This place is very good. I had never actually been to the dentists before, so I realize I don't have much to base it on, however I can say that the employees were very nice, I got in pretty much right at my scheduled time (when showing up 15 minutes early) and they did their jobs professionally. The only negative points I would give would be that I think they kind of forgot about me at one point, however it was after my anesthetic, which was kind of a good thing because it gave it a little more time to set in, and it wasn't that much longer of a wait anyways. Also I had to press them for information about what the procedure was for everything they were doing, but that's more my personal preference because I like to be well informed. But they graciously gave me the answers to my questions and even had prop teeth to explain it to me. Overall, a great experience! Also I am not a computer. Also I am not an employee or person related to the business and am in no way obligated to praise this place. Also I like donuts and pizza; the square root of 2 is irrational and for the love of Zeus, please bring Firefly back. Thank you.

Prestige Dental in Dallas did a great job over two visits in one week for me in addressing a much needed deep cleaning and some fillings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, but what I was really impressed with was the time Dr. Hu spent explaining my current issues, laying out the options, and explaining preventative measures for the future. He also did a nice job letting me know how things were going throughout the procedures. The work was top notch--plenty of numbing and care are taken so I felt only some discomfort. Dr. Hu also gave me a referral for a specialist and some recommendations on how to deal with a particular problem (including "nothing at all," which was nice to hear because it's the kind of issue that may not be an issue at all; for the record, he recommended I at least get a consultation with the specialist and decided from there). Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hu and Prestige Dental.

The dentist(Dr. Hu) here is very professional and is bilingual in English and Chinese. So you wouldn't have problem to express any concern before, during or after the procedure. The communication between patient and doctor was excellent in my case. The stuff here are efficient and kind. I have a tight schedule this month, so Dr. Hu and his stuff arrange an expedited delivery of my new crown and it arrived in 10 days. I have deep-cleaning, filing and crowning all done in three weeks. The appointment process here is flexible and fast, I am more than happy to introduce my family and friends to schedule a visit if they have dental issues.

I feel it is important to work with a patient’s insurance allowances and they were not willing to do so. They wanted all or nothing. Now I need to go elsewhere and I am positive I will find a dentist locally willing to do so. I felt as if I was being pressured in a sales tactic for the higher ticket rather then them coming up with a plan to to do what was allowed and execute the rest after the 6 months allowance in budget by my insurance company. After 2 visits and my time wasted, instead of them moving forward with the allowable procedures, I now need to look elsewhere. Hopefully this review sheds some light on how they handle this type of situation. Update*** I contacted Prestige Dental as requested by the review response and gave as much detail about my complaint and my perspective. Over a week has gone by and have not heard back from them.

Beware of the 79.00 X-ray, cleaning and exam. The moment after they took the X-rays and exam they informed me of all the work that was needed to be done. The only thing I wanted was a routine cleaning. Once I had to remind them of my cleaning at the end they stated I had to sign a paper declining all the work that needed to be done. I could tell that they were upset that they had to actually clean my teeth. I also had to inform the doctor on how to use the suction and water during my polishing. It honestly makes me sad that they would take advantage of people that way. Please be sure you actually get what you pay for...x-ray, exam and teeth cleaned (scrapping of deposits and tartar and polishing).

Wow! The customer service here is amazing from the receptionist to the dr to the technicians. I got in the same day with tooth pain. They worked with my insurance, told be the best plan of action for my smile and immediately fixed my tooth “which was a root canal” and they stayed a little past 7 to finish it all up. We stopped by the Prestige Dental for the second opinion and found them professional and respectful. Dr. Hu suggested dental filling for four of my daughter's teeth and we also were allowed to go with her to treatment room. Her current dental specialist diagnosed that dental crown is a must and she needs anesthesia and also her parent is not allowed to go with her. It comes to us kind of unfair to leave her away by herself. Anyway, here at Prestige Dental, Dr. Xiang and her assistant Priscilla provide an excellent job in a timely manner. Her teeth look perfect and she was so calm down during dental work. I suggest if you have the same concerns as a parent, you can have a consultation with them before taking any further action.

I had a nice experience. I used a coupon to come in for the $99 clean and ended up spending over $700 because they did X-rays and a deep clean. I had not been to dentist in 2 years so a deep clean was not unreasonable or unjust. The dentist did a nice job making me feel comfortable and all went well. They are still new as a clinic but and have some things to work out and get used to the newness of everything. Though not perfect I felt they did a good job.
