Dr. harper’s staff is amazing they talk to you from start to finish they don’t make you feel bad if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while, they are very detailed. I keep going back because I was not shamed the first time I saw Dr. Harper. It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist due to no dental insurance and she took x-rays, reviewed with me the work that needed to be done and gave me a print-out of costs. It took a couple of years but most of the work has been done. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor who is not pushing unnecessary treatments and cares about her patients.

My tech was very nice and it didn’t take long at all. The Dr. was there when I arrived but had stepped out when I was almost done. That means there was no the final check that I’m used to where the Dr would normally address the concerns the tech had from the X-rays. She said they’d call if the Dr. saw something and needed me to come in again. I’m not a fan of leaving work frequently for multiple doctor visits that should be complete in one. Aside from that, staff is nice, office is always clean and smells nice, and no wait time for my appointment.

I have been searching for a local dentist in my area yet to find one , so I searched google for a dentist in my area and Smiles of Irving popped up, so I decided to give them a call and the receptionist greeted me with a high energy friendly voice and I knew at that moment I was going to schedule an appointment because I have called several offices and the receptionist was not very friendly. I scheduled my appointment and told her what problems I was having and from then on nothing but good vibes came. On the day of my appointment the receptionist jayme called to see if I wanted to come earlier but I explained I could not I arrived at my appointment time and I noticed the office is very clean, I was greeted and the wait time was very fast. I met Dr. Harper and she was friendly and very attentive to what was going on with my teeth she made me feel relaxed and the assistant Andrea is caring and has a great sense of humor. The office staff as a whole is awesome. I have found my forever dentist. I have even made my husband an appointment to see her as well. Overall I give this office a 10/10 just wonderful from beginning to end. I also love the fact they send out appointment reminders. Thank you ladies.

Dr. Harper and her wonderful staff has helped and challenged me take better care gums and teeth and I appreciate them so much for it. Customer service is huge in my book and I love ALL of the staff there. They are all friendly, helpful, personable, and make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I visit. I do not feel pressured into treatment, and if I do have questions about anything, Dr. Harper explains what is needed and why. There is NO OTHER dental office for my husband & I! It is conveniently located close to Home but I can assure you, when we move (regardless to WHERE), we will still frequent "Smiles of Irving". The staff is friendly & helpful! Dr. Harper is so warm & welcoming. She always greets Me with that beautiful smile. She is gentle and makes sure we are comfortable. On this past Memorial Day (2018), my crown decided it was going to relocate while I was eating. Luckily it was not destroyed & the very next day, one of her staff members got Me right in to have it put back into place. These ladies are all phenomenal. I love it here!

Dr Harper and all her staff are great! My care plan was clear and concise, including cost, which seems to be the reason some reviewers were harsh. DENTAL CARE IS EXPENSIVE!!! Don't blame the providers! Insurance reimbursements remain at 1960's rates, and actual costs are at 2014 rates. No amount of skill or charm can change the cold economic facts. Dr Harper is a winner - take it from someone with a mouth full of disaster- she is a good dentist.

Worst service ever !!! Think before you go , this place will fool you. I went there thru group-on where they have deal for full invisalign for $2,999 but the dentist charged me $4,000 dollar instead and I had to pay all of them at front . Me and My insurance had very hard time dealing with them. My insurance reimbursed some of the money to them to give back to me and they would get irritated when they had to give my money back and they would even get irritated whenever I had to visit them for changing invisalign . They said I will be done in 1 yr and after 1 year I realized my teeth wasn't straight and they made some gap between my teeth.So, I told them to fix the gap they made and they said it will cost me more money.I had to pay them $300 again to fix the mistake they did . I was forced to pay because it was related to my teeth. I gave them $4000 to straighten my teeth but after 1 year my teeth was not straight and they charged me more to straight my teeth. And here I am after 2 years ,my teeth aren't so straight as I hoped. I am very much disappointed. I feel like I threw my money in water. If you planning to do invisalign then go somewhere else , in this price you will get a good service with straight teeth.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I would zero stars if it were possible. They are super disrespectful and the actual dentist doesn't care about you or your services. Harper is the absolute worst and should not be in this business that requires good customer service. She is definitely lacking. My mother was scheduled back and forth, inconveniently, without any complaints. The office was not prepared and needed to schedule her on a Saturday, which is rare to begin with. They needed to reschedule her due to a mistake that was made on THEIR part, not my mothers!!! She showed up on May 4, 2019 and NO ONE WAS THERE! Fast forward to her appointment two weeks later, which was today, the receptionist kindly apologized to my mother. However, the so-called "Doctor" Harper couldn't acknowledge or give a simple apology!!! If anything, she implied that it was my mother's fault that the appointment was missed, even though she was only scheduled because of their own unpreparedness, and just kept repeating that she "didn't know what happened that day" when it was clear! If you forgot, just apologize to your customer and make things right! We will never recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER spend another penny here. Harper needs a to get another profession and stay out of anything that requires any sort of customer service, because she FAILS at it!!! I will make sure no one I know wastes their time here.
