I have seen both Dr. Nani, and Dr. Al bender. I was very satisfied with their work. They are one of the best doctors in the dentistry. They have also a great assistants, I loved talking to them. The office is kind of small, but clean and located in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend this place.

One of, if not the, most gentle, professional and caring staff i've ever encountered. I've been to several dental clinics in the past and have always had that slight panic (dental phobia) before and during every appointment. However, since I switched to this clinic and had my teeth-work done by Dr. Saif, not once have I experienced any dental anxiety, which is a game changer to me!! The dentists here work you through every step they are going to make, making sure you are comfortable and pain free. The receptionists are the sweetest + super friendly. Calling my old dentist's office was literally like pulling teeth (no pun intended) just to schedule or reschedule an appointment. At this clinic... that's no longer an issue. If you're looking for a good, clean, modern and caring dentist, THIS PLACE IS YOUR BEST BET.

Prior to going to their Malden location, I was jaded about dentists due to less than positive experiences. I went to them, because a filling had fallen out. Right away, they made me feel at ease. They assessed the tooth with the missing filling and also addressed concerns they had for another tooth. No pressure was placed on me to have anything in particular done. They didn't try to sell me any unnecessary treatments or products. They only wanted to provide me the care I needed. Rather than just being dentists doing their job, they act as people who truly care. They clearly do care. They're so caring and wonderful that they even have a patient who calls them daily just to chat and to check up on them. They're a special group of people, simply put. Though I'm not thrilled that my mouth is in such great need of repair, I am grateful that they are the ones doing the repairs. I highly recommend them.

American Dental Consultants is suprisingly a place of peace and Comfort. Truth be told , I cannot believe that I could ever even refer to Dental work on myself being either of the two. Being a victim of Dental trauma of the past, I was nervous going to the dentist at all anymore. Then came my brothers referral to American. Upon Arrival I was greeted by the kindest pair of receptionists that made me feel at home and comfortable. The paperwork was minimal, and off to the chair. The hygenist , to my suprise was equally as kind as the receptionists.xrays were a breeze and they then had me wait for the dentist. Once he came in , he was also as kind as his staff and even more efficient and comforting as a dentist. My mouth 6 months ago was a disaster, and this Team at American Dental has restored my smile and more importantly....my confidence !! I recommend no other dental clinic other than American Dental Consultants

This is a terrible place, waist my times and cost me a lot of money but done nothing. First, they seemed very nice to you, and pretended like a professional dentist and gave me advice about my problem. After taking a lot of x ray, they said I need to do a root canal and a crown, and I only have to pay $1000 out of my pocket after my insurance cover. However, after my first visit, they said my root is broken and need to do an extraction instead of root canal then they will do the bridge for me, it costs about $ 4000. Every time I went there they just let me wait for an hour, such a waste of time, why book the appointment if you can't make it on time. They really don't care about your teeth, they just want your $$$.

Everyone has been great! I called because I chipped my tooth and they were able to get me in the same day. I ended up getting a much needed cleaning and filling on the tooth all at the same time. We thought I was going to need a crown, but no one pushed it on me and gave me alternatives. Big fan of that! They’re also fixing an old crown that was making me crazy and even the temporary one felt 10x better than the old crown. Glad I found the practice!

The staff are really nice in office, but I don’t like the way they work with customer. I called in and they said they accept all the insurance cards including PPO or HMO. Then I come in the first time, they said that visit will be covered everything with insurance. Then after that I find out that my their facility is not in our insurance network and I have to pay copay as well as others deductible in there while I can do that at other places for free. They also promised to contact me back but never did until I called them. If I don't call before the next visit I will come in again and pay more. The staff who picked up the phone said that someone else promise and there is no note left and I have to explain everything again happened in the first visit. This is not professional. I think they have to tell the truth to customer instead of just lure the customer in no matter what and charged them money!!! I called a number of other dental places and they all tell the truth that my insurance card is not in there network.

Worst place ever to go to i was getting a filling and the dentist ive had was passive aggrassive tords me i thought it was a decent place,but she fricken left me after she was done with the drlling part of my tooth, and was gone for a good 12 minuts, and the numbing went down for the procedure to help me with the pain, i told her i was feeling my face again this is not good and she asked if my tongue was still numb? And i said yea kinda... than she said im fine.... But honestly i was not she finished the part of my filling and i felt every sec of pain while she was doin it ill admit the staff is nice but not the doctor's are horrible people and not good whatsoever so I highly do not recommend this place your call from review...

