The dental assistants, hygienists and the doctor are all very friendly and professional. They answer all questions in a very knowledgeable way. My son enjoys going for his checkup and for any fillings he needs. I didnt give 5 stars because at times I end up waiting in the lobby for longer then I expect too. I know things get backed up but I think a few things could make it run a little smoother.

Clancy the lady who cleaned my teeth was really nice and did a great job. The office manager was very helpful and explained things to us more than once if we didn't understand. The doctor was very nice and had good recommendations on the plan I need to follow to get me teeth to look the way I want them to look. It was my first visit. So I will get to know everybody's name.

Everyone is very nice but they don't care about you. Only money. I couldn't afford the whole treatment plan at once. I just wanted my cavity fixed so I wouldn't be in pain. The dentist didn't care. She said if I don't get the deep cleaning she can't do the filling. So I left and have to live in pain until I find another dentist.

Very pushy implant specialist with selling dental work and asking several times for me to give her good reviews. Temporary crown fell out that very night. One of the 4 stiches for my implant came out after only 2 days. Not a real fan currently but I will see how the rest of this process goes. Ok have been back several times and have a much different opinion. The Dentist herself is top notch and very pleasant. The person she has helping her is also great not like the pushy assistant before. I am very happy with the work. But they need to learn not to call 4-5 times before your appointment.

Great service! Everyone was friendly and efficient from the front desk staff to the dentist, Dr. Mohunta. The procedure went very smooth and I did not feel any pain during the administration of local anesthesia or after it wore off. Dr. Mohunta was very compassionate and explained every step of the procedure. She always checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Definitely recommend the clinic and the dentist, Dr. Mohunta a 100%. Her dental assistant was also very kind and made me a great temporary.

I found out about Splendora Dental through my insurance company and am SO happy I did! I had tooth pain and they were able to get me in the same day I called them. The service they provided was great, especially the dental assistant (Amber) and dentist! They were VERY knowledgeable and informative! They even gave me advice I never knew of! Let me just start by saying that Klancy and Sarah are amazing. Klancy is so awesome and great with my children. She explained everything perfectly so that I, as well as my children, could understand everything easily. She is just great!! Sarah runs the front desk and is one of the most competent, friendly, and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She ensures that our visits run smooth every time. Also, I must mention Ashley! She is so sweet and she handles my children really well! All of these ladies, including the dentist ( I seem to have forgotten her name but we were their on Wednesday Sept. 19, 2018.), make our dental visit more than just an appointment, they make it an oral hygiene planning festival! I just wanted to leave this review to let these ladies know to keep it up and to say thank you for being there when it comes to my children's oral health!!

I will not go back. I have been going there for several years now. They always book my 6 month appointment. When it is time for that appointment they always call to reschedule. I told them if they continued doing that , I would be finding another dentist. Had my appointment today. They did not reschedule. The problem was that the only dentist in the office today was the pediatric dentist. The hygienist was in so they did my cleaning but I did not get exam due to no dentist. I am officially done with them. I will not be going back.

My 15 year old daughter was taken to the back and the nurse told me to wait in the front lobby until she had completed the X-rays on my daughter. The nurse asked my daughter for my name and stated she was going to get me BUT the nurse NEVER came for me. My 15 year old daughter was treated without the staff ever calling me in the back and informing me of her status. After the appointment was complete my daughter came out with an appointment card. I asked if she had any cavities or anything and she stated she didn’t know. I waited to speak to the office staff to ask if my daughter had any cavities or was anything else found as I was never called to the back with my daughter. They stated she had no cavities or anything and they could take me to the back now to show me her X-rays and go over things with me (now - AFTER my 15 year old daughter had been completely seen and treated without me present). I stated there was no reason to take me to the back NOW as they had already completed the appointment without me. We have NOT been having the best experience with this office for the last several months which is sad because we started off so happy with this office. We are now committed to this office for braces and dental care of my 15 year old daughter and the care she/we has been receiving has NOT been near the standard it started at. I do NOT recommend letting them tell you to wait in the front lobby while they take your child in the back and they will come get you once the X-rays are completed as they will NOT come get you once the X-rays have been completed and before they start treating your child. NOT a good experience at this office today, Tuesday, July 3, 2018.

I wish I never had to come back to this place. My son had an appointment scheduled since 2017, I take the day off of work to bring him and turns out they have been trying to call me NO ONE HAS CALLED ME ONCE, to reschedule. I got e mail reminders about his appointment today and I get here and all they say is "we can give you a note for work" it doesn't work that way. Horrible customer service. My mind set about this place hasn't changed and here I am struggling to get someone to help me all day today.
