For years, I struggled with finding a dentist that was truly a fit for me. I had been seeing my parent's dentist for years before relocating here for college and choosing another dentist. It wasn't until I had graduated from college, decided to stay here, and got one of their mailers. On a whim, I decided to try them out. Best decision I ever made! I found an office with the styling and glamour of a beverly hills office, the sweetest staff EVER, and a level of customer service that went above and beyond my high standard expectations. I was a satisfied client of Dr. Nelson (the previous owner of the office), and was apprehensive when his practice was sold. I've been very happy with the Dr. Giulianellis - they are both very professional and engaging. I've had two appointments with the new practice. In one instance one of the staff members had called in sick, but the Giulianellis quickly filled in and made up for the appointment starting a few minutes late. In both cases the cleaning and/or x-rays were done thoroughly and professionally.

These guys are amazing! My daughter is 8 years old, and hasn’t gotten through a complete dentist appointment yet! They put all my daughter’s fears to rest, the hygienist was very patient, and took her time in answering all of my daughter’s many questions, to set her mind at ease. She not only got through her full appointment without crying OR jumping out of the chair (yes that has happened before) when scheduling her next appointment, she asked if she could come more than twice a year! So I'm a big scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist. I started going to Champlain Smile Solutions about a year and a half ago. I needed a freaking Valium just to get a cleaning! That was then, but now I walk in get cleanings and work done with no medicine or fear! This is the best place anyone could go to for their dental work. All of the staff is so wonderful, understanding and patient with patients such as myself who are very anxious when it comes to the dentist. Now that I'm not anxious about it, they are still just as wonderful! I actually look forward to my visits now! I highly recommend this dental office to everyone! They have some of the most advanced tools and technologies that I have ever seen. They have the best staff who are not only amazing when it comes to patient care, they are highly knowledgeable in their work. Every tool and step taken during my appointment is explained. They seem to go to a lot of training courses, which explains why they're so up-to-date with all the latest and greatest when it comes to dentistry! If you haven't gone yet, hurry up and get over there to see what I'm talking about!

This was only my second time visiting, and WOW, this is the best dental experience I've had by far. First off, when you come in, you are offered a mini spa menu, with your choice of essential oils and hot neck rolls or hot stones... Which is nice if you dislike the dentist. Secondly, this is the second time in, and I've felt no pressure to get xrays, like so many other dentists. I also don't leave feeling guilty about my oral hygiene, like many other dentists have done to me in the past. Finally, as I said, I've only been in once before and Kadam remembered that I was studying to be a massage therapist. I'm impressed.

Had an extremely busy day lined up with a trip to Champlain Smile Solutions for a dental cleaning tucked in just before noon. I had forgotten about the warmed lavender neck wrap and warmed massage pad waiting for me once the very capable dental crew settled me in for the cleaning. I love being a patient at Champlain Smile Solutions. The whole practice consists of a very professional and caring staff. I have many crowns and am always concerned that I will maintain all my teeth. I find that my dental cleanings are thorough and also of time of suggestions to better maintain my dental health. Dr. Matt has done several restorative procedures on my teeth. He is assisted by a very capable hygienist and both make sure that I am comfortable throughout the procedure. Recently I needed a partial crown done and must have all my dental work completed before my upcoming surgery. Dr. Kay was in the office that day and she worked me into her schedule right away so my dental work would be completed in the correct time frame. I always receive a telephone call the next day, after a procedure, to make sure I am doing well. And, after a crown, I always receive a bag of wonderful "goodies" that are perfect....a can of soup, water, chap stick, facial wipe etc.....and are just what I need after having a crown done. I will always remain a patient at Champlain Smile Solutions as it is a combination excellent dentistry and wonderful people....and my teeth are beautiful!!

Haven't been to a Dentist in over 10 years, though my wife has encouraged me to do so. I ended up with a cracked tooth that needed an extraction . I decided to see the same Dental practice that my wife had been referred to and really loved the care by all the people at Champlain Smiles Solutions in South Burlington ... very happy I did, the extraction was painless , done by Dr Matt G. His calm demeanor and expertise with my extraction calmed my fears. Would very much recommend this practice with this group of Dentists, all the staff from check in to dental assistants were top notch ! I had a crown inserted on a back tooth. The initial insertion was easy. The difficulty centered on adjusting my partial to fit with the crown. I probably did not provide the best descriptions of where the partial was not fitting properly or comfortably.Dr. G nevertheless, persevered and solved the problem while at the same time exhibiting patience, concern and good humor. More importantly, he demonstrated the skills of a true professional.

This entire practice is amazing! I have now been in four times to do everything from an initial screening to some much more serious work. They do meticulous and efficient work on every level. They are very quick and very communicative with both the treatment plan and also the work as they are doing it. But the thing that is really awe inspiring about this practice is that they manage all of that talent and hard work with a very open and kind environment which strikes me as a hard balance to curate. I have finally found the best dental care with the most amazing staff. I use to hate going to the dentist. Would rather give birth to twins. Now I feel like I have been to the spa. Getting me to relax is no easy job. However with my first visit and needing extensive work done I coudn't get over how great everything went. An amazing caring compassionate staff. They really get it. I get to pick the music I want to listen to. They wraped a warm neck/shoulder pillow and placed a warm blanket over me. The sunglasses. Well 3/4 through the work I was just about asleep. The tech part of getting everything numb is over the top. If you have been putting off getting your teeth fixed because of past bad experiences. Please give them a try. I would travel cross country to have them take of me. Have a great day everyone.

