The services provided by ACDC are good, however they will lie constantly about cost. Make sure you call your insurance company and ask what and for how much will be covered. If you take the people at ACDC's estimate as your cost you will surely be disappointed. Every single time I was given a quote from them they were not even close to the actual amount I ended up paying. I caught on after they took $3,000 from me. Again, services and dentists are nice, just nickel and dime everything. Check with your insurance company about EVERYTHING before allowing them to do work.

Grew up with a fear of dentist after several bad experiences. Shouldn't be so hard to find a dentist that is trustworthy, gentle, and super approachable but for some reason it was ... until I had Dr. Libraty work on me. With less than a day's notice, he quickly fixed a chipped bottom tooth all while making sure I was comfortable and fully aware of how he was going to fix the tooth. After the great job, I came back to him to do bonding on my two front teeth and left feeling more confident in my smile than I had ever felt before. **Lastly** If you're not a fan of needles then you should be seeing Dr. Libraty - his entire demeanor is incredibly calming and he's incredibly gentle while applying the novocaine ... it's done before you even know it!

She worked comfortably with the dentist who I met for the first time today. He, Dr St Amand, was honest and helpful in terms of the explanation of the procedures I needed , the costs involved, and how I could structure, the procedures allowing me the most financial flexibility in planning. From beginning to end, a very encouraging experience. The administrative associate who made my initial appointment, Cindy, was so helpful with explaining the logistics for my crown replacement procedure and when I realized that the follow up would cut too close to my extended vacation she pulled together an earlier appointment--squeezing me in before the holiday! Wow. I'm a very easy going person, but I've had bad incidents in the past with other dental teams, and Dr. Librarty sensed this and let me know what a personal experience dentistry is for him and showed it with consideration and transparency throughout the 2 hour session. He applied the numbing agents in a very deliberate way and gave me oral pain reliever after the procedure to help as the sensation returned, while the everything was fitted. It made all the difference, as did using the complimentary noise cancelling headphones with streaming music. This really put my mind at ease while they drilled away, checking in periodically and never being rough. The visiting assistant, Danielle, was very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive and thorough--even when there were some complications with my case and working in a different environment. Everyone had a great attitude, and when I went to cash out with the only means I had on me, my Amex (not accepted), they let me know that I had plenty of time to settle up. What a relief in so many ways to take care of my health in the least painful way possible. Thanks, ACDC team!

I came here to get 4 small cavities filled in my front/side teeth and was overcharged (approx 1,000), even amidst them knowing that I was paying out of pocket. I just today got back from a great dentist here in Montreal who charged only $650 CAD for 5 cavities. Looks like I should have got my work done back in Montreal in the first place!

The best! I spent 4 hours in a chair there today because I was a wreck and they made sure I was fixed up by the time I left! I basically had 3 teeth reconstructed saving me a root canal in each and the dentist was very careful with me because I am pregnant and there is so much you cant do when the patient is pregnant! The professional and prompt service I received was top of the line. I had a temporary crown fall off they replaced it on the same day free of charge. Whenever I had a question about how I could improve both the health or appearance of my teeth I received honest and concise answers. I did not know that my dental insurance had an annual limit and they charged me an adjusted price based on how much I would have paid with insurance coverage.
