I went here to get my teeth cleaned. The ladies in the front greeted me with a smile and were very nice. As they were working on my xrays, they made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing and answered all my questions. Dr. Holbrook came to see me and was very personable. My whole experience here was awesome. My family and I will continue to make appointments as long as we are in Lewisville.

I had the best experience here. I had extreme wear on my teeth from grinding over the years and was experiencing tooth sensitivity and jaw pain. Dr. Holbrook took his time understanding my case and did his research before making any recommendations. He tried multiple things before suggesting rebuilding my teeth, but that is what ended up being best. He listened to me and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. I absolutely love the results!! Highly recommend this office. They are professional and caring.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Holbrook, and he was genial but professional. The whole team took great care of me, saw me promptly, and got me out of the office quickly, but without rushing.

Our family recently switched over to Dr. Holbrook and we couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Holbrook, along with his entire staff, are friendly and personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dental acumen. I truly enjoy going to the dentist! Why, because Randall Dental Associates work hard to make the experience fun and pleasant. I recently went in with a lifelong TMJ issue. For the last 2 years they have been telling me to try botox injections. Well... I finally did it, and hip-hip-hooray, I can actually bite into a sandwich without my jaw locking. I am so happy. Posting this review on behalf of my Mom (Jean Williams) after her unexpected trip to the dentist this past week for a tooth issue. My Mom was very happy with Dr. Holbrook when she was having issues with one of her rear molars this past week. My Mom opted to have the problematic tooth extracted, and Mom said Dr. Holbrook was very gentle and extracted the tooth very quick and smoothly. She was very impressed with the overall process, and he was great about working Mom in for an appointment on short notice. Great dentist!

In pain desperpration going to other dentists for tooth extraction and then turned away or referred to some other dentist specialist, I saw the reviews on Dr. Holbrook and staff. I liked what I read. But was not optimistic when I arrived at his office because of the 3 prior dentists. After examination and was told he could help me, my spirits lifted. When he finished my tooth extraction I was so excited I could spit, literally. Great upbeat dentist and his staff!!

My wife and I have been going to Randall Dental for almost 10 years. We've always had very professional service and friendly faces greet us there. Appointments are always on time and they even send you a text reminder in the days preceding to make sure you don't miss yours. We moved about 5 miles further from their office but we still go there since we trust the work they do and appreciate their values.
