If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister warned us about this place, but my mother insisted on using them to make her lower plate. Just what my sister warned us about happened. We would have an appointment, take my mom in, they would look at her mouth (teeth had been extracted by an oral surgeon in February), and do nothing but charge us! They'd say we needed to make another appointment, so we would, and the same thing would happen. By June, we were still going in for appointments, paying $138 or so per visit, and my mother was no closer to getting her plate. When i expressed frustration at the time and money being spent on this process, they proceeded to dump my mother as a client and only provided a partial refund of the thousands of dollars we'd paid them. They claimed she received some services from them. The agreement was she'd be provided with a lower plate and she wasn't, so from our perspective, all the appointments were in preparation of the plate they didn't deliver and we should have received a full refund of everything we paid. Absolute rip off. My sister was right.

I highly recommend All Smiles Family Dental Center. Everyone is so nice and I never have to wait for my appointment. When getting dental work done everything was explained to me as far as the process including cost. Always a pleasant experience!