I got 4 fillings in total. One of the fillings was not done properly and it was redone by Dr. Naji and it did not pose any problem since. However, I experienced sensitivity in another tooth and Dr. Naji mentioned that it may be because of a decay and filled it (no x-rays taken to confirm that sensitivity was because of an alleged decay). I still experienced sensitivity after filling was done. I went back to India and got it checked. I was told by the doctor there that the decay was not fully removed before filling was done. I had to get another filling there for the same tooth. Unhappy that I paid $$$ for a "rushed" service. Update (2019-05-29): It is true that you do not realize how good (or bad) your current dentist is until you visit another dentist. I changed my dentist and I have never looked back. With my new dentist, I only had to visit him one-time for a filling. With American Dental Consultants, for every filling, I had to visit them twice because they simply could not get it right the first time.

This is the WORST dentist EVER I went there because I had pain in my jaw and I thought I had a potential infection in my gums since a previous dentist told me that I had issues with my gums. This dentist swore up and down there would never be an infection was completely dismissive and acted like he "knew it all" he claimed the pain I had was from grinding my teeth. Well a day later I was hospitalized for a SEVERE infection that had spread from my gums. One word of advice from me NEVER go here don't risk your life the only reason I put one star was so I could write this.

Wearing the same Invisalign tray for the past 8 weeks while waiting for the new aligners to arrive due to needing a new set to be made (over 6 weeks now) shows I have some patience. Being ignored by the dentist for the past 3 weeks (called 7 times to speak with him) is not cool. I finally got a response yesterday. I shouldn't have to go into the office to get an answer to a question so I purposely called every few days just to see how many times I would need to call to get an answer. Besides being ignored by the dentist, the employees are very friendly and personable.

Awesome people work here! My 5 year old had a baby tooth that was coming out wrong and a jagged edge was tearing up her lip. She could hardly eat or talk for 3 days because it was causing such pain. The doctor sent us downstairs to this office and they were amazing! They took us immediately. They showed extreme patience in calming a very scared 5 year old and waited until she was comfortable before starting anything. They talked to her and explained everything to her until she agreed to let them take it out. They let her hold a mirror and see herself and they let her handle all of the tools (except for the Novocain of course) and knew just how to speak to her. They extracted her baby tooth with no trouble at all. She didn't even know it was gone. I am so relieved!! And so isn't my daughter!

I had such a pleasant experience yesterday at American Dental Consultants while doing such a scary for me tooth extraction. The whole process took a little while, but the atmosphere over there was extremely friendly! The registration with Chiara was wonderful, they really care for you and your concerns. Dr Mitali was very professional and even did some extra injection to prevent the pain, when I asked for it. During the procedure Dr Mitali was asking me few times, if I feel okay so she can continue. I think this is the most important how you feel at the dentist's office. I will have to do a lot of work with them placing a new implant and treat another tooth. I will definitely trust Dr Mitali to do this work. I hope it will be as good as it was yesterday. Her assistant was also very careful and kind. I've read the reviews on the internet about this place and all of them were very good. I have chosen this place and I don't regret.

Best decision I ever made when I started going to American Dental Consultants. The staff is great, the doctors are great. Everyone is very friendly and anytime you have to switch an appointment they are very helpful, they work with you to find the best time that fits your schedule. I didn't really like going to the dentist, but these people just changed my view of dentists. You guys are all around awesome.

***** Review update: Dr Naji called in the very next day and was able to accommodate us really soon to have my kids teeth cleaning redone. Dr Naji is very welcoming and friendly, and did a really nice job on my kids teeth. I really appreciate it him taking the time to call me and accommodate us and made sure that we were happy with the results of our visit. ***** *Extremely disappointed. After reading so many good reviews, I took my two kids to have their teeth cleaned there. The place is small, but nice, very friendly staff, very kind. Dr Bender himself is very friendly too, but he didn’t cleaned my kids teeth, he just looked and asked his assistant to polish and apply the fluoride. My kids didn’t even had their teeth flossed. I asked him why was that and I was told that kids doesn’t need to have their teeth scraped so it doesn’t damage the enamel, but my kids has plaques, and if that it’s not cleaned every six months it’s going to become tartar and they will have inflamed gums. My Daughter has braces, that is even harder for her to get her teeth cleaned well. They always had their teeth cleaned before with no problems, I was just trying to find a good dentist closer to home, since the previous one was a little bit far, but I guess I should have sticked with the old one. It was far, but they get the job done really well. *
