Being terrified to go to a dentist, but I knew I had to go sooner or later, so I went here and I'm very happy to say that I had the best experience with the staff and Dr. Koren. What I liked most about my whole experience was that at any time if I felt uncomfortable while she was treating me she said for me to raise my hand and she would stop. She also kept asking me if I'm okay every couple of minutes which I loved that showed she cared how I was feeling. I had a chipped tooth with a cavity and she gave me several different options and she asked me what I prefer unlike other dentists they go right to saying you need a root canal and that's it. Well she did what I asked her to do and I'm so happy with the end result. She did a wonderful job I can say cause it's been almost a month already and I feel good. I'm so glad I made the choice to come here with my kids, my husband, and now my in laws! By the way my husband was also terrified and he loved it here! Would highly recommend! Great place!

I went in for bottom tooth extraction and I felt like I was in a scene from a horror movie. The staff is nice but that does not make my experience any better. I was in the chair almost 2 hrs, at one point another dentist came in to assist. After all the drilling and pulling and a busted lip, the tooth had broken and the dentists could not get the roots. They refunded me my money but I still had to schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon because now the entire left side of my mouth top teeth, bottom teeth, and my ear hurt. Idk if it was an exposed nerve but the pain was horrible. I was on pain meds an entire week until I had my oral surgery. The only plus was that I lost weight because I couldn't eat. That was the most horrible experience ever.

The office was very presentable and especially great for a 10 year old boy who loves video games, the staff was absolutely AWESOME, very professional and knowledgeable. My son was very nervous but Dr. Ortiz and his assistant made him feel very comfortable and the process of getting his braces went much smoother than expected. Self pay pricing and payment plan options were explained in great detail by the front office associate. Would highly recommend this office to family, friends, and well anyone.

This was our first visit at this location and my children absolutely loved it. I loved the fact that we were able to get all three of them in all at once. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is GREAT! They took their time to go over their treatment plan and the insurance. I would of given them 5 stars, however they spent VERY little time cleaning their teeth. I even had to ask my oldest daughter if they cleaned hers since I wasn't in there with her. The filling took little to no time to complete, which was impressive.

Had a dental appointment for son yesterday . It was an ok experience Since not from texas i had to find new doctors . The dental assistant was more comforting to my son than the actual dentist. He was counter actin the positive with negative. Saying i have 3 year olds who ..... when ever my son felt uncomfortable Or pained and that gas mask. Im sure its not suppose to be on his face well after treatment. They "polish "the teeth not brush them as part of the cleaning .seems to be in a rush can't rush on a kids mouth. I am deeply afraid of the dentist and made an appointment anyways bc i know i need work done. I arrived at Picasso dental 10 min before my appointment but there was no one at the front desk to help me. 10 min later the receptionist came into the office with her subway breakfast. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience and seemed irritated that i was even there. I gave her my insurance information and she swiftly said they do not accept that insurance even though i had previously given her all of my insurance information and assumed if they didn't accept my insurance they would have discovered that before my appointment. I asked her how much the exam was without my insurance, as if i were a cash patient, and she said $40 but they couldn't see me at all bc i do have insurance so to not use it would be fraud, which i do not believe to be true. I had found this dentist on my insurance's provider directory. She told me she couldn't help me and even though i was visibly upset she again, didn't even apologize. i went out to my car and cried bc making this appointment was a big step for me personally and i felt turned away as a patient they wanted nothing to do with. i did call my insurance company to find out why this doctor is listed on their website is they do not accept this insurance and my insurance company informed me that they do accept the insurance and they had no reason to turn me away. the insurance company recommended i call the dentist back and speak with the actual dentist to inform them that their receptionist was turning away patients, but i refuse to do so bc i know theres no way this will happen. the office itself is obviously a chain office with a bare looking lobby and a receptionist who seems to hate her job. i guess they don't want any business from me or my family. I have read the google reviews on this dentistry as well as reviews on other websites. the reviews posted on google some of the only extremely positive reviews to be found on any website, and for that reason i would assume they are fake reviews from employees. do a little research on other websites and see for yourself.

