Dr, Rabile and her staff were very professional, caring and understanding. Rabile Family Dentistry is our new dental home. She took the time to address each of my issues and to correct them. I have never had a good experience with a dentist before. Until now!!! They always made me feel comfortable, I never had to wait and the entire staff made me feel like family. She never gave up like other dentists had in the past and the results left me with the most beautiful smile I have ever had. Today was my last appointment and I almost feel sad that I will not be seeing them next week. Dr. Rabile is the best!!!! Thank you to all of them from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. Rabile and her staff are great! I recently went in for a root canal and extraction. Dr. Rabile thoroughly explained what was causing my pain along with what my options were. She constantly checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure that I wasn’t in pain and comfortable. She is very nice and good at what she does. Her staff was pleasant and did great job following up with me post surgery. I strongly recommend!

I took my friend in today for two extractions. We were informed it would take an hour. We were there ten minutes short of TWO HOURS. The staff is unprofessional. Dr. Rabile's assistant is more concerned with dancing and singing than waiting on patients. My friend was very nervous so I asked the Dr for nitrous oxide. She said it would take 25 minutes. No where have I ever been that it took over 3 minutes to work. I realize now why 25 minutes. Because it would take them 22 minutes to hook up then the 3 minutes it actually takes to work. Unbelievable price too. $400 for 2 extractions and three xrays. Ridiculous! Bertha took FOREVER to check us out. She said the care credit card was declined. It was absolutely a good, active account. She just didn't know what she was doing. Very unprofessional, highly overpriced. BEWARE.

I recently went to Rabile Famile dentistry for my wisdom tooth extraction . You will find every one at clinic super nice ,friendly and professional. Dr Rabile examined and explained the whole procedure to me . Her lovely assistant gave all the information about post-procedure care which is all very important and useful. The procedure went smooth. I didn’t feel any pain during procedure .After extraction I was prescribed antibiotics and pain relief . I followed all the instructions given to me and I’m recovering and healing quickly . Also, I would like to mention that Misty at front desk was also very nice and helpful . I would highly recommend Dr Rabile and her team . They are not only very professional but also friendly and caring.

She overcharged my insurance then expected me to pay 400 to get ONE tooth extracted. She already charged my insurance over 500 dollars. She cared more about getting a sale than taking care of me, she left a bruise on the side of my face while extracting the tooth because she was being so rough!! If you are a masochist then she will be the perfect dentist for you! Oh and we refused to pay, her nurse threatened us with JAILTIME.. like come on seriously now.. Jameela Taqqee Allah and don't try to say that everybody will have a pleasant experience with her, perhaps you are from the same country as her so she treated you better but I am not and have no false loyalty towards her.

I had such an amazing experience at this clinic. The Dr was very comforting and amicable. I recently went there to have some extractions done and I was nervous. Thanks to the dentist’s kind and caring demeanour, she was able to calm me down and facilitate an almost painless procedure. I was back to normal almost immediately!

I had extreme and sudden pain in my jaw a few days before Thanksgiving. By the time I got off of work on Wednesday, it was unbearable, but my regular dentist was already closed for the holiday. Dr. Rabile's office made an incredible exception for me and took me as a walk-in 10 minutes before they closed themselves. Dr Rabile and a lady whose name I didn't catch, but who was very kind, stayed late to help me out. Dr Rabile was very quick, but thorough and gentle. Just from this brief but incredibly stellar experience, I can tell the office will go above and beyond even for unestablished patients. Thanks for putting your holiday on hold to help me enjoy mine!!

Very bad customer service experience. The office staff (Jasmine) is quite clueless and confused by words that have more than two syllables. What really disappointed us though is that we asked Dr. Rabile to perform only preventative care as part of a bi-annual checkup, but she performed other procedures that are not considered preventative by the insurance company and we ended up with a bill for several hundreds of dollars. Their response - "oh we expected" the insurance company to cover those procedures, but since they didn't - you have to pay us. No waiver, no discount, give us your money.

