The BEST dentist I have ever been to the best one!!! They have tv on the ceiling and you get noise canceling headphones. They give you a warm blanket and heated aromatherapy neck pillow and optional eye mask. They take great pictures (like alot) and put them on the 60 inch flat screen in your room and give you a 30 minute tutorial of your mouth with what your doing right and what you can improve and how. The building is new and SO clean. The dentist and staff are all younger(30's) and ontop of all current trends and fixes. They offer multiple options of relaxing options medication included. They also got me in the next day after I called.

My first visit to Smile Avenue has set the bar high in my expectations of dental visits. The entire staff was accommodating to every need and was proactive in reaching out to prepare me for my first visit prior to arrival. The office atmosphere was welcoming and the amenities are first class. From the warm neck pillow to the TV in the ceiling, my comfort was obviously a priority for the staff, but it was only #2 to the top priority of making sure my clinical needs are taken care of. The doctor was careful to make sure that I clearly understood everything and made sure every question was answered. Furthermore, all the guess work was eliminated in the payment and insurance process as well. I highly recommend Smile Avenue! They really are providing a first class dental experience!

Great atmosphere once you walk in. All the employees from the Doctors to the front office are super friendly! The technology they use are awesome and very updated. What best about this place is not only do they explain what going on with your oral examination but they give you every detail on how to prevent it from happening again. After my crown fell out for the 3rd time I decided it was time to change Dentist. I came to Smile Avenue honestly because it was convenient to my home but I sure am glad I picked this place. I was able to get an appointment quickly the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The Dentist took the time to explain the treatment plan and tell me not only how he can fix my crown issue but also how he can prevent it from falling out again. He took the time to answer all my questions and really cares about what he does. Very tech savvy office! Everyone is very attentive to your needs. Dr. Vuoung thoroughly goes through every aspect of the examination from your x-rays and doesn't try to up-sell you on unnecessary needs that would benefit THEM but consults on what is best for YOU. I have been searching high and low for the right dentist to go to who won't abuse their patients by trying to sell them a bunch of different procedures that aren't needed. Definitely recommend!

They should not advertise themselves as a family dentist if they refuse work on kids. Went in today with my 8 year old son. Our pediatric dentist recommended this dentist to us. Went in for a cleaning and to check out a cavity that was on an adult tooth. Worst cleaning eve! Fast, never flossed him. Then to be told he has two small cavities they they won't fill because they don’t work on kids. Referred us back to our pediatric dentist. Waste of time and money!! Will never visit this dentist again!

Oh my where do I begin! The Lord God Almighty divinely intervenes and surely He intervened today! I went to one dental office and they were locked up and it was 11am! I drove away and came to Smiles Avenue Family Dentistry & I walked in and inquired. They are in network for my plan and instead of making a future appointment they offered to see me! I didn’t realize how terrible my teeth actually were including infected. Dr. Patrick Vuong is an astonishing and wonderful person first and dental specialist! He educated me about my teeth and told me about my mistakes! The hygienist [forgot her name] is so caring and gentle who took extra care with my mouth! My teeth are in need of help and the work began! I’m so thankful to the Lord God Almighty for leading me to Dr. Patrick; words can’t express how grateful I am! Oh I didn’t have all the money needed to fix my mouth and they have a no-credit check program [I choose this one] available with a reasonable payment plan which no other dentistry that I know of offers which is why I haven’t been able to get my teeth fixed until today \0/ hallelujah the entire staff is wonderful; heat lavender wrap, music of your choice with headphones and a view above the chair! I’m blessed ✝️

