically, I am concerned with ethics of new owner. I was shocked to read My dentist, Dr Fox, who has been at the practice for 30 years has also left the practice and joined a practice in Whitefiled, NH last month. It is very upsetting that I have to drive there to get the dental care that I can trust.

The doctors, front desk, and dental assistance were all great, but the owners don't care about you at all. I had literally given them over $3000, and that's not including $1000 from my dental insurance, roughly $600 FSA, and the $50 a week I allowed them to take out weekly. I was never late giving them a dime. However, I got an infection on a tooth that they had drilled into, realizing it would need a root canal only afterwards. They told me I'd have to wait until the next year (6months), before I could get it corrected. So it didn't matter how much money I gave them, or that I was in horrible pain. I got to play phone tag with the owner, (who told me to contact her) for WEEKS. Eventually an assistant told me I should try elsewhere. I didn't think I would have to find another dentist, when I thought I had one. The same tooth got infected on and off 3 times. I'd recommend you look elsewhere. Just like a hateful ex-spouse, it was nice at first, but they took all my money and left me in pain, and there was no negotiating otherwise. Apparently there is no Hippocratic Oath for Dentists.

Their Dr. Kenworthy did my first crown a few weeks back. He was friendly and made me feel completely safe. He listened to me when fitting the crown and fussed with it until it felt perfectly natural and I was happy with it. The crown was made while I waited, so though the initial visit took longer than I have heard other dentists take, I didn't have to return for a final crown. I have also consistently had very good experiences with their hygenists and other staff both during my 20+ years as a happy customer as well as since the Boles took over a year ago or so.

Patricia Turner

Impersonal, rushed, incompetent. I had a crown come out; they messed up putting it back on. Couldn’t have been a simpler procedure. Dentist did not greet me or say anything when he was finished. The front desk people are nice but can’t seem to handle the simplest of insurance forms. Will never go back. Impersonal and rushed care. Awful.

They have been above amazing! Very kind, gets the work done with much care since they know I have a huge fear of the dentist. My cleanings have always been wonderful and they make sure I keep up with them as I need them.

Always leave this place in extreme pain. They rush you out right after surgery and seem unprofessional.

The front desk staff always greet me as soon as I walk in and they remember who I am from visit to visit. Stephanie is one of the friendliest people to work with administratively. There has never been a long wait to get me in and the hygienists and assistants are always friendly and knowledgeable. My young children have gone here since toddlers and never had a bad experience thanks to the friendly and fun dentists. Dr. Boles did an excellent job on my own fillings, keeping me comfortable and informed the entire process. My own experiences have been wonderful so I wanted to give credit where credit is due! Thank you, St. J Dental!

My last appointment there, they tried to schedule me in for a crown for a craze line on my front tooth... I got a second opinion and the tooth is absolutely fine. It's been 18 months, and I still can't figure out why the dentist wanted to perform that procedure on a perfectly good tooth. So definitely double check before letting them dig into your teeth and wallet.

Avoid !!! Take your mouth (and your money) elsewhere. You have been warned. It is NOT what it used to be.

David Hare

Wow, what a great staff. My wife had a dental emergency and they were very quick to come to her aid. She was very pleased with everyone.

Diana Moore

The hygenists are great, but the new dentist not so much.

Mitchell Vaillancourt

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called 3 weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and they forgot to schedule me. And we’re very rude

Went a little over a year ago. Friendly dental hygienist and some nice staff. Incredibly unprofessional dentist. Very rude and insulting. I didn't go back.

Kristen Stevens

Rude and very impatient.. if I could give them no stars I would.

Sarah Jason

One of hygienists told me I had gum disease while laughing. She was laughing when I told her I floss often, but my gums remain inflamed. I have chronic inflammation in my digestive track, which translates to the mouth. Weird how they didn’t check my chart first to confirm. She was sarcastic about the remainder of my cleaning and was generally unpleasant. They also billed my insurance to the medical address, not the dental one, FIVE separate times. They insisted my insurance was no longer valid but turns out they were just too dense to send it to the correct address.

The dentist spends less than 3 minutes looking things over. I had to ask them both times to take another look after they said “all set.” It was only after going to another dentist that I discovered I had some serious issues going on. The front desk people always seem frazzled and unorganized. It’s just a factory that churns through patients

Great office and great staff !!

Timothy Letourneau

Saw 3 different dentists with in 2 months and everyone of them told me completely different things when it came to what needed to be taken care of and when they scheduled the next visit it wasnt with the same one so the next one had a different thing they wanted to take care of.

Michael Singer

Decent service but did way beyond what insurance would cover and duplicated x-rays that were already done. They don't seem to know how to communicate very well..

Torrie Maxwell

This place is a joke! Don't waste your time take your business elsewhere! Some of the people that work there are nice and respectful, but for the most part this business as a whole is extremely disappointing! They are always calling last minute to change appointment times. Don't they realize it takes months to get in?! Then they change the appointment!

Robert Gerrish

Go somewhere else. This place is substandard on a good day. Today I went and the hygienist accidentally removed a filling this practice put in a little under two years ago. Nobody to repair the damage today and I work out of state so I guess I'll just have to get by until I'm back in town. Topping it off the office manager (Stephanie) advised that they could not tell me how much it would be to repair the damage they caused until after the work was done. Ok. So in order to repair damage they caused I have to hand them a blank check. Great. The funny thing is this filling never felt right. I tried reporting it to the staff the cleaning after they did it and I was told sometimes it takes a whole to grind down. Sure, ok. Here's other fun things that happened to me at this practice: I am told I need four fillings. Great. I make the appointment, get numbed up and the dentist does one filling and decides he's going to stop there because he's behind schedule. Fun. So I have to make another appointment, take more time off work and go back. This time I ask if he can do all remaining three the same day and this is apparently a special request as far as the staff is concerned. The next time I go get my teeth cleaned the front desk calls the day before to confirm me and I go in on a day off from work. The front desk lady tells me I'm not on the schedule because they overbooked and I'll need to reschedule. She gets all all huffy when I advise I took vacation from work to be there. Eventually I get the work done (but late, front desk acts like they're doing me a favor) and get treated to staff members talking about some lady that died in surgery at the hospital while my teeth are getting cleaned. Fun. In conclusion, go somewhere else. There are some good people working as hygienists but it's not worth dealing with the people at the front desk or the generalized incompetence of the office as a whole.

Jane Culver

I was trying to reschedule an appointment. First I was put on hold and then gave the receptionist my phone number so they could call me back. That was 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for a call back. Since this business was sold to someone else last year this business has gone down hill dramatically. The office staff seems to be totally disorganized and unable to complete regular task like scheduling appointments and taking payments. I'm looking for a new dentist.

Zachary The Mad

They f**ked up my filling and now i'm in great pain, I hope this place gets sued.
