Recently I moved out to Rhome and was in search of a new dentist. I went in for a regular cleaning and was told everything was covered 100%. Upon leaving I was told, even tho small, I had a bill of $28 (what if had been $$$$). I asked why and they stated that the previous images were not as clear so they re-did them. It sure would have been nice to know this prior to leaving so I would have a choice. As far as Dr. Youssef I felt he was very rough handed and took way longer than needed for a cleaning. I sometimes felt that the utensil was getting caught and could also feel the heat from the polisher when getting close to the gym line. At times it felt that my teeth were being chipped away and when flossing it was not pleasant and felt too deep. I have never had a problem at a dentist but now I am hesitant to go back due mostly do to the heavy handed-ness. My jaw was sore because I must have had my mouth open for 30 minutes!!! I give the 3 stars because my teeth are super clean otherwise I would have given 2 stars. Update, today (the day after) my gum line on the top and bottom of both teeth hurt to brush today as well as last evening. They should NEVER feel painful when brushing my teeth and even bled at the bottom when I brushed I had to stop. I will be looking for a new dentist unless they have different ones then the one I had.

Today was our first visit here. They took great care of my 5yr old. Gave her X rays and two fillings. They were kind and courteous and they kept her calm and comfortable throughout.

I couldn’t be any more satisfied with my visit. I was pretty nervous about going to the dentist, but the entire staff was welcoming and Dr. Saad did a great job explaining and taking care of my treatment. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this office to friends and family.

This is a beautiful office, the Doctor is very nice and does a great job and is very knowledgeable, does a great job on braces and implants and over all dental work. i love the staff. they are very knowledgeable and caring and give excellent customer service and excellent educational advice about health and how to take care of your oral health.

I am a new patient with Rhome Family Dentistry. I went for my 6 month cleaning and the staff was super nice and approachable. Their facility is really clean and they take pride when it comes to their work and patients. I wanted to talk to them about invisalign and they offered me a great payment plan and made me feel comfortable. If you are searching for a new Dentist Dr. Saad and his staff are great!

Awesome! My son is 4.5 and has had to have some work done. We have had multiple visits and our experience has been a great one. The staff are personable, friendly, and patient. They were attentive to our needs and made sure my son was comfortable before starting any work. They made us feel like they cared about us and treated us with the upmost respect. The office is nice and clean. We will continue to use them!

Had a very good experience today, I think I will enjoy my new dentist. Dr. K was very conscientious and friendly. She informed me that I had a cracked tooth that my previous dr hadn't noticed. I think I will be very happy with Dr. K.

My wife had an appointment for 10:00 today, Saturday May 12th. She got there at 9:55 and the door was locked with noone inside and she received no notice of cancellation. According to the hours posted on the door (8:00AM to 2:00PM) they should have been open regardless of appointment. She called the fort Worth office (Pearl Smile Dental & Braces) and got no explanation and was told she needed to drive all the way to fort Worth because Dr. Saad was there. Inexcusable and very unprofessional.

I visited for the first time a couple of months ago. My appointment was scheduled quickly and on a Saturday (huge bonus for working mom!) The facility is beautiful. The staff was extremely pleasant. I was very impressed with Dr. Saad. I highly recommend this practice.

Took both our girls there several times. Dr.Saad and staff always have made sure they are comfortable and no pain us felt .Reasonably priced, they don't try to hide things from you. A little pushy with scheduling appointments but not to the point of annoying. Have recommended to others.
