My husband and I both switched from other dentists due to a dental insurance change and it’s always been a pleasant experience at Community Dental. The people at the front desk are always nice. The hygienist is nice and very thorough. Ive had multiple fillings done here the dentist and assistant are always friendly and respectful.

I was literally afraid of the dentist after having really bad experiences. The people here are extremely friendly and listen to you. They are compassionate to what makes you feel comfortable with procedures. I am no longer afraid. I actually went 2 days in a row to have procedures done. Thank you for being so patient with me. You are wonderful.

Best place ever, been going here for years. Moved away for a few yrs came back with no care done to my teeth for the whole time. Just had a check up and stays done, after yrs prior to these guys I was always having issues had teeth pulled because past dentist made a mess of my mouth. But these guys saved my teeth and never have failed me. Wouldnt go anywhere else. These guys are the best. Treat you like a person not a number.

Despicable that they stopped their emergency walk in clinic because "the company that owned it said so." Now basically they just take State money to offer long waits and mediocre at best dentistry. This place is a sham and a bamboozle of taxpayer funded waste. They stopped providing a very good service to people with few other options. I'm on Medicaid and will now end up with an ER visit that could have been prevented with a $30 extraction.

I have been a steady patient of COMMUNITY DENTAL for years! I am completely satisfied and happy with all of my experiences here. I was one of Dr. Pratts first patients since she's been here and I couldn't be happier. She is very comfortable to talk to about all of my wishes and concerns for my teeth and smile. Everyone is very sweet and kind and fun to talk to. I've been treated with total respect and understanding of having to make payments on what my insurance does not pay for-and I've never been harassed about payments that are due. This is the best dentist and staff I've ever seen and dealt with. Thank you Community Dental for understanding hardship and importance of health and not having cavities! The goody bags are an added bonus! I appreciate the work you provide and concerns of my health! Bravo to the whole staff!

Love this place! My experience here has always been very positive...Friendly, professional staff. Nice clean office, and short wait times. I have been getting all of my dental work done here for the last few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

The hygienists are nice so I'm giving two stars but we will NOT be returning. They lost our paperwork from previous dentists more than once, they're overbooked AND when I brought the kids for their routine appts I was told AFTER that no dentist had been available today and the kids had only received a cleaning so I'd have to reschedule for an actual checkup. Thanks, but no thanks. This place is a circus and doesn't deserve to be in business.

Went in with swelling in my cheek and throat. Said its hard to swallow from the swelling in my throat. Told my Dentist about it he told me that its just a common cold nothing to worry about. Immediately after i left there i went to Aspen. Turns out it was life threatening and it could have suffocated me if it wasn't properly treated. Never ever ever ever will recommend this place to anyone. The dentist is to busy to even exam his patients when something that concerning is going on. I'd rate this place a -100 if i could. Im honestly thinking about going to corporate about this issue.

The people there are very friendly and listens to you about what Dental issues your are having with your mouth. If your in pain they actually stop and try it a different way. I wish I have found them years ago instead of three months ago.

Always kind to me and my husband. Since we are limited in our choices--this is the best option for us. Updated Oct 2018. Not sure what's going on but the music is TERRIBLE and today, I had an 11am appt for ONE filling. Due to overbooking or some other problem that's NOT MINE, I didn't get out of there til after 12noon. And they asked me to be there at 1045. Let's see, if *I* showed up an hour late, would I still be seen? I think not. Time to find a dentist that respects the fact that i.am a CUSTOMER PAYING THEIR SALARY.

I don't think anyone really likes going to the dentist, however, at this point in my life, if I had to choose I would choose here. Personable, professional and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. You can't ask for more than that!

I have nothing but good things to say about Community Dental! From Reception to Dentist you are respected and treated with care. Dr Pratt is the best, always explaining every step and she truly understands your fears and concerns. She really tries to make your experience as pain free as possible. The Dental Assts and Hygienists are thorough, friendly, and kind. Reception is always smiling and doing their best to accommodate you for appointments. I would recommend Community Dental and rate them 5 out of 5 stars!

There are several things I like about this dental office. It's an office with multiple dentists. They accept practically every insurance including Medicaid. They run a tight ship. They have to. They're busy. Because they will accept so many types of insurance, they get all kinds of people, and lots of them. They make people agree to policies which include refraining from rude behavior. This protects both patience and employees. They are compassionate. They are patient, but you don't have to be, because as long as you get there on time, they will get you in without much of a wait. No one pays full price. If you don't have insurance, they give you a 20% discount on all services, and they do quality work. Visit them regularly, follow their advice, and your teeth will be fine. Do you want to live in a town with bad teeth? Of course not. They do dental like dental should be done. Thank you, Community Dental.

I went in for a missing filling and they never filled it. The dentist did something to a tooth on the complete opposite of my mouth which was fine/the least of my worried because there was no cavity. I was told that I had 3 cavities and that they'd all be taken care of. I also asked to have the amalgam replaced and the dentist said she couldn't do it. I kept telling her the molar on my right side hurt and she kept telling me that it's fine. The receptionist then informs me that I can't get my fillings done because I'm only allowed to choose two teeth to get fixed cause that's all my insurance will cover AFTER the dentist chose the tooth that was fine to fix. I make an appointment to get my tooth repaired and I keep calling to get an earlier appointment because I had to leave the state. I get called either the day of or the day before the appointment and they tell me all their equipment/"suction" is broken so the place will be shut down for a few days so I ask about my other appointment and they said they had no record of it in their system. That was over 6 months ago. That right side molar still hurts and now I need a root canal on the tooth with the missing filling. I'm incredibly disappointed in their lack of skills and lack of professionalism. I will never go there again and make sure to tell people to avoid this circus as much as posisble.
