The worst experience of my life and I'm an old man. I needed my implants looked at( A second opinion). I thought they would look at it the first visit. They instead said I needed ex -rays . Maybe that was needed . The second visit the husband of the team only looked at my lower teeth and only spent about ten minutes. I said I wanted my implant bridge looked at .He said I would need another appointment for a full evaluation. The third appointment was with the Doctor Betsy of the team. In her ad she said she liked to give a good friendly appointment. My appointment was for 12 noon She came in at 12:23 PM. I happened to be looking at my cell phone. I said " I give to similar charities as you" She didn't smile or say something like "That's nice" or "what charities". She started looking at my bottom teeth and I said I would like her to look at my top implant bridge first. She said it looks good. I said "I don't care if it looks good,it doesn't feel good . I tried to explain the problems I was having with the teeth not meeting my lower teeth and not curving like regular teeth etc. I never got to show her the temporary denture and molds of my original teeth ,which fit perfectly, that I had brought to the office in a special case for all three visits. She never even looked in my mouth at the upper implants or she would have seen the hole and other problems .She said something like "we disagree so I can't help you' and walked out of the office. To add insult to injury when I got to the desk they charged me $80 instead of the $65 they had told me on the phone. Days before, on the phone, I double checked when she said it was$65 "did you say $65 "(which seemed a little low) and she said yes. They did go to the back and talked to someone who said it is $80 for a evaluation . I paid it not realizing the doctor had not looked inside my mouth at my implant bridge so therefore had not given mean evaluation. I paid over $200 for 3 visits and got nothing. I accidentally mentioned the name of the dentist that had done my implants and this might have made her refuse to do the evaluation.
