Very professional and personal group, right in Garland. I've never heard anything bad about them, and it's not hard to see why. They're silly and friendly, willing to work with you, and very skilled in their craft. I went in for a cleaning, followed by a filling, and both procedures went smoothly and pain free. I moved to Plano,TX a couple of years back and was in search of a new dentist. One of my friend refereed Dr Chakrapani. Our family started visiting to Dr.C and his team. They are extremely professional, courteous and punctual. This is our 3rd year with them and we have no plans to change. In case of anything urgent, they are able to provide an appointment in less time even though Dr. C has other priorities. I appreciate their willingness to accommodate. Their personal appointment reminders are top notch. I can always count on the them to remind me any upcoming appointments. The office culture is exceptional. Superb and truly appreciated.

The best part of my job is that there is always something new to learn. For instance, the office offers digital photography, intraoral cameras and patient education videos which are so informative to help patients make informed decisions regarding care. Digital x-ray unit up to 80% less radiation than traditional methods and offer immediate images. Dr.C provides aesthetic fillings, atraumatic painless extractions, RCT, crowns, bridges, veneers,bone graft surgery,flap surgery,implants and brackets, etc. The cost of the treatments are reasonable compared to other places in GARLAND. I am confident to say that you will feel right at home at this office as they welcome all the patients as if they were family. Dr.C devotes most of his time to his ongoing education in dentistry keeping him up-to-date with his latest technological advancements in the dental field. He is known for his attentiveness, understanding, honesty, professionalism and treats the patients with care and empathy. He is an "inspiring role model for me". 5.0 star rating I really recommend Dr. C as he prefers to be called and trust me it will make it easy for you too. From day one, before I have my dental services done, Dr. C listen to me and what I was trying to accomplish, he did a full dental review and explained the best options for my dental plan, and him and is staff made sure that it was a pleasant experience for me and other patients as I could see. One thing that was important to me was how punctual they are with their appointment as I usually go with limited time since my visits are done on working days and the time is limited. From the admin staff to the dental assistant I definitely recommend Smiline Dental Texas.

I came here for pain on my wisdom teeth. I really like this doctor and staff because they take the time to take care of your main concern, but also help you understand what else you need to get done to prevent further problems in other locations. Also liked that they explain in detailed what and why your getting this treatment done, usually in other dentist i walk out with work done and don't even remember getting an explanation for the work I received just a simple get a "you have a cavity, you need to fix it". I would really recommend this office, very good location and convenient time for appointments.

I delayed on extracting my wisdom tooth for 2 years and it came to a point where the tooth broke. Had no option but to look for a dentist and I'm glad I had a advert from Smiline at my place. Got my tooth extracted the same day and they followed up with me 3 times in two weeks. Loved the service and will recommend my friends and family for sure. FYI...the cost was a fraction of what I heard others pay !!

I Love this Dental Office, the Dentist works with you and is within reason on the cost.....My complain is that when you call, the voice mail should tell you that there CLOSED on Wednesday's ....so that you don't have to look it up online because you become frustrated when after several messages, your call has not been returned....My only complaint !

I came into Smiline Dental after developing a very painful toothache over the weekend. even without calling in for an appointment, upon arrival on Monday morning the dental stall was able to immediately accommodate me for treatment. Dr. C looked over & made his recommendation, & provided me with other options should I decadent go a different route. I took this recommended treatment for a root canal & received excellent service even though it ended up being a little more work than expected (my tooth was in really bad shape!). Throughout the entire process Dr. C was clear to explain everything that he was doing & he even followed up with me to make sure I was feeling okay & wasn't experiencing any continued pain. Overall. I can't recommend Smiline Dental enough, I'll definitely keep visiting Smiline Dental for my dental treatments.

He has lot of patience in making sure and let us know everything about issues with teeth after the exam and then the solution. He is very experience with the way he does things and procedures. I am so thankful I stumbled upon Dr. C and Smiline Dental. Dr. C had to do an extraction and implant on one of my back teeth that had previously had a root canal in it. He thoroughly explained what was going on in my tooth, what my different options were and the benefits of each option, and how much each option cost. I opted for the implant because of the long term benefits. Dr. C and his team did a great job on the implant and I have had no problems with it which is a huge relief after years of having problems with that tooth. I was pretty reluctant to have anything done because I knew my insurance wasn't going to cover much if anything but Dr. C made it affordable and has allowed me to make monthly payments for the remainder of my balance. I am very grateful to him and his team for such great care. I look forward to the rest of my family and friends getting dental care from Smiline Dental because I know they will all be taken care of. One of my friend referred me to Dr.C. We were hesitating to go far down to Garland from Fortworth where we live and it is our first Dentist visit. We were scared and we won’t regret our decision to go that far and see Dr.C. Staff explained about Digital X-rays and it’s importance. Dr.C explained clearly about all the problems and we love the technology seeing our teeth in the computer in 3D technology with intra oral camera and we are able to finish my deep cleaning and all Cavity Fillings in one visit. Dr.C followed up next day how we are doing and surprised as never heard about doctor calling later and asking how we are doing. Dr.C cares for his clients. We are happy as a Family as me, My wife and my kid all Exam and treatments finished same day. Costs are reasonable and affordable. Generally I won’t write any reviews but With such a wonderful experience I want to write my story so others in the community will know about Smiline Dental Texas and Dr.C and his team for quality dental treatment. We will refer our family, friends and we will visit Dr.C in future.