My experience with Champlain Smile Solutions was simply amazing! After avoiding check-ups for many years, I decided to make a summertime goal of getting some much needed dental work completed. The office environment/vibe couldn't have been any better in my opinion. It started with Eva who guided me through the process and scheduled my initial consultation as a new patient. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I met Dr. Kay at my consultation. She was very attentive and engaged in what I had to say as I explained my dental history and current issues. I met Dr. Matt on the day of the scheduled dental work. He asked what kind of music I would like to hear and handed me a 'menu' as if very relaxed at a restaurant. He did a phenomenal job! The many procedures were completed in only 1 hour 30 minutes and I felt no discomfort or pain at all! Dr. Kay, Dr. Matt, and Eva are definitely an "A" Team!

I've been going here for a couple of years now and honestly? Love to go. I go in the morning because with the atmosphere, the incredible doctors, and what a great job they do- it sets my day up to be a good one. I know- sounds crazy. Buts its true. They are incredibly thoughtful, from letting you pick the music you listen to, to checking in with your family. They are always certain you are comfortable during your cleaning or procedure, and I know that if i were to show any signs of discomfort they would do their best to fix it. I will never go to another dentist as long as I'm in VT and they're practicing. Couldn't be happier with them.

When you arrive, they greet you with beverages, offer you various comfort measures such as a warm neck wrap or a hand massage. The feel is that you are at a spa, as opposed to the dentist. I had my first dental implant placed with Dr. Matt about a week ago. As a dental assistant at Champlain Smile Solutions, I have assisted in placing many implants. However, when I am the patient I do have some dental anxiety. Dr. Matt made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the whole process. Even though I know the steps of the procedure, he knew that I find comfort in hearing where we were in the process along the way. He personally checked in with me the next day to see how I was feeling, as he does with every patient after a surgery. Really nice experience here, my hygienist Beate was very knowledgeable, took time to answer questions and educate me, give me tips on how to better care for my teeth and help avoid some costly procedures down the road. I like the treatment here better then other dental offices I have been to, i was very comfortable the whole time, and when I left my teeth and gums never looked so refreshed.. When I first went to Dr. G, I was one of those people who had not been to the dentist since my childhood… I needed a root canal and several cavities filled. I also had a huge fear of needles which made the thought of local anesthesia extremely scary! Dr. G helped me feel at ease and thankfully used a device called the “magic wand” to administer the anesthesia – which you can barely feel! His work is meticulous and you can tell that he really cares about his clients. The support staff is amazing! They are all attentive and friendly. My favorite thing that Dr. Matt and all of the staff that I have interacted with do is to clearly tell you what is happening as they are doing it. They are also very clear about why they are doing certain things (e.g., why using this type of implant vs. another type). I believe that they make a conscious effort to make sure the patient understands the procedure, risks involved, benefits, and that they strive to make sure that you don't leave with any unanswered questions.

After my long time dentist dropped my insurance I was forced to find a new one. I am not one who considers themselves afraid of going to the dentist, but it is certainly not my favorite pastime and I do have a little anxiety about it. However upon entering you are greeted with an incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Prior to any dental service, you are offered a menu of comfort options including custom Pandora radio, warm stones, water, tea and so much more. Not only is the facility state of the art, but so are their techniques. I am so impressed with the current technology and how well everyone is trained to implement such devices. Over the last year, my tooth care has been incredible and the time they take to personalize your visit is above anything I have ever experienced. As I left today, I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers! In every gray situation there is a silver lining, switching to Champlain Smiles was seamless and I am so pleased. Who knew visiting the dentist could be such a positive experience!

I was a long time patient of Dr. Nelson. When he retired and sold the practice to Dr. G, I was not thrilled about the idea of starting with a new dentist. Yet Dr. G has made the transition very easy. I rarely give 5 stars to any company or organization. However, this is seriously the best dentist I have ever gone to. I recently had to get a crown put on. I was so nervous as I faint at the sight of needles and have had some bad experiences in the past with dentists. Not only was everyone so nice and accommodating here but the dentist was so good, fast and efficient. I never felt him put the novocain in and I didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure. It was the first time I've ever been at the dentist and actually felt relaxed during a procedure. They even gave me a heated neck pillow, some essential oils to calm my nerves. Not to mention the little care package when I left of apple sauce, tylenol, water and instructions on how to care for my tooth. I will never go to another dentist, these guys are truly the best!

Amazing place! Everyone at Champlain Smile Solutions knows me by name. Its always great to find a place where you are known as a human and not just a number. The receptionist Heidi is always awesome and helpful when I call. The hygienist that I see, Beate is awesome as well. She has been my hygienist since I was around six years old, and she has always been awesome. Recently when I needed to get fillings done, I had Dr. Matt Giulianelli do them. I had not had work done on my mouth in about ten years, and i had an issue with one of the fillings that Dr. Giulianelli and his assistant Margaret fixed right away. The office is closed on Thursdays and Fridays, but Dr. Giulianelli himself called me on that Thursday to check in and see how I was doing. I thought that it was really awesome that the owner himself called me personally and asked how my mouth was feeling. Amazing place, I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to get their teeth done. Very professional, very clean, very knowledgeable, and very kind.

If you have no dental insurance this place is a outrageously expensive. They charge for exray $313 even on their website it says first time pationt $65 when I asked why Heidi said it was a different exray:) which was not .... I was ready to pay 4000.00$ for a tooth implant which is not a complicated case I was treated by a different dentist and know the procedure real price on market but at Chaplain Smile solution it cost $5453 . Redicolous prices I wish I could attach pictures on their price list that they gave me ... and the office condition.Also want to mention that to fix a small cavity without dental ensurance will cost you $327. Not wort it .

They dazzle me with customer service. I showed up for an appointment to have my permanent cap installed four hours early by mistake. Rather than send me home they fit me in and did a really nice job fitting the cap just right. This place is super clean and super friendly!