The most unsanitary dental office I had been to, none of the instruments were sanitized or new, and also the suction cups which hold the debri and waste were never replaced simply washed and re inserted. The dentist also never stuck to the requested procedures instead she would perform her own procedures and bill you eventually without notification. A scam this place is.

I needed a lot of work after going too long between cleanings and neglecting a couple of issues. I expect a dentist to be a little judgmental when I go to him or her with problems of my own making, but Dr Rabile was empathetic, conversational, and even funny. She helped me prioritize services to effect immediate pain relief, stop worsening problems, and maximize plan reimbursements. I'm a benefits professional, so I'm always interested in the end user experience. I found her explanation of my planned services, expected insurance benefits, and out-of-pocket costs clear and candid. Scheduling my three or four visits was painless, and even though the office appeared moderately busy, I wasn’t kept waiting long for appointments. Her assistants offered, at my preference, to either prep the instruments before bringing me back to minimize my time in the chair or to seat me and prep in front of me so I could see the seals broken and be sure of the sterility of the set up. That was an unexpected nice touch. I’m generally pretty curmudgeonly, and I very seldom review anything/anyone on any platform, but this lady really impressed me.

I expected it to be good since the first day that Crystal called me to schedule my daughter's appointment, great service great people i enjoy it very much specially cause in there waiting room they have movies that you get to watch, while the patients are in there process of being checked by the best dentist ever Dr. Rabile! She takes care of you like your her family! I highly recommend you to visit her office and experience her awesome work. I cant complain my brothers, my daughter (that's only nine months), and myself love her! One great dentist with an enthusiastic attitude. Can't complain of there service! I never review stuff and this is my first one, but I feel I should tell my story, as a service to those of you looking for a dentist. I went here for a general check up and a general teeth cleaning. They did a check up and suddenly I have gum disease and suddenly I need thousands of dollars worth of treatment. I asked for a normal teeth cleaning after all that, and they said I shouldn't do that, I should get the treatment they recommend. Really? Deny a patient a normal teeth cleaning? I went to a periodontist after that, suspicious of this place and it's recommendation of expensive treatment. No gum disease. Healthy gums. No treatment needed. Just a normal cleaning, twice a year, as everyone should receive. He explained, in detail, how he takes gum measurements, what qualifies as gum disease, and so on. He was perplexed as to why anyone would diagnose me with any kind of gum disease. I told him the amount Rabile was planning to charge me, and he said even if he had to treat gum disease, it would not be that expensive. Rabile was essentially trying to cram a bunch of antibiotics into my gums -- not needed. This place will try to sell you a treatment package, and it is a complete rip-off. They will tell you about problems you don't even have. When I called and informed them I am seeing a periodontist, and I would like the x-rays, they said it would be another charge to get the x-rays. The periodontist, meanwhile, told me, in the dental/periodontal/medical community in general, charging for sharing x-rays was extremely unprofessional (and that they do not do it, nor would they ever). On the phone at that moment, they continued to try to sell me (again: on the phone...) their treatment, saying I really needed it (also: this was the receptionist trying to sell it to me at this point -- not the dentist). That one check-up was $100, to be told lies -- but at least it prompted me to find a terrific periodontist. Stay away from this place. Dental fraud / malpractice at its worst.

Dr Rabile is amazing. She informs you of your options and she is thorough all while having a warm bedside manner. Dr. Rabile and her staff is attentive and will follow up with you right away. The treatments are affordable. They do great work and of all the dentists we've had Dr. Rabile is the best.

I have been coming to Rabile Family Dentistry since March 2011 I started bringing my family in 2012. Dr. Rabile has a kind voice and calming affect on children which has made it comfortable and easy for me to continue bringing them without any issues. I must admit I as an adult felt uncomfortable coming to the dentist and she changed that for me as well. She speaks in plain terms and explains thing very well I definitely recommend her as a dentist for all ages I can promise you and your family will not be disappointed.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Dr Rabile is very rough and rude. Treats her staff as bad as her patients. She lets patients share an electric tooth brush to “try out” and if they don’t buy it she puts it back on the cabinet. She’s stuck in the stone age with film xrays and can’t properly diagnose you. I read reviews before I went but wanted to have my own experience and I should have listened to google.
