First time I've written a review, but have been here several times with my now 4 year old son. We've always had an enjoyable experience except for this last visit. Our appt was at 1:30, waited for 30 mins before being called back, which normally wouldn't have been a big deal since they have a game room to keep the kids occupied and my son has always loved. Well, none of the game centers were working except for one ipad and even with that one, most of the games wouldn't load. Couple that with several kids waiting and well, I was getting real antsy to get called back. When we finally did get called back, I feel like the tech that cleaned my son's teeth did a very quick overly gentle cleaning. We pay out of pocket and I want his teeth to get a REALLY good cleaning. I feel like this tech was new and maybe she was worried about working on a 4 year old, but my son has always been great at letting them work on him and I just felt like it was too quick. Then had to wait ANOTHER 30 mins or so for the dentist, Dr. Freeze. It was fine for my son because they had an ipad for him to play with, but man, I was ready to go! So by the time we left, it was close to 3:00! Hopefully, this was just an off day, but if our next appointment is like that, I'll be looking for a new children's dentist. Please get the game room in working order....it will make the kids AND adults a lot happier!!

Great customer service. Rising Stars called me to let me know there were appointments available during the holiday. Of course, i took advantage of the convenient time. I was not disappointed. The staff were great and were wonderful witb my 3rd grader. She was very scared to have a spacer taken out that she had had for 2 years because she thought it would hurt. But they calmed her down and convinced her that it would be pain-free and it was. Super positive experience

Just went in for a routine cleaning. The kids of course love the waiting area equipped with a Wii, iPads and a Disney movie playing on the TV. Parents get free WiFi and very comfortable sitting... Not a normal dentist waiting area. Kids get to watch a movie while getting cleaned which I think helps with anxiety. My doctor spoke to the kids about their brushing habits as well as what they eat to help them understand how it affects their teeth health. Thumbs up.

Dr. Trueblood is AMAZING. She is the only dentist I will take my kids to. I have two autistic kiddos, and one of them is terrified of the dentist. She is so patient with them. She is honest. She won’t tell you that your child needs all of these procedures that aren’t really necessary. The front staff is friendly, and they always remember us. I would definitely recommend!

Wrongly charged by an employee who "left" lost 200 dollars as a result. Then after concern for cost and no return call for charges got charged 35 for missed apt even though I called and did not get a call back. Paid the missed apt fee of 35 dollars and asked for a balance receipt and my childrens' records for the new dentist, did not receive either but did receive two more bills for the missed appointment fee that I already paid and have a receipt!!! Have asked multiple times to please remove my children from their call lists and still receive reminder texts and phone calls. This started occurring in March, tried to be patient but received a bill again today for a bill I already paid... done!!!

We love Dr. Trueblood and the entire staff! Our little one gets a little anxious when going to the dentist, but this group is very patient and knows how to reach each child on their unique level to help them overcome their fears and anxieties. Pediatrics patients truly are this groups specialty and I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Front desk staff were extremely helpful getting insurance cleared up & so friendly. My grandson had a filling & I LOVE how Dr. Do went about explaining what she was doing with a cute story to ease him. They were very quick & efficient!

Dr Arwa and her team work wonderfully together. I was grateful to have all 4 kids seen in one appointment. We were moved to several different rooms so we didn’t have one kid at a time going back with a super long wait. Everyone is friendly. I especially love the Dentist. I have taken my kids to many pediatric dentist offices in the last 14 years and never been more happy leaving an appointment. I had things explained to me that no other doctor has taken the time to explain. She was personable, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. Really happy to have found this place.

The tv above the dental chair helps my kids the whole process in the visiting time. We definitely recommend others ro this process.

We have been extremely happy with the care Dr. Arwa gives my 5 and 3 year olds! She is very personable and made my kids feel relaxed and right at home. I appreciate how she speaks directly to them and explains what she is going to do before she does it. We recently had an emergency dental situation on a Friday afternoon after the office had closed. When I called, Dr. Arwa personally got on the phone and told me to bring my son in anyway. She and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and gave my son the very best care and attention. They helped make a stressful and scary (to my son) situation so much easier. I highly recommend this practice!

Excellent Customer Service. The staff engaged both the dental patient; Our Sons and Us; the Parents. I am glad that we made the switch over a year ago. Overall, Our experience was good. Although, I am personally use to a private practice. Whereby, I've had the same hygienist for the past 5+years. Being that this is a franchise, it's rare that my Sons have had the same hygienist in the past three years we've gone. Recently, he went for a tooth extraction. My Son was comfortable. He didn't realize that his tooth had been removed. He was happy overall and even went to school the same day.

Great atmosphere that caters to children! This dental office has kid-friendly entertaining games/tv and learning activites for the little ones to enjoy. The staff was AMAZING–friendly, clean and prompt!!! This was our child's first visit with Rising Stars Pediatric Dentisty and we were well pleased. Dr. Chung was fantastic on educating us on the concerns and questions regarding our toddlers oral health. This was by far the best dentist office/experience our child has had, thus far.

We had an amazing experience with our 8-yr-old with differential needs ( please read "special"-- I hate that term; all children are special, period). As a mom of a child with unique needs, my first concern is how much my little dude will be judged for who he is. Being his first pediatric appt, we were nervous. Dr. Owais, Mr. Victor and all of the awesomely professional staff here showed all of us this morning that every client is special, well- cared for and given excellent dental care. They are well- informed on autism and we could not have gone to a better practice. Our little guy is home, recovering, happy, his usual self after 4 extractions. They are pros and made him feel right at home. Just a bright spot in our summer this year! Thank you, Rising Stars!

