The whole appointment process was very easy. The staff was quite accommodating to fit us in to their schedule. Dr. Naren was quite open and discussed various options and suggestion’s regarding the treatment. The doctor took his time to do the cleaning and fillings. He was communicating all the way thru the process to make sure that I was not in pain and was comfortable. More than anything he took his time and did not rush. I felt that the doctor was quite knowledgeable and loves what he does. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr.Naren.

I went in to have two wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous. Everything was extremely fast and I didn’t even realize that my wisdom teeth had been removed. Staff answered all my questions even after I left the office and called to check up on me the next day.

Let me start by saying how not only did I have a great experience but I also learned a lot about my teeth. The customer service here was excellent and this is coming from a person who also works in customer service and have been too 3 other dentist office in the past two years. The dentist along with his assistance really care about there patients. They take time to explain everything that they do before doing it. They give you multiple options and they really want to take care of you. There was no wait and the dentist really takes his time to get to know all of his patients. I walked in and there was one lady waiting who gave me great reviews before walking back to the office. I highly recommend coming here! If you are looking for someone to really care about your dental hygiene and not someone who just wants to take your insurance money this is definitely the place to go! I will most certainly be back to have my wisdom teeth pulled out! : )

Came here for a second opinion. The patient care and time that Dr. Naren took to explain everything to me thoroughly was wonderful. The treatment plan was great and affordable. They got me in for a next day appointment when I originally called and are also open on Saturdays which is great for my schedule. So far I’ve only had my New Patient exam done, but if the quality of his work matches what I’ve already experienced, 5 Stars is well deserved!

I was really in bad wisdom tooth pain. Dr.Naren helped me in all aspect of the treatment. Doctor, helpers, nurse and the front desk people everybody are polite and friendly. I had my wisdom tooth extract on 04/21. The entire procedure went very smooth. I was bit of nervous about the injections and procedure. Both doctor and nurse made sure that I'm fine and doing good. Finally the procedure is done..Dr.Naren looks like a big rescuer to me in my life. Regarding the office and hospitality, it very clean neat and quiet. Its the best hospital I have ever went. Felt like finally I have been in to the good arms.. I highly recommend Dr.Naren to every one.

He had such a great bedside manner and scheduled me at the earliest availability he had. He definitely came to my dental emergency rescue and I appreciate it very much. I went for my dental exam last week. Dr. Naren explained me options to correct my deep bite issue and also took time to explain me the overall condition of my oral health which was very impressive. Their practice accommodated me to fit in the schedule in the last minute and staff were also patient. Dental appointments don't seem as dreadful to me anymore as I noticed they have high end equipment like laser in the office which makes it almost pain free. I am looking forward for my future appointments at this office

No doubt in service and treatment , excellent doc only drawback you have to wait longer than normal to complete your treatment since clinic has one doc treating 2-3 people at same time , so you have to wait longer even though treatment only take 30-40 mins expect to be in clinic 2 hrs min. Reason I go for 3 Star is only due to wait time is longer than you would normally expect. Otherwise 5 star from me. Not qualify to advise but only suggestion bring another doc helper to clinic or minimize same time multiple appointments . This is my honest review ...Thank you , best regards

Well to start off I was in need of a dentist due to a tooth infection and some other teeth that needed taking care of . While kind of nervous and not sure how to pick a dentist because I never been to a one, I came across Dr Naren Mikkilineni on ZocDoc. After a few reviews I said ok I set my appointment but due to work I missed it but they was kindly able to reschedule it. So I made it in, they did the exams and the Dr. explained to me what needed to be done and also explained what my insurance would cover. A week later I had 3 teeth that needed to be removed, today I had a root canal and filling done. With all that said he was able to help me even though I don't have the best insurance out there. He is Great Dentist and a kind person, he lets you know what needs to be done first and so on . His Staff are very kind to, they make sure you very comfortable even when you're getting your procedure done. I truly recommend Dr. Naren Mikkilineni to any one that is in need of a great dentist .

What a wonderful practice. I've had my fare share of horrible dentist experiences and I am more than pleased to say that this is not one of them. I just moved to Texas and was searching for a new dentist. I've discovered Dr. Naren online and I'm very happy thus far. I will be getting several implants done with Dr. Naren so I'll update my experience as time goes on. So far, Dr. Naren and his staff have been great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. It seems like Dr. Naren will go out of his way to help his patients regardless of the situation or circumstances. Not every doctor has the same mentality and that type of service is unfortunately a dying breed. This practice is truly a gem. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend you pay him a visit. I've been to both of his offices, in Richardson and Irving and the high level of service is consistent throughout his practice at both locations. I'm not one to write reviews, but I certainly hope this helps folks looking for a superb dental practice. UPDATE: Had two implants done 13 days ago and everything went great! Didn't feel a thing but of course I still clenched to the seat, just in case. The follow up calls from the Dr. And staff were exceptional. They called several times a week to ensure everything was ok. Dr. Naren even called in the evening the night of the procedure to explain the process in detail and what you expect. Again, exceptional practice. Don't hesitate to give them a try!

I was in so much pain after exposing a nerve on my back left molar. No one seemed to care about fixing it, instead they wanted to pull it after speaking to other offices. I contacted Signature Smiles and they made me more at ease. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment on ZocDoc, little to no paperwork to fill out once I got in their office. They were understanding, empathetic, and very accommodating to how I was feeling and what I was going through. Their assistant was very patient and very kind in taking my Xrays as well as explaining the process. Then I met Naren Mikkilineni DMD. This guy was amazing. He focused on what he could do and the potential he saw, instead of trying to make a quick buck. This guy was perfect in his execution of the root canal, and crowning. He took before and after photos. I was floored. It brought tears to my eyes to see how amazing his work was. He was kind, will work with you, and only wants to see the best in you. This man doesn't see failure, instead he sees potential and making you the best you. I highly recommend!
