Best Dentist office we have been to in a long time .The staff were great with any questions and concerns I had.The dentist did really good work with little to no pain at all .Office was clean. Fast and friendly.I would highly recommend this dentist office .

I have been going to this dentist office since they open there doors. The front desk n the doctor there are so rude. I scheduled a appointment for my son two weeks ago to get dental work done. 3 fillings, crown,root canal build up. I get a call from my daughter telling me that they only did two fillings. WHAT AND WHY. The doctor told my son he wasn't doing it today and has to make another appointment. When I made this appointment that was the work that needed to be done. I ask the front why can't the work be done she said the doctor doesn't have time. Why would he not have time if I called two weeks ago and made this appointment. I spoke with the doctor and he refused to do the work. On top of that my daughter stated that he took pictures of my son while he was under with his phone of his tooth. Ok don't the office has an xray machine. I called the office and asked the receptionist why did that happen she tell she doesn't know why. She puts me on hold to talk with the doctor he refuses to answer the question. I would never in a million years I would get treated like this at a office my kids grew up going to. STAY AWAY!!!!

MY 11YR OLD DAUGHTER HAS HAD A FEAR OF THE DENTAL OFFICE FOR YEARS FROM ATTENDING THE SAME WELL NONE DENTAL OFFICE FOR 6YRS,I CONTINUED TO TAKE HER BECAUSE IT WAS NEEDED AND I WAS AFRAID TO START HER OVER WITH SOMEONE NEW,BUT BROKE AWAY AND BROUGHT HER HERE THE DOCTOR NOTICED HER FEAR HE TALKED TO HER ABOUT WAT HE WAS DOING AND GOIN TO DO AND IF SHE WANTED HIM TO STOP HE WOULD AND KEPT HIS WORD,HE TOLD HER SHE COULD BACK WEN SHE COMFORTABLE WELL WE'RE BACK TODAY AND SHE DONE WITHOUT A TEAR....THE WHOLE STAFF HERE IS WONDERFUL WE'VE FOUND OUR FAMILY DENTIST OFFICE

I have been bringing my children for years and I just love how he explains everything to us where Iwe can understand what he is talking about and shows me the imperfections. The staff is extremely friendly and they are very quick. The office is always very clean and professional looking.

I tried Park Row Dental today and was very pleased. Dr. Patel gave me a second opinion and saved me from having a unneccesary root canal a different dentist recommended. Dr. Patel spent a lot of time with me going over my xrays and treatment plan. The staff is so very nice and the prices with their discount plan are the best I've found in Arlington. Great for people like me without dental insurance. I would give it 5 stars but I rarely give anything 5 stars and its nothing against them. It's a great place and in my neighborhood.

Took our daughter here for her very first dentist appointment and we were very pleased with the outcome! She's 2 so she was unsure of everything but the doctor was very gentle and patient with her, he explained everything to us so we could understand and they were all so nice and welcoming! The front desk ladies were so nice and helped out with everything we were unsure of! Loved them! Will definitely go back!