Had some fillings done on bottom row of teeth both sides. Doctor injected novcaine on bottom right but started drilling before I was completely numb. Dr stopped and injected more novcaine but in spot that didn't have any numbing gel (burned so bad). Had same problem with not being completely numb on the left side before drilling started. I have always hated going to the dentist and today really solidified that for me. May or may not have sat in my car and cried in the parking lot.

Very terrible experience. I just left the office an hour ago with my 14 yr old daughter. I had scheduled an appointment for myself for a tooth extraction and had taken off work to have this done. I met with the dentist and a Comprehensive oral evaluation was completed and I asked the dentist if she was going to pull my tooth and she stated they had a busy schedule and I told her I had scheduled the appointment to have my tooth pulled because I was having problems with it. She had nothing to say and prescribed an antibiotic. The office should have told me when I called to make the appointment that I would only be there for a Comprehensive oral evaluation and would have to come back for a second visit to have this done. My 14 yr old was there for a tooth extraction they completed the job and provided follow up paperwork, antibiotics and no pain medication. The dentist or office staff did not come out to speak with me to tell me anything about treatment or follow up. The office also has false advertisement office hours on the door it states the hours are Tuesday thru Friday 10 am to 6pm but on Thursday the office closes for the day at 2pm. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone they have shown that it is about money, service , and could care less about the patients needs.

Today was our son's first visit with Dr. Tievsky and staff. We were greeted warmly and had a brief wait. Our son, with us following along, was then taken back for x-rays. The dental tech was kind and explained everything that she was doing to our 6 year old. We were then taken to an exam room where his favorite movie was playing. Dr. Tievsky took no time in coming to perform his exam and go over any questions that we might have. She then cleaned his teeth and sealed his permanent teeth for protection. I really liked that the dentist was the one that cleaned his teeth and not just the tech. We were in and out in a hour. We would highly recommend Dr. Tievsky and her staff for your dental needs. We were highly impressed and will be back again.

As someone who had never suffered from a toothache and never needed any dental procedures until a couple years ago, Dr. Koren and Dr. Reddy really took the time to answer all of my questions and ease my apprehension. Recently, I decided to get invisalign with the orthodontist and teeth whitening treatments by them as well and am extremely pleased with the results!

I went for cleaning with newly purchased dental insurance. I did have my x-rays sent from old dentist that were still within the 2 year allotted time. The front desk ladies were very friendly. They explained that they still needed x-rays but I would not be charged. I dislike having mouth x-rays immensely which is one of the two reasons had x-rays sent from previous dentist visit. The x-ray technician was nice. The very disappointing experience was how long I had to wait after x-rays till dentist came in and from then how long I had to wait till dental hygienist came in. When the hygienist came in, I had just been on the phone with my daughter to check to see when she was heading out to college so I had just checked the time. From the time I hung up with my daughter till I was back at home was 22 mins which includes having my teeth cleaned, paying at the front desk and driving home which is about 7 mins with traffic lights. It takes longer than the time they gave me to clean, floss and polish teeth. I was absolutely shocked had how little time the hygienist spent cleaning my teeth. PLUS she and her assistant talked about their 2 different weekend weddings that they were attending the entire time! I felt this was very unprofessional I am 55 years old so I have had my teeth cleaned a lot over the years. The only reason I didn't give them a one star which is horrible is because of the front desk ladies and the x-ray technician were friendly.

Great experience. Dr. Reddy is an excellent dentist who takes the time to explain treatments and only does what is necessary. I've had cleanings, fillings and crowns done by Dr. Reddy and even my had my Invisalign done in this office by his orthodontist. I'm very happy with the results. The office staff is friendly and accommodated me when I had to reschedule a couple appointments.

My regular dentist was out of the office, as Murphy’s law would have it my tooth cracked. I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Shailendra Daniels. She’s young, smart and spirited. I made the haul all the way from Oak Cliff to Mansfield with no regrets. I highly recommend her! I will be returning to Picasso Dental in six months.
