Just Horrible! I went in to have a cavity looked at, I explained this to the person I made appointment with as well as dental assistant who took me to the back, however it was decided I needed x-ray and a cleaning. Before she started either process I explained to her my bad experiences with dentist when I was young which had led to bad decision as a young adult opting for extractions vs root canals or extensive dental work. She berated me and made snide comments like “if you had teeth there it would be easier to bite down” While cleaning she keep hitting my gums and when I told her it hurt she replied “I never said it was going to feel good.” This was not said in jest or jokingly to lighten the mood. After I complained a few more times it was recommended that I do a scaling, in which they would numb my gums for the cleaning, so I then asked if I was going to be seen about the cavity, THE REASON I CAME IN, she stated she didn’t understand why the scheduled me for that time because the dentist was at lunch and I would not be seen. So not only was my problem not addressed but I will probably have issues getting some services covered when I find a new dentist since they took an x-ray and started a cleaning! I would rather let my teeth rot then go back this dental office!!!

There are significant issues with the communications at this office. And, when there is a problem, not even a simple apology was offered. Terrible customer service- seemed not to care at all. Also, no discounts for paying up front in cash.

I have been Dr, Syed's patient for over 5 years and have had some extensive dental work performed including, Extraction, Implants, and Cosmetic. I find Dr, Syed to be most professional in his work and also a very pleasant individual . He is genuinely concerned with the patient and there needs. I have never had any pressure to have any work performed that I did not ask for. He is always on time with appointments, and explains any procedure being done in detail so I feel comfortable knowing exactly what he is going to do. His office and surroundings are of the utmost comfort and clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. I have never experienced any type of unexpected discomfort after any procedure and have had nothing but very positive outcomes for all work done. I consider Dr, Syed one of the very best in our health care community has to offer. I can say if anyone is considering seeing Dr, Syed and his excellent staff working with him, that they would not be disappointed and would also find that he is one of the very best in his field. "The Whisperer" is what I call Dr. Syed. His work is amazing! The whole crew is Excellent and Professional. In my career I lived all over the United States and 'Springfield Family Dental' is the Best I have ever experienced. They take the fear out of visiting the dentist and replaces it with a smile. THANK YOU to the Whole Staff, they deserve FIVE STARS !!!!!

My family and I have been going to Springfield Family Dental for many, many years. I'm 60 years old and have had my share of Dentist's through the years but Dr. Syed is a cut above. I consider him to be a dental Wizard , extremely knowledgeable and very personable. His staff are all very friendly and professional. A side note, since I was a kid I had a big gap between my two front teeth and was always self conscious of it, he was the one who offered to fix it and did for next to nothing. Now I can smile away. My experience at Springfield Family Dental was great. I had mini implants and extractions done. The procedures were all explained to me in detail. Dr. Aman Syed and the staff are all very pleasant. All my appointments were done in a comfortable clean environment. I will definitely be returning for additional work in the future.

My experience here has been nothing but great here. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. True professionals all around. Not sure whats with the other reviews here saying all the negative stuff. Don't believe it. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Thanks.
