This is the first negative review I’ve written in my life. If I could rate less than one star I would. The hygentist and staff treated my nervous daughter, 7, like she was wasting their time. Eye rolls, laughing at her and scaring her with the worrisome language were just a few inappropriate behaviors. My child is probably the least anxious child I’ve met, however going to the dentist can be uncomfortable for some people. She was treated so badly I cannot even believe it happened. Being from NY and having a history of stellar dental treatment it blows my mind to know a facility can operate at such a low standard. If you have children or appreciate a positive experience/staff please seek alternate care. Too much negativity and too many geriatric providers who need to do the community a favor and retire already. Lesson learned, stick to Chittenden County dentists. We switched bc they have late hours and most dentist do not.., big mistake.

It's a rainy Monday. I guess I parked in the wrong spot. Not that there is anything marking it so. I get the kids inside and settled. To have a lady come and ask me, did you park on this side of the building. I said yes, she asked me to move to the other side of the building. So I had to go back out in the rain and move. Still nothing marking this spot as no parking! Oh did I mention, I've parked in this same spot, plenty of other times!!!! Crazy!!!

Amazing staff always friendly and answers all of your questions of concern. They made me feel really assured and Dr.P (Not sure how to spell his name lol) was fantastic at making sure I was comfortable and met all my needs.

I have three children. 1 autistic and 1 with high oral needs (ahhh braces). It was a blessing to find Dr C. Not only was he understanding but patient. My kids asked and he explained. I am grateful for the support around their oral care.
