Smiles R Us is amazing. I have a huge fear when it comes on to pain and I will retaliate if I can't bear it. Dr Thompson along with Ariel has allowed me to overcome that fear. I would cry and Dr.Thompson would sing to me or Ariel will always hold my hand. I'm no baby but they make me feel safe when I feel the pain. The customer service is great and I love how everyone interacts with you even if you just met them a hour ago I feel like I knew them for years. Definitely recommend Smiles R Us to become your permanent dental as it is mine. People always compliments on my smile and it's all because of Smiles R Us.

Excellent Service from start to finish. The entire staff is super friendly and Dora helped me personally with calling my insurance to verify my plan to ensure I was paying the best price for my service. I had three wisdom teeth pulled (which I was scared to do) in one sitting but they made the process very comfortable for me. They even asked me what music I wanted to play when I was in the chair! I would recommend this dentist if you want an effective solution to any teeth issues. You will get the answer you need, service you want and follow up care that most dentists don't provide anymore.

I should've known that it was going to be bad as soon as I saw a man walk in with a dog, that's really disgusting and I can just imagine how contaminated the equipment is in the office... I know the dog wasn't a service dog because he didn't have a vest . Even though I still went ahead and called to just schedule an appointment and, some male answers the phone and it sounded like he was self-pleasuring in the office. Although I still went ahead and gave him my personal information. Days later I didn't receive a call regarding my appointment so I called them before even leaving my home. Turns out he didn't even schedule my appointment! The lady on the phone was very sweet and apologetic about what happened but, that was the last straw! I'm taking my business Elsewhere. I'm wondering if this is an OSHA violation.

I saw Dr Cantu-Thompson and had an appauling experience with her and her staff. While taking my xrays the dental tech couldnt find any cards small enough for my mouth and caused a lot of pain for me, especially since she kept messing up and constantly had to retake the photos. The Dr came in and was pleasant but told me I had 9 cavities in my back molars. She told me that I "eat too many candies and dont brush [my] teeth" which i know is not true and while the dentist was telling me this her dental tech was giggling next to her. She also told me that i had gingivitis and showed me the roof of my mouth that was bright red and slightly swollen (the exact areas where the xray cards had been jammed in my mouth) and tried to convince me that i had symptoms that i actually never experienced. After her prognosis she left in a hurry before I could ask anymore questions and her other assistant came in trying to rush me into scheduling and prepaying for drilling and filling treatments that would cost almost $1000 (after insurance). I went and had a second opinion and brought Dr Cantu-Thompsons xrays and notes to review. Turns out, the teeth that Dr Cantu-Thompson deemed bad were actually just stained and were purely cosmetic and there is no sign of gingivitis. Dr Cantu-Thompson is a money grubbing liar and her staff is incompetent.

I had a tooth hurting for a couple of months. I went to two different dentists and was told that no treatment was needed because the cavity was still too small to treat. I went to Dr. Thompson for a third opinion and I ended up with a large filling .She said that if I would have had treatment sooner it could have been prevented. I will not be risking it anymore and will be making Dr. Thompson my permanent Dentist. Thank you Dr. Thompson for exceptional service and care.

I was introduced to this fantastic place, by my daughter in law. Since day one, I felt comfortable with all the staff. I love being greeted by my first name and given a welcome hug at each visit (Hello! Maria!). I had extensive dental work done and I have had no problems. Irma Cantu- Thompson, DDS and her entire staff are a group of very cordial, caring, and professional individuals, that take their time in making you feel right at home. My husband and daughter in law can wait comfortably in the lobby enjoying a good cup of coffee, watching television or reading, while I get very well taken care of. Stop by and visit the office. I was in need of a dentist and my insurance company recommended Smiles R Us. When I called, the attendant took my information, said she would check on my coverage and call me back. She did within the hour and we scheduled an appointment then and there. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and taken in to the clinic as soon as I completed the new patient paperwork (on a tablet so - easy). The dentist came in and introduced herself, ordered x-rays and to my surprise, told me that could take care of my needed extractions that day. One tooth was difficult but she handled it with a minimum of pain to me, called in a prescription for antibiotics and a pain killer at the nearest pharmacy, and sent me home with an appoint for a follow-up visit a week later. I plan on making Dr. Thompson my regular dentist. She and her staff were efficient, pleasant and a delight to work with. I was very pleased with their service.
