Dr. Manh and all of the other staff are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They eased my anxiety about the dentist on my first visit! I have moved my entire family to this office and have no regrets. Best dental office around; and they do everything from cleanings, wisdom teeth removal and orthodontics!

The staff are some of the best. They are extremely knowledgeable and make your visit pleasant. Dr. Valle is one of the most versatile dentists (does almost all types of dental work) I have ever been too and I would trust him any day of the week with my teeth! They have state of the art equipment that makes the quality of work done some of the best. Love them!

Dr. Vallee is an excellent dentist and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring. I've been a client of his for nearly 20 years. He and his staff takes great care and pride in providing the appropriate dental care. I've was not a fan of dentists because if my past experiences with pain from other dentists but his belief in providing a pain free work and his knowledge of dentistry makes every visit easy with knowing it will not hurt and be correct.

i have known Remy for over 20 years. as a dentist myself, i can assure you he is one of the most dedicated professionnal i know, he loves his profession and he really cares for his patients. he did dental care in my own mouth, and every time i was always satisfied... do not hesitate, go meet him!

Have been going to Cloud Dental for a few years now, they are ver accommodating. Dr valley is very thorough and caring. 2 years ago my husband, who was not Dr. Vallee's patient at the time, had an accident that resulted in the need for not only 17 stitches in his mouth that the hospital ER would not do, but also extensive dental work. Dr. Vallee took him in Immediately and did the stitches and has been treating him ever since.

Love this place. Had to switch after my last dentist stopped taking my insurance. They always keep me updated on my appointments and Dr. Manh is wonderful, especially for someone who hates having their teeth worked on. I've had fillings done and teeth pulled here and 0 issues. Definitely recommend.

The woman staff here are ridiculously rude! I have never met “professionals” that act like this. I brought my 5 year old son (who has anxiety and behavioral issue) in tonight because his mouth is completely swollen and he was in excruciating pain. I had been having a lot of problems with my sons former dentist so I thought that this one would be better. I was clearly wrong. The lady that worked with him was very rude, raised her voice, started arguing with me AND the actual doctor. My son was understandably very upset and in pain and didn’t want his tooth touched and the woman told me very rudely, that his behavior is the reason his tooth won’t be fixed. I am baffled at the way this woman acted. And she also told me that they wouldn’t prescribe any antibiotic or pain relief for my poor son. HE IS FIVE. I’m disgusted. If you’re child is hyperactive and has some problems, please try to find somewhere else.

Dr. Vallee has been my family dentist for the majority of my life. He and his staff have always been friendly and made the office feel comfortable. Recently I've decided I have wanted to pursue dental school and Dr. Vallee has been eager to open his office to allow me to shadow. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I am actively attempting to get my files from Dr. Gordon Genrich's practice. His practice was bought by Cloud Dental. I've went there to try and locate my records and they state that they are missing. I go through the run-around contacting the family of the deceased and they state that Cloud Dental/RVI has these records. So I'm still in motion getting these records from Cloud Dental who has taken over sole responsibility of doctor Genrichs patients. So now I do not know where my file is. And it makes me very uneasy and I believe that this could come up as a legal issue. Just from the interaction that I have had today by the practice I would not recommend myself, family members, or anybody else in the community to recieve care from this office. Today is August 2nd. I wanted to update my review because my records were finally found on my second attempt with Cloud Dental. I had asked them to look again and they did end up finding them. I then had to call the family member of the deceased back and let them know that the loop was closed and I have my records in my possession. Having said that, I did receive a phone call from Josh at Cloud Dental who had read my review. He actually was a stand-up guy and offered his sincere apologies to me. Having said that I wanted to edit this review to update it on the current standing of my interaction with the office.

I am a patient of Dr. Vallee for a year now and i just have good words to say about him. I was needing a crown over an implant, but i didn't have enough space to fit it. He had to do some kind of braces to move the other teeth. Once the space opened up, i finally got my crown. All my efforts was worth it. I am so glad that we are done now. I am really pleased with my dentist and i would recommend him to all my friends. Oh, i almost forgot to say that he always shakes my hand at the end of each appointements. What a nice gesture! After an attempted extraction at another dentist, I turned to Cloud Dental. The knowledge and expertise of Dr. Vallee and prompt appointment turned into a totally painless procedure. The staff was also so very kind and compassionate. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them.

I had 3 grand mal seizures & pushed 4 of my bottom teeth out of place. I saw Dr. Mann who squeezed me in to her schedule, was caring, efficient & worked with my insurance company to figure out the most cost effective way to salvage/save my teeth. Needless to say, she saved my teeth, I have no pain & she turned a very negative, fearful experience into normal again! And she’s great with my daughter too

My whole family goes here and has been for years. Dr.Vallee is great. My youngest son is 8years old and he loves going there, he likes seeing all the staff and especially his hygienist Missy. Missy is great with him. I have recommend this place to a friend and will continue too.

This practice is in a nice new office and the staff were all super accommodating. My kids do great with Dr. Valee and my cleaning went great (even with my super sensitive teeth)

I’ve been to many dentists and this place had been the worst. I had to get some minor filling done, and 1, I was drowning in that water they have to use because the assistant wasn’t sucking it up. 2 the dentist herself kept yelling at me “put your tongue down! And STOP SWALLOWING!” I tried to tell her that the water wasn’t getting sucked up but get going so I couldn’t really speak. Also, I went to get my wisdom teeth out and this different dentist repeaditly said “I am the best around, no one is better than me”. After the surgery, I was in excruciating pain, had pain killer for two days with no antibiotics. The first day I called and asked if I could get antibiotics prescribed but they refused. By the 4th day (no pain killers for two days) I had to go to the emergency room because they refused both antibiotics and/or pain killers. The emergency room couldn’t do much but I had a fever because of the pain and said to call the dentist. I was told just to keep taking the ibuprofen after I said “I couldn’t keep food down because of the pain” but I had to do something. The ibuprofen ended up doing some damage to my stomach then I had to go in for a check up. They were just going to tell me to leave but fortunately my raging pissed mom was there and I was crying so hard because of the pain. I ended up having an infection that was pretty deep. Even at the check up, the guy kept saying “I am the best around”... well apparently not. I do NOT recommend. Very rude people and employees who act like you’re not their problem. Please, go anywhere else, I am so happy I don’t have to go again.
