I previously made a review about being unhappy about this dentists services, HOWEVER... Upon my review the dentist himself did call me personally and offer a refund. To me that is indeed customer service. I say see the doctor. The facility is top notch with the latest in dentistry technology. And they are indeed thorough. If you have an issue the owner does take it seriously and does effectively communicate with his clients. Bravo!

I have been a patient here for about 3 years, and every single time I have been impressed with the entire process from check in to paying and walking out. My least favorite part of dental checkups before coming here has always been the cleaning. The hygienists stab your gums with those metal picks and have some smarmy remark like "if you flossed more your gums wouldn't bleed this much." Yeah well if you didn't jab my gums with that ice pick they wouldn't bleed either. But the hygienists at the Hill Dental Group are truly incredible. They are thorough yet very, very gentle. And I haven't bled once there! Dr. Chumbley is my dentist. As soon as he walks in the room, you can immediately pick up on how personable he is. He has a very laid back and lighthearted demeanor while maintaining a sense of professionalism that leaves no doubt he is more than qualified to tackle whatever is going on with my chompers. I had one appointment during a time Dr. Chumbley was out of the office so I was seen by Dr. Hill. During that one visit it was clear that Dr. Hill is just as laid back and professional as Dr. Chumbley is. The Hill Dental Group is the best dentist I have ever been to. Very polite staff, incredible doctors and a clean and very nice facility. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Digital x-rays, very clean and comfortable environment in a state alone building. There's quite a big contrast between the front desk vibe and the exam area. Their scheduling is very good so you won't have to wait very long to be called back to the exam rooms. Every exam room has giant windows with good views. Nitrous Oxide is available upon request. I used to refer people here and all of those people are still very happy. The dental hygienists at this location are outstanding!

The Hill Dental Group serviced me for a total of two years. I decided to get my braces procedure done with them, and I could not be more happy with the turnout. All staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming. They provide exceptional resources for patients during their appointments. I was fortunate enough to be Dr. Steven Chumbley's patient, as he treats all patients with respect. He would perform his operations in a timely and efficient manner. I could not be more thrilled with my results. In addition, the dental assistants and receptionists made every visit a memorable one. I would absolutely rate this dentistry as a five star organization.

I was recommended to this place by my periodontist and I couldn't be happier with his suggestion. I'm greeted by name when I arrive and I never have to wait long or at all for my appointment. My primary dentist is "Tony" Hill. He is an experienced dentist who seems a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Everyone I tell is always surprised to learn that my top front teeth are either crowns or veneers. During one visit, I overheard Dr. Chumbley interacting with a younger patient (maybe 10 years old) and I thought that his bedside manner toward the kid was great so I decided to start taking my younger one (and the wife) there too. The wife likes the place, the kiddo likes the place, and the entire staff has been pretty awesome. One of the front desk ladies (Brittni) even gave me a long stem red rose because it was Valentines Day. The wife has no idea I got it from Hill Dental.

Both Dr. Hill and Dr. Chumbley are amazing. When I was a patient of Dr. Hill, and since he is so amazing, I became curious about the dentist he decided to add to his practice so I tried Dr. Chumbley. Since he turned out to be just as amazing as Dr. Hill, I just stayed with him. I recommend either one. I truly have no preference. As for the rest of the staff, they are on par with the dentists. I'm am kind of an authority on dentists, having had loads of dental work done throughout my life by lots of different dentists. I am doing you a service if I convince you to try these folks.
