Terrible place they are so busy they cannot remember what they tel you! My mouth is in so much pain, bleeding, I went in in July it's Nov they won't put my permanent tooth in because I owe 1900 the bill keeps going up at the time I had insurance and now I don't . I also had a old retainer clear plastic that is still cemented in with my temporary and my mouth is so sensitive. I am very disappointed in this office. There was four payment arrangements made and then Nov the ran my card with out my permission . MMother upsetting is my mouth is not fixed it bleeds and is so sensitive and I am totally scard of even going to another dental place

HORRIBLE! ARROGANT COMPANY! TURN OVER RATE IS THROUGH THE ROOF & THE C.O.O. IS ON A HUGE POWER TRIP! WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS EVER, OLD BUILDING, NEEDS A FACE LIFT. MOST DEGRADING PROCESS AND WASTE OF TIME EVER SPENT!

Horrible service! Horrible billing department this is for a bill that has been haunting me for years! Never had such an awful experience in my life I would never recommend going to them they have no clue what they are doing. I had a bill that was ultimately suppose to only cost me a couple hundred dollar now $1200 later. There are no words for how mad I am at this "company" I almost feel as if I was robbed if I am being quite honest it has caused me a headache for years trying to work out this bill with them, oh and then they send me to collections and now won't even respond to anything I don't understand how they are still in business! Not to mention I had to go to another dentist and have them correct all the work this dentist had done on me!

I believe I have finally found the most fantastic dentist available, the work is phenomenal,The staff is far above the rest total care understanding and the patient is number one, I love this place You won't find any better place to go they are Great!

WORST SERVICE EVER! They had me wait for 2 hours before I met the dentist, then she only helped me for 10 mins before leaving. Didn't see her again and instead they hand me a 1500 dollar cost amount for something I didn't want. Walked out with nothing and no work done. Wasted a lot of my time and I'm still in pain. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst dental experience I have ever had. I have never been to an office that has the dental assistants do so much, but these guys have to because they overbook the dentist's. The work they provide is horrible. I am in worse shape after going there than I was in before. They also scheduled me once for an appointment, had me wait 45 minutes only to tell me they couldn't get to me. Avoid this place!