LOVE this dentist office! The staff is incredible and they are always asking for feedback on how to improve, absolutely top notch! The attention to detail in making patients comfortable and knowledgeable is incredible! The dentist was so patient, incredible bedside manor, and walked my teenage son through the whole process and taught him how to look/read his x-rays! He took the time to explain what to do, how to do it and motivate my son to take better care of his hygiene...which I have tried to do for 15 years! My first experience with the team at Smile Avenue was absolutely wonderful! Every employee treated me like family from the moment I walked in. They were very helpful and informative every step of the way, and Dr. Vuong is excellent because he not only cares about your oral health, but he also wants to teach and help you understand why oral health is so important. Whole reason I came here: best ratings overall on yelp/google; and I don’t mind dissolving into the cosmos of other 5 star reviews because Smile Avenue earned it and then some. I was faced with a daunting proposition, needing lots of work after not having a regular dentist for years and ignoring/letting pain pass. But, sitting here basking in the glory of having the hard parts behind me, I can’t help but be grateful and in awe of the chorus these guys symphonized for me. I feel like a rock star every time I go in there. Every single person was a bastion of happiness and eagerness from a phone call to live. Well, we expect that, right? But these guys live it, no matter how grim the prospect (my case). And not many places can exceed those expectations 100% of the time. I know I’m being simple here, but indulge my layman metaphors: they have the persona of Chick-fil-A and technical ability of NASA, if I had to sum it all up. The doc explained things to me like a professor, and even let me arrive at my own conclusions before he stepped in to continue my thought process. That’s unheard of. The whole reason I’ve been untrusting and frankly nervous about dentists/offices is they are not transparent and certainly not willing to educate! After all, the less we know, the more money we spend with them! But this team upended that generalization! For example, he let me identity cavities after explaining how to find them (subtle ones) from xrays, and constantly thought about the long game for me: he said a crown (for one of my teeth) would work for years but inevitably it would just be a bandaid, it’s best to get rid of it straightaway. I mean, who has the time or patience to do this stuff? These guys! Everything was modern and smelled great and was sparkling clean too, which one can conclude: if they care about their environment, it has a reciprocity on their treatment. I mean, I would for sure eat food off their floors. And I got to watch Netflix shows wearing nice headsets whilst all the stuff happened, which helped relax me way more than I thought it would. But the doc was funny, calming and infinitely patient. He did everything he could to make me feel like a king, throughout my procedures. He reminded me of a grizzled war hero going in and winning the battle, with the temperament of a best friend who just wants to hang with you during it all. They offered me water, gave me a take home kit for healing and constantly asked how I was doing, all of the team. Considering the super unpleasant things I had done, I can’t believe it went so well. How can it be one day later and I’m in zero pain without any medicine after a bunch of extractions and a deep gum treatment therapy? I went to the right place! Was it luck, or just me being positive? No, it was their professionalism and empathy that made it all seem like no big deal. So for sure, best dental experience of my life, and I want to go back now, weirdly. It’s pretty cool that they do it all, like kids (pediatric ie family), cosmetic (implants), and basic stuff. So yes, i do recommend giving these guys a try, and try not to be impressed!

I always dread going to the dentist, but going to Smile Avenue completely changed my view. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They do a great job of explaining and educating, so that you know how to keep your teeth clean and healthy. Dr. Vuong is so nice and really takes his time with you, so you definitely feel like you are a valued patient. During your cleanings you almost forget that you're at the dentist because you can catch up on your favorite shows on Netflix or Hulu. They even have little toy dispensers for the little kiddos to get a treat after their visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I recommend Smile Avenue to anyone who wants a great dentist!

I had my cleaning done the other day at Smile Avenue and the experience could not be better. the check in process was paperless and seamless. I came on-time and there is zero wait time for me. They use new equipment and the office is super clean and new. The experience with a hot pillow, headphone, and tv on top is unique that you can't find anywhere else. I thought the visit will cost me a fortune, but I don't think you can beat their price either. Their dental plan for people without insurance is very attractive as well. I found Smile Avenue on Yelp while looking for an office closer to home. I didn’t come across one bad review, so I decided to make an appointment for a cleaning. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I don’t remember who I spoke to, but she was very sweet and made me feel even more confident about switching dental offices. I filled out my forms online, which came in handy considering I arrived only 10 minutes before my appointment. It really does save time! The office is very cute and modern. You can’t beat a tv in the room, which offers Netflix but most importantly displays photos of your x-rays! I especially liked that I was able to see my X-rays while Dr. Vuong explained everything to me. You have a better understanding of why they will perform specific procedures. By the way, Dr. Vuong is extremely informative! My last dentist did a good job of explaining dental procedures, but I think Dr. Vuong was actually a little more informative. Linda performed my cleaning, and she was amazing as well! The staff was wonderful and friendly too. It was a great experience. I’m not the type that dreads going to the dentist, but if I was I don’t think I’d have that issue after a visit to Smile Avenue.

Apparently people don't like going to dentists. I've never had that fear or dread but it had been awhile since I went to the dentist admittedly. When I finally decided to make my way back, I'm glad I chose to try Smile. Through word of mouth, I gave it a shot and had a great experience. It was warm and inviting and I was taken care of without feeling like I was being pushed into something just to make a buck off of me. Best dental office I've experienced. During my initial visit for a teeth cleaning, Dr. Vuong was extremely educative by teaching me how to read my x-rays. Not only did he clean my teeth, but he listened to the insecurities I had with my smile and he immediately put me on the 6-month Smile Program. I am now 3 months in and can already see a drastic change. I never thought I would get braces at 26, but I'm glad I made the short-term investment for long term results - majority of my friends can barely even notice I have braces on. I'm extremely excited to complete the program and achieve the smile that I've always dreamed of! Another thing to point out is the experience of just being in the office. The interior has a modern, chic design that makes it a fun environment to be in for both adults and children. There's never a moment of boredom as TV screens are conveniently placed in the ceiling for you to watch your favorite shows. Definitely recommend!

I’ve now had three visits at this office. My first visit was a consultation for Invisalign. I was pretty impressed! The office is so nice and clean. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Vuong listened to my concerns and went over every possible option with me. I scheduled an appointment for my three year old son as well and he did great! They were so patient with him because he can be a little shy. Overall the experience was amazing! Don’t know how much my review will help when clearly this place is continuously rated 5/5 - and for good reason. Great office, loved the interior decor (not that that’s super important). Really nice staff that truly wants to educate you and give you honest opinions about your dental health and how to improve it.