I've been going here for years and just recently I've had the most horrible visits with this office.. they have rudely discriminated against my two children and have turned them away 3 times because there was a lice problem at their school wich they had caught the bug, but I quickly handled the situation. An had scheduled a new visit again they were turned away saying they needed proof that my children had no bugs in their hair... I took them to their pediatric doctor she said she had never heard of dentist office doing that and quite frankly thought it was ridiculous as did I... but she checked them they were clean.. so again I make another appointment and today they were again denied for no reason!! I called to complain and all I got was a bunch of bs from them ... they were very rude!! Not at all like the people that used to be in that office like I said I've never had problems over the past few years of going there until recently with the new assistance they have.. as of today looking for another dental office with a friendly welcome.

Never have I been to a place quite like this. From the time you walk into the office it's an experience of making you and your child feel like you're at home, comfortable, and part of the family. The office is beautiful and sophisticated and a cozy place to wait with comfy couches, beautiful lights, cushy chairs and a peaceful air for the adults. For the kids there is a room they are eager to reach, where there are gaming systems, tvs, more cushy couches, and fun kid things, leaving the children hoping there's an open chair left for them there. Then when you reach the dental portion of the visit you are amazed at the level of thought that has gone into this office and the preparation for your visit. From the hygienist and her child-focused care to the X-ray room with it's pint-size chairs and protective equipment, it's all top of the line and modern, done quickly and accurately to provide personalized care. The dental chairs have TVs in all treatment rooms with movies kids adore, headphones, adorable sunglasses just their size to protect their eyes (but leaving them thinking they are movie stars), cozy blankets to snuggle up in if they're cold, flavored topical numbing and sugar free lolipops all for treatment purposes but still leaving your child feeling like they've gone somewhere fun and saving you from having a child who is crying and afraid to go the the dentist. Dr. Freeze is skilled at her job, but just as importantly when you're trusting you're child to another, a mother herself so she knows how to talk to your child, ask questions to get to the treatment need, and make them feel comfortable all while she is caring for your child's dental needs with expertise. She always kept us in the loop, communicating freely, making sure we understood and were comfortable, had an educated awareness of the treatment being given while fully welcoming you as the parent to be a part of the visit, which in dealing with pediatric dentistry is almost unheard of, but much valued. She gets to know you, talks with you, explains everything in detail and allows you to be present for all treatment. She follows up with a call after treatment, just to make sure everything is still going well-- furthering the ease of both the child and the parent--and making sure all medical needs have been covered with professional levels of skill and care unparalleled in any other office. I couldn't even begin to say enough good things about Dr. Freeze and the care we received while in this dental practice. To make a visit complete, at the end of the visit the child gets to pick out a treat, with many options, making it a treasure hunt they look forward to, while you are finishing up any further appointment needs. The follow up appointments are all made with modern day conveniences like text reminders and online capabilities made available. This practice is top-notch with phenomenal team members, equipment, facilities, skills, and customer service. We were all sad when my kids aged out and could no longer be in this pediatric office. It was such a positive experience that my children still speak of it often. If only every dentist office operated like this one! I couldn't recommend Dr. Freeze or this practice more! I only wish this was a model for all dental care. Thanks Rising Stars for being so exceptional!

Dr.Arwa is sooo nice she makes my daughter feel comfortable and also makes me feel comfortable to ask questions. My daughter has some cavities that aren’t bad and she recommended filing them and give them time instead of just scheduling for crows like many other dentist do which is painful for the child and costs money. I can trust her with my kids and that says a lot. I love the staff they are super nice to me and the kids more importantly. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Great place! Both my kids had a great experience at Rising Stars. Staff were awesome! Very friendly!! My 5yr old got her cleaning done while watching her favorite movie, and my elder one did not even look around for me while her cleaning was going on.. I had my paper work all filled out online and took them with me, so there was absolutely no waiting time. I was called in right away. On the whole, an awesome experience. My oldest child out of my 3 children has been a patient of Dr. Freeze for the last 13 years back when Dr. Freeze still worked underneath another dental office. We followed her to her own practice and have always loved her. However, I believe her practice has lost the personal touch that we always loved when she expanded her practice. Once she decided to stop coming to the Lakeline location, the office really fell apart, especially with the office staff turnover and the billing software transition. Apparently, at some point Dr. Freeze became an out-of-network provider with my insurance, but no one ever bothered to tell me until I had racked up a huge bill that spanned over more than one year. When I questioned them, I received several different reasons with the out-of-network excuse as the final answer. I'm sad to say that I am looking for another pediatric dentist.

Dr. Do and Kara took the time to answer all my questions and were fantastic with my daughter. They were so stealthy when giving her an injection in her mouth that she didn’t even know they did. Dr. Do is also trained as an actual pediatric dentist and did a pediatric dentistry residency. Many “children’s” dentists are trained only in general dentistry without special training in pediatrics. When it comes to giving a child sedation for a procedure, be sure to ask if they actually did a pediatric dentistry residency, because that means they have more in-depth experience with child sedation which requires a lot more knowledge and vigilance than adult sedation. I’m very glad we found this office.

Our first visit was decent but our second visit was awful. They found a number of cavities in my kid and let me know that they would call me later in the week to schedule surgery. After 4 voicemails and messages, they still haven’t called me after 6 weeks. If it was my health, I would be less upset....my son is 4....

The staff was caring, engaging, explained everything to my daughter before they were going to do it, and genuinely wanted us to feel welcome. They went out of their way to make my daughter feel special and when we were setting our next appointment, the young lady noticed it was my daughters bday.
